My stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is very modern, and great attention has been paid to the details. The only problem I had was that at 4:30 AM on Sunday, the guests in the room next door decided to play music very loudly. Fortunately, the hotel staff was able to resolve the situation pretty quick, but that’s something that shouldn’t happen in a hotel, since people are there to rest. That’s why I didn’t give the room the highest rating, even though it was very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly!

This hotel was very nice, staff at the reception were frienfly and very accommodating. We didn't have EU charger adpter for our mobile phones, and they offered to charge our phones while taking breakfast. The room was clean, the environment was accommodation too. We recommend this hotel to those planning to visit Hamburg. This hotel was recommend to us by our family, Wolfgang and Sue Daehne, and we are grateful that they found us a great hotel.

Easy check in, friendly staff, all needed information available, easy check out, all needed accommodations available. Breakfast was a bog standard motel breakkie Only gripes are: 1. The soaps in the bathroom had an overwhelming smell that i could taste on the air after using it 2. Had to walk through the crowded breakfast area, when going out for and coming back from a morning run.

Lovely Hotel and room was excellent, very slow checking in, room service banged the door down at 9.00, I told him I wasn’t ready, but he entered the room. I thought it was a bit early for that. Otherwise my stay was good.

2nd Time here. Place is perfect for travellers.. But I have always found plenty of hairs in bathrooms even when it looked clean.

Great location close to the airport in a residential area. Bus stop across the street from the hotel, subway in walking distance. Rooms are clean, and decently sized, beds are comfortable, though the blankets provided are a bit on the thin/short side of things. Friendly staff, overall a very good hotel to sta in.

Yes ok stay not too bad Aircon system or air system didn’t seem to work

There was mold in the shower, water pressure is, as always, underwhelmingly low. And I've left without an invoice for my company, whereas I was told the first day I'd have it by next morning, then a second person told me I'd have to ask for it when checking out, and in check out, I was told Motel One only sends them by email nowadays. Problem is, I still haven't received the invoice and now must send an email to ask for it

Comfortable and quiet hotel within an easy walking distance to the airport. Public transport into the city is also very easy. The staff even prepared a breakfast to go for my very early flight. This was my second time at this hotel and I’ll stay again in the future.

While I had a good stay, I would kindly ask that staff do not comment on the physical appearance of guests in either a positive or negative sense. I felt uncomfortable after some unsolicited attention from a male staff member.

Only request and I am not aware of if this is available. Would like to be able to have access to ice. It would be nice if the hotels in the area can work a deal with The Fit X across the street to come up with a 3 day pass, as for now this place only has a one day pass, Maybe a small fee for a 3 day pas.

The room smells very bad. The air conditioner have never been cleaned.

Rooms were tiny. Barely space to set luggage. It was warm, and AC was unable to cool room.

I was only disappointed that the bar was out of olives, otherwise very lovely and pleasent.

If I pay for a hotel room with air conditioning it should stay on the entire night and not switch off at 11pm and stay off until the next morning. This has been the case this time as well as last time. Unacceptable.

We booked last minute and had a fast checkin. It was reassuring to see that my identity was checked upon arrival as we were exhausted after a long car drive.

Service a big 10! Really, really good. I forgot my phone charger and they charged it at the desk for me. They helped me out wonderfully with a postcard I wanted tot send. It was really awesome! A big thank you to the team! Breakfast was not worth the money, grade a 3. No bacon&eggs, no pancakes, no plain soft cheese for basis of your cereal. For 18 euro this should have been included. Please bring either the price for breakfast down or upgrade the breakfast itself.

Unfortunately, the rooms show signs of wear and tear. Even considering today's rising costs, Motel One seems to have strayed significantly from its previous pricing policy. If Motel One is determined to maintain its high pricing policy by lowering its standards, it will probably not be the first choice. The number of staff and their diligent efforts do not seem sufficient to compensate for this shortcoming. This situation only will lead to more wear and tear on the employees.

It would help to have coffee or tea in the room

Very good staff... Everyone from check in to bar staff were excellent. Congratulations!

The check in was cumbersome and took longer than normal. The room was good and very clean. The staff in the morning was very helpful and customer oriented in helping organizing a coffee for me (although I did not boom breakfast).

Overall satisfied. One remark: upon check-in the person at the lobby got frustrated about remarks I made about necessity of passport for check-in. He made angry remarks towards me, and throw my passport on the bench. I never experienced such behavior in the past. Not acceptable.

As usual the best location is priority in choice of Airport Motel One. Additionally have to say that breakfast is good enough to keep you running safe at least a half a day. A very friendly staff, you are always welcome there!

Convenient for late night stay near the airport, however the room smelled of cigarette smoke and it was late and I was too tired to change it.

Great place to stay, bar is open and convenient Only issue, patio closes early and no free coffee.

The location is convenient to the airport and the bus, and the staff was very helpful. I did not use the lounge or bar and not applicable was not an option, so I gave a neutral rating.

Leon, Maria and Carl were the best hosts someone could ask for. These guys made me feel confortable and in a home far from home. I highly recommend those 3.
