The breakfast you are serving is rather normal. As we do not eat a lot in the morning, your charge seems rather high. Thus, we prefer to look for a bakery in the neighbourhood. Just check whether a small breakfast in addition to your service could be reasonable. Free WiFi should be normal and I wonder why everybody makes such a fuss about it. Why is English your standard?

Missing amenities such as a safe, iron and ironing board. These are essentials for people travelling for business. Breakfast could include warm side dishes such as scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Staff was very friendly and competent.
Very nice, outstanding personnel, excellent location. Avery late check-in (15.00) is the only reason I did not give a solid 10, also not including breakfast in the price, but this is now common practice everywhere.

I was booked via my university. Either they made a mistake or Motel One did, but instead of 3 nights I was booked for 1. These things happen, that is fine. But I was not informed of this mistake nor was the program. So when I arrived at the hotel later that evening, all of my things had been removed from the room and I was informed to pay privatetly for a new night. Again, these things happen but you should try to inform the guests via email, phone, or something that you are removing their private things from the room because of a booking error. What is that?!!?

I was there during Bachfest - so a little more expensive.I was happy to comply with the opting out of having my room serviced every day. However I would have like the rubbish bin to be emptied every day.
Very happy with my stay here. Motel One is always great quality for money. I stayed two days with my family what was half business, half leisure.
Uncleaned room (a piece of underwear was hanging at the window). Very high price. Breakfast room too small and the waiters are too few and do not have time to clean the tables after use for the next guest.
All very good. Only one tiny thing is, I expected some bottled water in the room (in general, for a hotel of this category, but in particular, because I joined the beOne club when booking and seem to recall that was a 'benefit') Note the 'value for money' question is difficult for me, as I visited on the night of an EM game in Leipzig, so it was far more expensive than I'd expected, but still good value compared to other hotels in the city centre.
Breakfast was poor compared to other Motel Ones and cold water only on day of departure!

I felt very good to stay there because it was close to the events of the Bach Music festival.Nice room and friendly staff.Good breakfast;so all in all a nice stay.I was a bit unhappy that the hotel increased the room rate in the middle of my stay,possibly because of the football games.

Friendly staff, nice interior design, top location. Breakfast can get crowded during rush hour but the buffet has everything you can wish for.

You have 60+ radio stations in the rooms, which all deliver more or less the same type of program, but the only station delivering a quality news program (DLF) is not possible? How about throwing out half the music stations and adding DLF instead?
Very nice and helpful receptionists. Room is comfortable. But you do need to replace the carpets, they look extremely dirty. Alternatively you can provider paper slippers.

it is always a pleasure to stay at motelone This one in Leipzig is perfectly located to explore the alt stadt and around. The style is always the same and it gives you a sense of being in the same place yes, but a place where you are welcomed. I would like to have a kettle in the room to make my herbal tea before ending the day

V našem podzemním parkovišti je k dispozici omezený počet parkovacích míst (17,50 €/24 hodin). Pro snadný přístup na parkoviště doporučujeme zadat „Brühl 33“. Poté prosím odbočte vlevo do ulice Reichsstraße a po cca 250 metrech opět vlevo do ulice Schuhmachergäßchen. Přístup přes Nikolaistraße není možný.

Bar zaujme především svými ručně vyrobenými a broušenými skleněnými cylindry anglické výtvarnice Heather Gillespie na motivy Mírového sloupu, který se nachází přímo před hotelem. Příčky z otočných lamel symbolizují pohyb a povstání, hesla z demonstračních plakátů navozují revoluční atmosféru a jako host se tak budete moci plně vžít do této pohnuté doby transformace. Opakujícím se prvkem hotelového designu jsou svíčky, které připomínají každoroční Festival světel.
