We had a superb room on the 12th floor, huge floor to ceiling windows offering great views The room was spacious and comfy
I was missing water in the room, which is rather standard, but there is a shop at the station opposite. No hot sausage, just hot dogs for breakfast. In Austria, there's always something served. It would be nice to have one or two hot things for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, omelet, toast, sausage, soup. Especially when it's cold and raining.
Every is ok. Only two major criticisms: the space for breakfast is far too small for all the clients... and the waiting at the reception... maybe you should have a bigger reception. And a smaller criticism: there was no possibility to use the stairs instead of the elevator...
Very good location, comfortable rooms, professional staff. Only one critique: non-sense breakfast. That breakfast room works for a 50 rooms hotel, with such a big structure should be 5 times bigger and more furnished. Seemed to be in a suk in rush hours (and I did breakfast at 7:50).
The chaos at breakfast ruins it all...
Had a great stay. Super view, appreciate the focus on sustainability. Our one complaint is that the pillows are terrible. They are way too high; we had to sleep without them entirely as to avoid getting neck pain. This is a general issue in hotels tbh.
Motel One is on paper the ideal hotel; decent price, decent rooms and decent breakfast. However, the small 'imperfections' like hair on the air dryer and blinking led lights are overshadowed by the stranger that wakes you up at 03:00 in the morning saying you are sleeping in his bed.This person had indeed a programmed key that worked and a cardholder with the same room number as me. I kind of understand why there is no hotel manager present for three days, as none of the staff members can take responsibility. As I arrived the first day, I was puzzled by this old man yelling at one of the reception employees, thinking to myself: relax man, they are probably doing their best to help.... Well, maybe they sold the same room twice to him as well.

The hotel is fine but I left my headphones in my room and even though I contacted the hotel within 1 hour of leaving they said they didn’t find them. I called they said email - three mails over the next 2 weeks were not answered . They then answered asking me to “ping” them! Other emails remain unanswered. Totally unacceptable way of dealing with property left at their hotel
Best place to be there in Vienna. Train station nearby, as well the tramway. Nice room, and welcoming after a night in the nightjet!!

Top Team, Top Service
Everything was very good. The hotel’s location was excellent in terms of transportation. The cleanliness was also quite good. The only downside was that there were no slippers in the hotel rooms.
Location amazing. Hotel staff is the best. All were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast however is overpriced for almost 18 EUR, as the variety and quality in the last years dropped.

I am always impressed by the level of cleanliness, as a vegetarian with lactose intolerance I was impressed by your offer of vegan options, which is sometimes hard to find in a five-star hotels. The bar in the lobby also offers a lot of options for a late night small talks which is perfect. The location is perfect and also the garage was a good experince with a lot of space and just around the corner. Thank you and keep your high level, thank you also to your really nice staff!!!

Very nice personnel, I could check-in before the official check-in time, leave my luggage at the hotel as long as I wanted and I could also work from the hall of the hotel. Excellent experience overall. Price/quality very good
We stayed at this hotel during a trip to Vienna and overall felt it lacked some very basic amenities considering the price. The room did not include a safe, and the windows were noticeably dirty throughout our stay. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. One day the room was not cleaned until around 3 PM, by which point we had already returned after being out all day. On another day, the towels were not replaced and the trash was never taken out, so we had to request fresh towels ourselves. The staff were polite enough, though interactions were fairly minimal. The location being next to the train station may work for some travelers, but we personally found it less convenient for exploring Vienna than expected — although that was partly our own booking choice. Overall, the stay was okay, but for the price we expected a better standard of cleanliness, service, and basic room amenities.
I was not very happy with the size of the room and the lack of amenities - for example not even a small closet. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good.
Comfortable accommodations and especially convenient if you have to catch an early train from Wien Hauptbahnhof, as it is right across the street.

Very good location. Somehow, the weekend we stayed was very expensive compared to the other dates we've checked. No tea or coffèe in the room.
Overall it was pretty good. But I had two issues and I was not the only one (one of my colleagues complained about the first one too): the room smell was unpleasant, something like wet and dampness AND the heating from the AC wasn't working (I spent 3 nights - the first evening I went out in the city for a walk and I left the window partially open (by the way - opening the window was so hard and difficult!); when I came back - it was pretty cold and I tried to heat up a bit the room - nothing happened, just normal (cold) air was coming. I know that the people in Austria (and in other germanic countries) don't enjoy to live @ 25-28 degrees Celsius as others might do but this is a hotel and by definition there are a lot of different cultures and mentalities involved. For me it was almost fine but sometimes I felt quite cold, especially in the evening, when I was dead tired.
Bien en général. Seulement des chaînes télé en allemand. Espace bar peu accueillant, sombre.
La climatisation dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas, uniquement le chauffage, alors qu’il fait 25 degrés dehors. L'air est sec dans les chambres. La moquette est usé et présente des taches suspectes au sol, notamment en chambre 15.14 .La réservation sur le site est désastreuse.On choisit 2 jours mais on ne sait pas si c’est 2 nuit ou 1 nuit. Du coup j’ai fait 2 réservation d’une nuit, et on m’as quand meme changé de chambre alors que le check-in etait fait. Tout revient a zéro quand on change la langue sur le site. Seul point positif le breakfast, qui est bon mais dans une salle trop petite.

Très bon emplacement. Propreté impeccable. Calme. Literie moderne et confortable. Chambre spacieuse. Bar lounge agréable, personnel aimable et efficace. Breakfast parfait et bien organisé en termes de gestion de l'affluence.

Bon séjour chez Motel One Hauptbahnof Wien, personnel sympathique et professionnel, hôtel très propre, bien insonorisé, confortable, petits déjeuners bien garnis. Personnel à l'écoute des clients. Parfait!

La moquette de la chambre était sale, l'aspirateur ne semblait avoir été passé. Des cheveux (et pas les miens) dans la salle de bain. Les serviettes fluffy promises étaient en fait plutôt rugueuses. Les chaînes internationales sur la TV ne fonctionnaient pas. Espace buffet du petit déjeuner trop compact, les gens se marchent littéralement dessus. Déçue pour 150 euros la nuit.
Excellent établissemet. Personnel tres compétent. Propreté exemplaire Prix abordable.
