Normally when I stay, there was water served in room, this time wan not. shower was dropping water and there was someones hair on towel.
The location is the best thing about this hotel as it’s right outside the entrance to the train station. Wasn’t impressed with how we were treated when we checked in especially as I am a member and I’d already checked in online. The lad who served us was showing a new member of staff called Rebecca what to do, but he was too busy flirting with her and laughing with her than he was doing his job. Didn’t even wish us a good stay or say anything about it. Extremely unprofessional and very rude. We were given a disabled room although I don’t know why. The bathroom had an awful smell of drains quite a lot. We only stayed two nights so it wasn’t worth mentioning. Also the big pillows that I always like in the Motel One’s I stay in all over Europe are different in this hotel and I don’t know why. The pillows here are like bricks which is a shame as the rooms are usually nice. Despite the above I would still stay here again if I was in Vienna.
I have stayed here multiple times and keep on coming back (provided the prices remain reasonable, although they seem to move upwards). Unfortunately the first room I was given, had a rather pervasive smell as if someone had smoked in there. I would expect this to be better checked by the cleaning staff and more severely sanctioned by management
Disappointed that there was no coffee/ tea machine in the room. Also no safe in room. Should have access to tea/ coffee free during stay Overall our stay was good.
My parking ticket didnt work at 6 in the morning i paid 20€ for it… Nobody was at reception They gave me top floor room, which was like really reall small climate didnt work there at all
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and was satisfied with the experience. However, I encountered an issue during check-out that I would like to share so that future guests can avoid a similar situation. We stayed at your hotel for two nights and parked our car in the garage. On the first day, we needed to leave the hotel temporarily, and a member of your reception team kindly provided us with a parking card for a fee of €40, which covered our parking for the entire stay. We used this card to exit the garage without any issues. Unfortunately, when we returned to the hotel, we mistakenly took a new ticket at the entrance barrier instead of using the parking card that had been issued to us. As a result, when we attempted to leave the garage on Sunday during check-out, the barrier would not open because the system requested payment for the newly issued ticket. At first, we tried to understand and resolve the situation ourselves. When we approached the reception desk for assistance, we were told that nothing could be done from their side and that we would need to contact the garage operator directly. We were also informed that if the garage operator refused to help, we would have to pay an additional €47. I was quite surprised by both the response and the manner in which it was communicated. The conversation felt dismissive and lacked the level of support I would have expected in such a situation. I asked whether the €20 already paid for the original parking arrangement would be refunded if we were forced to pay again, and I was told that it would not. Fortunately, we were able to contact the garage support team via the intercom at the barrier, and they kindly opened the gate for us. Had they not been available to assist, we would have been required to pay a total of €67 for parking, despite already having a valid parking arrangement through the hotel. To help prevent similar misunderstandings for future guests, I would kindly suggest adding a prominent notice, ideally in bold and clearly visible text, in the elevators, parking area, or guest information materials. The notice could explain that guests who have received a parking card must use that same card when re-entering the garage and should not take a new ticket from the machine. Such a simple clarification could prevent unnecessary confusion, inconvenience, and additional costs for your guests. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. We were able to check-in swiftly, despite a crowd and appreciated the early breakfast service since we had an early train.
Great location if want to stay near wien central station for easy transport to other city. Can choose train or tram services from wien central station to city area. To take note no kettle and mini fridge in room, but option to get hot water from the bar and keep food/drink at reception fridge. Overall great stay.
I was disappointed that my room was missing amenities usually found in a Motel One. No safe, lamp, suitcase stand. Less room to hang clothes.
Extremely conveniently located to the train station and a reasonable walk or short train ride to the city center. The staff were helpful and we were able to stow our baggage as we explored, as we got there too early for check in. The room was small but sufficient for our needs, and very clean.
We only had one night stay. Rooms are smaller but adequate! 14 floor view was amazing !
Even though the hotel is situated right next to Vienna Central Station, my stay was brilliant. The service and staff are perfectly coordinated, just as they are in all the other cities.
The rooms were okay and spotlessly clean. I'd have expected some pictures in an otherwise completely dull room. Also, a bottle of water and hydrating cream are normally standard in your price range.

