I bokked via e-mail. Requested an early check in but did not got the room earlier, there was registered a late check-out instead. Due to this I had to change my dress in the Toilet as I had scheduled day. I left there my luggage at the reception. Late evening when I could go back they did not find it, the number was not on it. In the morning they promised they will send the invoice immediately via e-mail. I had to call them after 24 hours and ask them again.

I had to do more bookings and I am dissatisfied that I can’t do them at the reception at the same price as online booking I’m already there and booking right away would be more convenient

S Motelom One som dlhodobo veľmi spokojný. Využívam služby v celom Rakúsku. Veľmi dobrá úroveň hotela, príjemný personál na recepcii, osobitne Adam zo Slovenska, ako aj v reštaurácii. Osobitne vo Viedni sa o nás super starala pani Janka, ktorá pochádza zo Slovenska. Ďakujeme za vzornú starostlivosť. Určite odporúčam!!!!
Please ensure that you send out invoices per Email automatically. I stayed with you twice already and both times I had to remind the reception several times to send me an invoice. The data was already saved in my account and we crosschecked it during my check-in process.

Was alright for the price I paid, I don’t know why I was given two blankets instead of one big one and the pillows were stiff
Absolute value for money!! Very nice place just accross the main station of Vienna. Very helpful, smiling and proactive staff. Very friendly to Foreigners.. The staff went out of the way to explain us the main tourist spots. Very clean, new and well maintained property! Thank you Motel One for making this beautiful Austrian memory for us! Regards.

Easy check in, out. Nice basic room.
Lovely, clean hotel in very close proximity to the station. Staff have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a lovely gentleman receptionist allowed us an early check in as there was a room available. I forgot to ask his name. The bar is lovely however a suggestion from us would be to provide a few higher seats as the chairs are quite low. A kettle would also be great in the room however we were aware before we came that there wouldn’t be one. Would definitely return to this hotel and would fully recommend. Thank you.
I like your concept, rather simple, but efficient and guests get everything what they need. The only thing I was missing was international news on tv. Maybe I just did not know how to operate the room tv.

Booked via booking.com 2 rooms with breakfast but upon arrival I was told I need to pay extra 17$ a day per person. Stuff are so unfriendly.Manager was rude and told me to address any issue to booking.com. Rooms are extremely small , didn’t have closet or any space for clothes or basic items that always provided at any hotel like shampoo, conditioner, iron , kettle and safe for valuables .For the price we paid you can found better options for sure . Safe your money and comfort and look for other accommodations.
Nice hotel very cosy! Nice location near the central station, very convenient for Business trips. Maybe rooms and bathrooms should be a little bit larger…
I chose to stay at Motel one as I have stayed at this chain in other cities and I have to say I was a bit disappointed by the extremely space and plain room. The reception and breakfast were just as good as other Motel Ones though.
The bed was so comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of fresh food to choose from. The room was well-designed, so even though it was small, there was plenty of space for my luggage.
the heating monitor was broken and the room was too warm. I was not able to lower the temperature and slept very bad. It would be nice to have a safe, a water boiler in the room and body lotion.
Great value, great location, crowded at breakfast, but good turnover of food by staff.

Within three days of stay no fresh linen at all, no fresh towels - I had to call to get fresh towels on the third day
Long wait at check-in, no room service (even though I hadn't canceled it). The hotel comes across as stingy: only welcome water". An alternative welcome coffee would have been better.
As discussed with the manager, the television shows the option for CNN and other English-language and international channels but then they do not actually work. I understand this will be addressed for 2026, so that might give me more comfort in staying at the property again then. (This was my third stay at the property and I was told last time that this would have been fixed by now. It had not.) Overall, the staff is fantastic, the place is clean, and the location is perfect. The only other things I'd really rather see are proper full-sized duvets (not the tiny Scandinavian-style ones that don't cover a person while sleeping), full-sized mattresses (not the two small ones pushed together with the big dip in-between them), and shower glass that extends further out so no water goes on the floor during a shower.
Overall - ok. But: Breakfast: lack of vegetables types and quantity. Bath room : paper caps instead of glass. Room: no tea / coffee, bo safe, and no refreg
Everything was great
really like Motel One, but as someone who eats gluten free the breakfast has too few options... the deal breaker and why I won't book here in the future is that the gluten free bread comes wrapped in plastic. Apparently the bread is heated in plastic, which is the first no-go, the second no-go is that the plastic sticks to the heated bread.
Very good stay, although room was very hot even with leaving window open.
The bad smell in the bathroom. No possibility to have some boiling water in the room to have a tea before going to sleep.
Since the motel in Wien Donau-City was not open yet, my reservation was moved to another hotel near the central station. The stay overall was good, but on the day of check-out I was disturbed by the cleanup crew around +/- 9:00 AM

