Good price, quiet, close to airport. Only complaint: Air Conditioning could not cool down room. It was very warm outside, 30 degrees
required to await for check in due to system outage. Promised invoice copy still not received yet.
Nice Hotel
Met hotel, goede ontvangst. Alleen bij de tafel in de kamer zit geen stopcontact. Dat is wel een gemis voor een zakenreis
Rooms are clean but small and I really missed a kettle to make a tea or coffee like in any other country.

1 nacht verbleven in het hotel, was een ramp. Tot 2x toe enorm brandalarm waarvoor moeten evacueren met spoed. Rest van de nacht niet meer geslapen. Vervolgens geen excuus/compensatie gekregen. Zelfs het parkeren was niet inbegrepen terwijl dit wel op de website staat.
Arrived after a long flight, had to wait for my room, but felt welcome to wait in the lounge. The breakfast is fabulous. Healthy and fresh.

Hello , I have stayed in your motel several times in the past years , arrived late at night and was always greeted wth a heartfelt welcome and expertise service . Once you unloaded your suitcase in the room , which by the way is top notch in all aspects , and go downstairs to the lounge/bar , there is an ambience of feel good as you drink your jever and enjoy the ham and cheese sandwich .Just stay as you are ; you are already at the top. Always really nice staff at the breakfast. Invoice Process via E-Mail is sometimes difficult, because not all Invoices arrive afterwards.

The hotel staff, especially the reception team, is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They truly make you feel valued as a guest. However, the building itself is quite old, and unfortunately there is no safe in the room. The bedside lamps are also very old and could use an update. Despite these things, the stay was still pleasant and the kindness of the staff made the experience enjoyable.
The property lies perfectly close to the airport and is reachable easily even by public bus Especially the breakfast was brilliant, every egg with a special “face”

Room was clean. There was a slight smell of mould in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room faced the street and was very noisy. Hotel car park available for a fee. Otherwise hardly any parking facilities
My stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is very modern, and great attention has been paid to the details. The only problem I had was that at 4:30 AM on Sunday, the guests in the room next door decided to play music very loudly. Fortunately, the hotel staff was able to resolve the situation pretty quick, but that’s something that shouldn’t happen in a hotel, since people are there to rest. That’s why I didn’t give the room the highest rating, even though it was very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly!

This hotel was very nice, staff at the reception were frienfly and very accommodating. We didn't have EU charger adpter for our mobile phones, and they offered to charge our phones while taking breakfast. The room was clean, the environment was accommodation too. We recommend this hotel to those planning to visit Hamburg. This hotel was recommend to us by our family, Wolfgang and Sue Daehne, and we are grateful that they found us a great hotel.

Easy check in, friendly staff, all needed information available, easy check out, all needed accommodations available. Breakfast was a bog standard motel breakkie Only gripes are: 1. The soaps in the bathroom had an overwhelming smell that i could taste on the air after using it 2. Had to walk through the crowded breakfast area, when going out for and coming back from a morning run.
Lovely Hotel and room was excellent, very slow checking in, room service banged the door down at 9.00, I told him I wasn’t ready, but he entered the room. I thought it was a bit early for that. Otherwise my stay was good.
2nd Time here. Place is perfect for travellers.. But I have always found plenty of hairs in bathrooms even when it looked clean.
Great location close to the airport in a residential area. Bus stop across the street from the hotel, subway in walking distance. Rooms are clean, and decently sized, beds are comfortable, though the blankets provided are a bit on the thin/short side of things. Friendly staff, overall a very good hotel to sta in.

There was mold in the shower, water pressure is, as always, underwhelmingly low. And I've left without an invoice for my company, whereas I was told the first day I'd have it by next morning, then a second person told me I'd have to ask for it when checking out, and in check out, I was told Motel One only sends them by email nowadays. Problem is, I still haven't received the invoice and now must send an email to ask for it

Comfortable and quiet hotel within an easy walking distance to the airport. Public transport into the city is also very easy. The staff even prepared a breakfast to go for my very early flight. This was my second time at this hotel and I’ll stay again in the future.

While I had a good stay, I would kindly ask that staff do not comment on the physical appearance of guests in either a positive or negative sense. I felt uncomfortable after some unsolicited attention from a male staff member.
Only request and I am not aware of if this is available. Would like to be able to have access to ice. It would be nice if the hotels in the area can work a deal with The Fit X across the street to come up with a 3 day pass, as for now this place only has a one day pass, Maybe a small fee for a 3 day pas.
The room smells very bad. The air conditioner have never been cleaned.
Rooms were tiny. Barely space to set luggage. It was warm, and AC was unable to cool room.

Ik had een kamer geboekt voor €174 en bij aankomst werd er €194 afgeschreven van mijn credit card. Echt onacceptabel! Mederwerker zei dat hij hier niets aan kon doen. Zijn antwoord: it's IT!
Goede prijs-kwaliteit, leuk hotel, gezellige lounge.
Prima kwaliteit, zeker in relatie tot de prijs. Enige punt van aandacht wat mij betreft is het ontbijt, daar vind ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding door prijsverhogingen langzaam aan minder worden.
Helaas had ik een bed waarvan het matras doorgezakt was. Daarom rolde ik naar het midden van het bed. Ook miste ik een 'normale' stoel bij het bureau om aan te werken

Het design van ons hotel aan de luchthaven van Hamburg is helemaal gewijd aan het thema vliegen. In de gezellige lounge van het Motel One Hamburg-Airport word je met de propellervormige roomdividers van massief notenhout en de op metaal gestanste historische motieven ondergedompeld in de geschiedenis van de luchtvaart.
