We had a newer room that was nice and quiet. Still very little storage space. Clean and functional in a very central location.
I was very happy to stay in this hotel becouse is in the center of the city, the price is good, is conforteble, clean, nice style, the worker are gentle and the cofè aerea is opeh h 24. There is only one things not good, ther'is not a laundry service, wash machine for dresses, I wood like if there is
Please bring back the feature to show own content on the TV, which is gone in the latest software version (as I have been told by the staff). I understand if the software stack for Apple/Google Cast is quite pricey to maintain, but then at least allow the use of the hdmi port!
The shower was broken. The curtains did not block the direct early morning light, waking us up just after 5AM. The sound insulation was no match for the church bells. We will not stay here again.
Hôtel très bien situé et calme. Discrétion assurée. Chambre très propre. Peu de contact avec le personnel, je ne peux donc pas l'évaluer, mais contacts agréables. Petit point négatif, ma carte pour la chambre n'a pas fonctionné le second jour et a dû être remplacé
Our stay at the One Motel in Nikolaikirche was absolutely amazing!!! We had 2 rooms with balcony which we really enjoyed. The hotel is in a fantastic location, we liked the variety of the breakfast, very clean rooms, everything was great. We will come back soon.
La chambre était petite mais bien agencée et équipée. Mais le petit déjeuner était trop difficile d'accès : trop de monde et personne pour débarrasser les tables. Par contre accueil très agréable au bar l'après-midi.

It's been overall a satisfying experience. What really stood out, though, was the warm, friendly atmosphere among the staff. They were not only professional and thoughtful with the guests, but they also had a lovely, fun and genuinely supportive way of interacting with each other. This friendliness was contagious and made the stay overall a great one.
Comfortable but basic. No net curtain at the window, and no power socket near the desk. When I checked in late on Monday night I was told my stay included breakfast, and my room number was on the breakfast list on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday it was not on the list. The person on reception said my booking did not include breakfast. When I explained that I was told at check-in that it did, and that I had been on the breakfast list for the previous two days, she made it clear she didn't really want to bother finding out what had gone wrong. It seems my booking did not include breakfast although my company had asked for it to be included. Mistakes happen but why was I at first told my booking did include breakfast, and my room number was on the breakfast list for the first two days? Clearly there has been an error in your systems or processes but the reception staff were not interested in finding out what had gone wrong.

the beds in motel one are a crime against humanity. The hotel should replace the mattresses when they are this used up. I travel a lot for business purposes, never sleep as bad as when I have the bad luck of staying in motel one - so other hotels can apparently manage this somehow. + I would never get the breakfast if I would stay here privately (offers too little value for the money).

I'm a long time customer in different locations and the good standard has been always confirmed, except the Berlin Ku'Damm where I had a not very good experience about he cleaning services in the past.

As usual, my stay at Motel One was quite pleasant. Bacon at breakfast is the only thing keeping Motel One from a 10 score in my view. So, please do consider including bacon in the breakfast lineup. Otherwise, great job!
The room is very clean and quiet. The staffs are very friendly. The morning eggs even had happy faces and nice writing!
We had a great stay at Leipzig Nikolaikirche. We were particularly appreciative of being able to check in a little earlier at the receptionist’s suggestion. We thought the room was well appointed and perfect for a couple of nights stay. My wife’s only comment is she would have appreciated having a face washer towel as part of the towel set.

Hotel propre, confortable, très bien situé au Centre ville piéton. Salle de petit déjeuner trop petite, donc trop bruyante et trop encombrée pour le nombre de clients présents, obligeant à sortir pour trouver un restaurant plus confortable.

Almost perfect hotel in a perfect location. In the bar a wider choice of wines would be welcome; and who needs a whole menu devoted to different types of gin! At breakfast is would be good if the eggs were not all hard boiled. Of course facilities for making tea of coffee in one's room would also be good.

Given we stayed 4 nights it would have been nice if the room was cleaned . We got no fresh bathroom items and no water . The latter is surprising given there is no water fountain for refills .
The new beds are not good. Not of high quality and not good to sleep. Something that Motel One was famous four is gone. If it remains the same we would not come back. Sorry.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, however I had trouble breathing in the room. The open window helped a little bit, but it felt like there was either too much dust in the carpet or the airconditioning. This unfortunately did not add to a fully relaxing experience. The shower head could have been cleaner as well as the bottom of the shower, some parts had mold on it.
Emplacement excellent en centre-ville, beaux aménagements, personnel très à l'écoute. Bonne expérience, à renouveler dans un prochain voyage.
J'aime beaucoup le style/design, qualité du service (acceuil, petit déjeuner, etc), propreté impeccable et le très bon rapport qualité/ prix
Dommage que la réception, alors qu'ils étaient prêt, n'a pas accepté directement que nous puissions accéder au petit déjeuné (payé) à 6h45 le samedi (ouverture normale à 7h) alors que nous devions partir à 7h15 au plus tard pour aller prendre un avion. Il y a un petit manque de flexibilité. Après avoir bataillé, on a pu déjeuner à 6h55 ... Heureusement la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la barmaid sur le séjour permets de relever la note globale
Chambre et salle de bains assez petites. Très calme malgré l'emplacement en plein centre de la ville. Accès en voiture compliqué par la situation de l'hôtel en pleine zone piétonne.
Très bon accueil, chambres très propres, bien décorées, agréables. Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Bar très plaisant et ouvert tard. Petit déjeuner très convenable et abondant.

Hôtel Leipzig-Nikolaikirche
Séjournez là où l’histoire s’est écrite. L’église Saint-Nicolas de Leipzig fut l’épicentre de la révolution pacifique en RDA en 1989 qui devait ensuite mener à la chute du mur de Berlin. Dans notre « Bar 89 », nous affichons les moments-clés et les événements de cette époque sur des panneaux lumineux. Mention spéciale pour les cylindres en verre fabriqués et façonnés à la main par l’artiste anglaise Heather Gillespie qui rappellent la forme de la Friedenssäule, colonne qui se trouve devant l’hôtel. Des lamelles pivotantes en guise de cloisons symbolisent le mouvement et le renouveau, des messages inscrits sur les affiches de manifestants recréent cette ambiance particulière et vous replongent dans cette époque passionnante de profonds changements. Les bougies qui rappellent la fête des lumières annuelle sont un élément de décoration très présent dans l’hôtel.
Les lampes à suspension en forme de bougies de la marque italienne ilide parachèvent cette atmosphère, et au-dessus de la grande table de restaurant trône un chandelier orné de pointes de verre éclairées de la manufacture toscane Il Pezzo Mancante.
Bien évidemment, nous n’oublions pas pour autant nos racines saxonnes. À la réception, en guise d’accueil, vous trouverez des expressions en dialecte saxon écrites avec des lettres en laiton bruni. Afin de pouvoir analyser tranquillement ses paroles sages, il vous suffira de vous installer dans les salons chaleureux de la marque italienne La Cividina. Notre hôtel design se trouve au cœur de la vieille ville près des églises Saint-Nicolas (Nikolaikirche) et Saint-Thomas (Thomaskirche) et de la gare centrale (Hauptbahnhof). Le zoo, le parc des expositions et l’aéroport de Leipzig-Halle sont également accessibles rapidement.
