The breakfast price is outrageous. You don’t even provide free coffee!

Very clean and welcoming.
I liked staying for the first time at Motel One Hamburg. However i would like to suggest improvements for adding a waste bin in the room, and not only in the toilet. Also I need to mention that after i checked out, i stayed in the lobby for some time and the man that was vacuuming the floor, asked me to move, that should not have been done. It is unpolite, as i also had all my luggage with me and had to move. Not nice at all this fact.
Great place to stay, friendly staff handy for the airport
Great service. However the TV needs to be retuned. Unfortunately many free-to-air TV channels were not visible. A new channel search is needed.

Perfect hotel for a short stay, and likely the best value for money for a similar hotel I've experienced in any country 10/10. If you have to stay for the night near Hamburg airport, stay here. 15 minutes from the airport by foot. Excellent water pressure. Excellent bed. Bar is open around the clock, and there is a gas station a few minutes away by foot for other essentials.
Personnel très agréable, disponible à toute heure et très serviable egalement. La chambre est parfaite pour un séjour de quelques jours et bien équipée egalement. Pour un accueil en intérieur comme en extérieur les places sont confortables et intimes à la fois permettant une concentration agréable pour le travail ou un échange chaleureux entre amis !

overall very nice stay, had to get a room last minute, the check in worked super well in the early hours of the day. the regular check out time at 12 was a lifesaver! sadly, the wifi didn’t work on my phone. the breakfast was super tasty, appreciated that so much was organic! i would have loved to get some scrambled eggs or other warmed dishes for the price, but the bread tasted so good, as if it was homebaked! thank you for a very short but energy recharging stay!!

je voulais un hôtel à l'aéroport, accessible à pied - à moins de marcher 20 minutes le long de l'autoroute c'est un peu plus loin que ce qu'on prétend et accessible en bus seulement
The room was equipped with good-quality facilities. However, the blanket on the bed was only suitable for a single bed, which made it uncomfortable. The staff at the reception were excellent and very attentive. On the other hand, one evening I ordered a sandwich at the bar and had to wait 40 minutes to receive it.
Personal war super nett, alles top sauber
Good price, quiet, close to airport. Only complaint: Air Conditioning could not cool down room. It was very warm outside, 30 degrees
required to await for check in due to system outage. Promised invoice copy still not received yet.

Rooms are clean but small and I really missed a kettle to make a tea or coffee like in any other country.

Arrived after a long flight, had to wait for my room, but felt welcome to wait in the lounge. The breakfast is fabulous. Healthy and fresh.

There were very basic things missing in the room.
Hello , I have stayed in your motel several times in the past years , arrived late at night and was always greeted wth a heartfelt welcome and expertise service . Once you unloaded your suitcase in the room , which by the way is top notch in all aspects , and go downstairs to the lounge/bar , there is an ambience of feel good as you drink your jever and enjoy the ham and cheese sandwich .Just stay as you are ; you are already at the top. Slow check-in and out. Did not receive an invoice by email as promised
Always really nice staff at the breakfast. Invoice Process via E-Mail is sometimes difficult, because not all Invoices arrive afterwards.

My stay at the hotel was great Nice room and friendly staff. I would say only recommendatiom would be to add hot food to the breakfest, example omelets

The hotel staff, especially the reception team, is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They truly make you feel valued as a guest. However, the building itself is quite old, and unfortunately there is no safe in the room. The bedside lamps are also very old and could use an update. Despite these things, the stay was still pleasant and the kindness of the staff made the experience enjoyable.
The property lies perfectly close to the airport and is reachable easily even by public bus Especially the breakfast was brilliant, every egg with a special “face”
Pour des raisons d'hygiène et d'allergies, il est dommage d'avoir de la moquette dans les chambres. Équipement minimaliste: pas de placard, ni coffre-fort, ni plateau de courtoisie. Une bouteille d'eau sans les verres.

Room was clean. There was a slight smell of mould in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room faced the street and was very noisy. Hotel car park available for a fee. Otherwise hardly any parking facilities
My stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is very modern, and great attention has been paid to the details. The only problem I had was that at 4:30 AM on Sunday, the guests in the room next door decided to play music very loudly. Fortunately, the hotel staff was able to resolve the situation pretty quick, but that’s something that shouldn’t happen in a hotel, since people are there to rest. That’s why I didn’t give the room the highest rating, even though it was very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly!

Chambre un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner devrait être proposé à 6h le week-end aussi.
Le personnel est vraiment aimable, le chambre était propre et calme. Très bonne petite déjeuner continental.
This hotel was very nice, staff at the reception were frienfly and very accommodating. We didn't have EU charger adpter for our mobile phones, and they offered to charge our phones while taking breakfast. The room was clean, the environment was accommodation too. We recommend this hotel to those planning to visit Hamburg. This hotel was recommend to us by our family, Wolfgang and Sue Daehne, and we are grateful that they found us a great hotel.

Easy check in, friendly staff, all needed information available, easy check out, all needed accommodations available. Breakfast was a bog standard motel breakkie Only gripes are: 1. The soaps in the bathroom had an overwhelming smell that i could taste on the air after using it 2. Had to walk through the crowded breakfast area, when going out for and coming back from a morning run.
Lovely Hotel and room was excellent, very slow checking in, room service banged the door down at 9.00, I told him I wasn’t ready, but he entered the room. I thought it was a bit early for that. Otherwise my stay was good.
2nd Time here. Place is perfect for travellers.. But I have always found plenty of hairs in bathrooms even when it looked clean.