Overall mostly positive experience. The hotel is incredibly busy and the front desk is not always staffed to handle the crowd. Our first room was wildly hot inside for October, thankfully the desk staff was willing to move us to another room. We also had issues with key cards twice, which was resolved quickly but an inconvenience nonetheless.
The location was convenient, the breakfast was tasty, the coffee was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was the check-in experience. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Ramira didn’t make me feel welcomed. It felt as though my presence was more of a bother than anything else. There was no friendly greeting like “Welcome to our hotel,” nor any helpful information about the stay, such as breakfast times or other amenities. That said, all the other staff were great. Friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay Despite that, the hotel itself is lovely, and I wish them many happy guests in the future.
It is an wonderful stay at the hotel,Direct at the Main station and a nice view .Nice rooms and the Bed was comfortable.
As I have come to expect, our stay was marvelous. Our room 15-10 was immaculate and made so again after our first of two nights. We had drinks downstairs, served by two of the charming bartenders I’ve come to know. The desk staff were also charming , efficient, and helpful. Like I say again and again, for me this is the only hotel to stay at when I come to Vienna.
Well situated and quiet. Rooms are well-organised, although a bottle of water a day should be standard. Also a phone connecting to the reception is a must, in case of emergency.
Overall it was a great experience and the breakfast was delicious. I would have liked to have a little more variety of dairy-free products and the opportunity to adjust the level of air conditioning for it was really too hot even though I turned the room air conditioning off. Thank you!
Jednoduše zařízené, čisté a tiché pokoje, velmi chutná snídaně. Jen bych ocenila mírnější klimatizaci v lobby baru a během snídaní. Bylo zde opravdu chladno.
Hotel má perfektní polohu naproti hlavnímu nádraží. Doporučil bych pokoj ve vyšších patrech s výhledem na Vídeň. Velice pohodlná postel na pokoji. Vše čisté a na velikost hotelu dostatečný počet prostorných a rychlých výtahů. Co bylo naprosto perfektní, tak snídaně. Výběr kvalitních regionálních potravin, včetně výborné kávy a čaje. Příjemné je také posezení na hotelovém baru. Tento hotel mohu doporučit, byl jsem zde opakovaně.
V pokoji 1601 nefungovala klimatizace, recepční byl ale velmi ochotný a nabídnul mi výměnu za jiný pokoj, 1701, kde ale byl stejný problém, následně mi nabídnul pokoj 1635, kde už bylo vše v pořádku. V pokoji ale byly špinavé kelímky na pití, ocenili bychom lepší kontrolu a uvítali bychom omluvu recepce, když jsme je o tom informovali. Okna by mohla být čistší. Venkovní posezení (na snídani) by mělo mít více slunečníků, více než polovina stolů nemá možnost stínu, a tedy se u nich v letních měsících nedá sedět, což je škoda. Mám určité pochybnosti, že pokoje mají slibovaných 24 metrů čtverečných. Je velká škoda, že na tleevizi již není možné naladit kanál s hořícícm krbem, ten dělal skvělou atmosféru, akvárium s rybičkami působí lacině.

V tomto hotelu jsme byli již po několikáté a vzali jsme i naše přátele. Hotel má úžasnou polohu, příjemný personál, vynikající bio snídaně. Čistota hotelu je velmi dobrá. Vrátíme se zase. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt.
Byl jsem plně spokojen. Obsluze hotelu nemám žádné připomínky.
Nepochopil jsem výhodu online Check-in, když jsem musel vystát frontu s ostatními co online Check-in neměli a musel jsem předkládat znovu doklady. Takže Check-in trval dlouho jako bych ho online nedělal.

Už při vstupu do našeho Motel One Vídeň-Hauptbahnhof vás na recepci přivítá vídeňské panorama. Z horních podlaží si můžete výhled na rakouskou metropoli vychutnat dokonce v živém přenosu. Také v naší One Lounge kreativním způsobem zpracováváme místní témata. Při snídaní se tak můžete vydat na pomyslnou projížďku horskou dráhou Semmering, která byla otevřena v roce 1854.