Clean and comfortable. At arrival, no iron / board was available!. After 2 days I could get one and get to give you my ID as deposit/pledge. The switches for light in the room are confusing, as the wrong combination between the one next to the door and the one next to the bed gives the impression of no power. Unfortunately, you have sent me the wrong invoices. I explicitely asked at check in for TWO separate invoices. At the day of check out, the person at the reception could not work it out. Sent by mail the next day but wrong. I am still waiting for the right invoicing (separate invoices!).
Europe style breakfast of Carbohydrates is not healthy but it is Europe. However, maybe consider that travelers from outside of Europe may appreciate some healthy choices.
Too bad smell in room, especially in bathroom, you have to find a solution, we asked this situation to receiption, but no solution, no again stay in your hotel.

As always, my stay was lovely. However, for this price, I would expect individual soaps/shampoos instead of having to share bigger bottles with other guests. I cannot imagine that there is a way to ensure that the bigger bottles haven‘t been tampered with.
Hot water came and went a little. No news channels on TV in English. No hot breakfast No coffee and tea in rooms.

Is a perfect location for connecting with the train, city and a little bit of tour. The service was great. Everything super clean.
Comfortable stay - Decent facilities friendly staff - what’s not to like?
The fact there is some airconditioning still happening in the room even if you turn it off is uncomfortable. The breakfast room is too small for such a big hotel and noisy. The location is convenient. The staff is responsive to questions just enough, not going beyond to attend to the need of the customers. The fact that there is a huge menu of drinks, but to eat, only a few sandwiches, was disappointing.
Reception unmanned upron arrival. Reserved room not available. Instead, the receptionist told me I have to use a family suite which turned out to be a standard double room with two foldable beds pushed in. I didn't mind using this room but the way the receptionist spoke to me was neither friendly nor was it my fault that this was one of the two remaining rooms available. I had made a booking 3 weeks prior to my arrival and I am not responsible when the booked room is not reserved. Also, breakfast room was way too small to host all guests arriving around 8:30 and cleaning the used plates and cutlery took quite long so tables were blocked.

Modern and pragmatic hotel, small rooms but ok for sleeping a few nights. Very few TV channels visible, not an Italian one available and working. No places where to put clothes and no support for luggage. Automatic distributor for drink would be appreciated.
Everything was great, the staff was super helpful and kind, food selection was great, too.

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super easy to book. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet had everything we needed, and the location is perfect right next to Vienna's main station. The tram stop for Line D is only about 100 meters away and takes you into the heart of Vienna in around 15 minutes. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bar is also great with reasonable prices, although the large bottle of water could be a little cheaper. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Every time we come to Vienna, we'll book Motel One again. The Wifi didnt work so well this time but i had a Data Package so it was ok:) PS: the Bathroom in -1 were nicer and cleaner than the Ritz-Carlton's Bathroom that we were at.

Tout était vraiment parfait et nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour à Vienne.
Bien en général. Seulement des chaînes télé en allemand. Espace bar peu accueillant, sombre.
La climatisation dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas, uniquement le chauffage, alors qu’il fait 25 degrés dehors. L'air est sec dans les chambres. La moquette est usé et présente des taches suspectes au sol, notamment en chambre 15.14 .La réservation sur le site est désastreuse.On choisit 2 jours mais on ne sait pas si c’est 2 nuit ou 1 nuit. Du coup j’ai fait 2 réservation d’une nuit, et on m’as quand meme changé de chambre alors que le check-in etait fait. Tout revient a zéro quand on change la langue sur le site. Seul point positif le breakfast, qui est bon mais dans une salle trop petite.
