Overall very good. I was not happy that the air conditioner did not work for the two weeks we were there. The air conditioner was one of our main reasons we picked your hotel. The score would have been higher but your staff kept mentioning that it would come on every day.
This hotel was beautiful, conveniently located, and had top-tier service! If I come back to Vienna - I will definitely book here again! My daughter is studying abroad at WU - so it was close to her apartment and to campus - and the U-Bahn.
Clean rooms and lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor area to enjoy.
Hard bed and no blackout curtain
pro: bed and pillows comfortable. nice that there was a window in the room that you could open completely additionally to aircon. friendly & helpful staff. many tv channels in different languages. right next to metro station - good connection and supermarkets nearby good check-in and check-out times sufficient and big lifts, so you don't have to wait a long time to use the lifts 24/7 bar open and staff available for help and questions nice design con: no minibar no iron in the room, you had to go and borrow one you need to press the button on the hairdryer to dry your hair, it's annoying no shoe horn or show cleaning set / station not enough hangers/room to unpack water pressure very low no kettle/welcome tray to have a coffee or tea inside the room no welcoming water bottle inside the room no bin inside the room, just in the bathroom bathroom wasn't completely clean - still a lot of hair from previous guests on the walls and door breakfast would be great until 11.30 no balconies inside rooms outside area closes at 23.00h, so you need to stand on the street to have a cigarette. no rooftop or other area to go to. no vending machines or small shop
great welcome, professional check in and out. Delicious breakfast, a bit crowded. Great location close to Viennna conference center / Messen. A bottke of water in the room would have been nice.

When I first arrived, I noticed that there was no fridge in the room to keep my food. However, I really appreciated the lemon water at the reception and the lemon sweets, which made up for it. Overall, I had a lovely experience at Motel One.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. I especially appreciated the stylish design, the high-quality bedding, the warm welcome, and the breakfast. Overall, perfect. The cleanliness was also impeccable, and I felt very well taken care of.

During breakfast on Wednesday the room was crowded and no decent table and chair was available to eat your breakfast. Room and hotel are clean. Heating was to hot personally for me in the lunch room.
Nice, clean rooms. I especially liked the garden/outdoor area. An informal breakfast area was appreciated.
Great hotel right next to the Prater. The noise from the Prater did not reach us even though we had the hotel window open. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, I appreciate the organic cosmetics in the hotel room! Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel lobby where we stay for evening drings. The only thing I would criticize was the absence of warm food at breakfast (Continental breakfast only, but delicious).

Everything was top. The room like a brand new and very clean. The Prater a few steps away which we have chosen for an obvious reason.

Little problems with the parking machine that disnt recognised the card multiple times. Little space for a family of 4, two adults and two children , and a small refrigerator would be good in order to keep some yoghurt and milk and some medicine for the smallest child.
Nice clean room and bathroom. It would be nice to be able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room.
Nice, friendly and helpful staff, in reception aswell in lounge bar and during breakfast time. Clean room, nice big windows. Hotel had good value for the price, solid and decent nad good interior design. Nothing luxurious, but i didnt expect that either.
Workers putting up deck outside the window starting around 7 every day including saturday is not acceptable, please consider have workers to delay all noisy work (requiring any kind of power tools) to after 8 when you depend on people wanting to stay and get some sleep at your hotel.

All perfect! Nothing to complain about. I congratulate all the workers who served us, especially those who managed breakfast so well and cleaned the buffet area (Claudia and her colleagues).
Clean and comfy room. Lack of small fridge in the room and parking that is optional (payed, no reservation option) is what could be better.
I had 2 nights, one business, one privately paid. I asked at checkin to separate the invoices, that was agreed, but I got one invoice with both nights on it, and so far no reaction on my query to split the invoice, neither by email, nor by phone. This is very disappointing, as overall I was happy with my stay. the only suggestion I would have is to replace the paper drinking cups with glasses.
Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only remark is that the button of the toilet in our room was partially broken.
A quiet and well-organized place with all the services. In my opinion, the cost of breakfast, especially for a family, is a bit too high

Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough to have some closed storage for clothes and a small fridge/cooler but for some reason did not. The ambience at the bar is great and the prices fair. Plenty of outside space too.
I've stayed several times and always enjoy it. I love the location, the ambience, and the value for money. If I had one minor comment it would be that I do enjoy a hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, porridge) and a slightly broader menu besides toasted sandwiches the rest of the day. Howevere, those are small things. You would be my first choice again when I come to Vienna.
The mini safe is a very good equipment. Usually, I always miss a small fridge from hotels.

the only negative point is the contact at the reception, I did not feel welcome; although it was not busy at the time of arrival/departure, I felt like if I would disturbing... ; personal at breakfast was very friendly and attentive

Celkově jsem byl spokojený! Jenom: Neměl jsem v Motelu po příjezdu parkování. Pro premiéru v Motelu to nebylo příjemné. První noc byl pokoj připraven pouze pro 1 osobu (ručníky a peřina). Při snídani moc velký chaos. Velmi zajímavý a příjemný bar.
Příjemné prostředí, příjemný personál, výborné snídaně.
Byly jsme nadšené! Hotel přímo u vchodu do Prateru. Krásný design, čisto, klid. Skvělý personál recepce i bar. Snídaně fresh, skvělá hudba.. bezva odpočinek. Děkujeme!
Na pokoji kapající klimatizace, ale funkční. Zápach z odpadů a nepřijemný odér v celém pokoji…
