Nice, friendly and helpful staff, in reception aswell in lounge bar and during breakfast time. Clean room, nice big windows. Hotel had good value for the price, solid and decent nad good interior design. Nothing luxurious, but i didnt expect that either.
Workers putting up deck outside the window starting around 7 every day including saturday is not acceptable, please consider have workers to delay all noisy work (requiring any kind of power tools) to after 8 when you depend on people wanting to stay and get some sleep at your hotel.

All perfect! Nothing to complain about. I congratulate all the workers who served us, especially those who managed breakfast so well and cleaned the buffet area (Claudia and her colleagues).
Clean and comfy room. Lack of small fridge in the room and parking that is optional (payed, no reservation option) is what could be better.
I had 2 nights, one business, one privately paid. I asked at checkin to separate the invoices, that was agreed, but I got one invoice with both nights on it, and so far no reaction on my query to split the invoice, neither by email, nor by phone. This is very disappointing, as overall I was happy with my stay. the only suggestion I would have is to replace the paper drinking cups with glasses.
Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only remark is that the button of the toilet in our room was partially broken.
A quiet and well-organized place with all the services. In my opinion, the cost of breakfast, especially for a family, is a bit too high

Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough to have some closed storage for clothes and a small fridge/cooler but for some reason did not. The ambience at the bar is great and the prices fair. Plenty of outside space too.

I've stayed several times and always enjoy it. I love the location, the ambience, and the value for money. If I had one minor comment it would be that I do enjoy a hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, porridge) and a slightly broader menu besides toasted sandwiches the rest of the day. Howevere, those are small things. You would be my first choice again when I come to Vienna.
The mini safe is a very good equipment. Usually, I always miss a small fridge from hotels.

the only negative point is the contact at the reception, I did not feel welcome; although it was not busy at the time of arrival/departure, I felt like if I would disturbing... ; personal at breakfast was very friendly and attentive

Generally the location and quality of the hotel ist great. Unfortunately we found a condom behind the sofa in our room. Room service seems to be a problem.

Amazing rooms, great staff
Very confortable and located close to Messe and Prater and, very important, to the Metro station. Room very quite and clean. All services worked perfectly. Good quality breakfast with a wide choice of food. You can't miss the cocktail bar!
There was cold outside and in hotel the heating did not work
- it was all very good - a small, but somewhat annoying aspect for a non-smoking hotel and for me as a non-smoker: I stayed in room 328 and whenever I opened my windown throughout day or late night there was smoke entering through the window due to smokers standing in the smoking area on the terrace outside the breakfast area = this smoking area should be removed and places somewhere where the smoke cannot bother anyone.
Good location and decent rooms, but the parking was very impractical – the entrance was extremely narrow for an SUV and the exit required driving against the traffic signs. The TV didn’t work (likely dead remote batteries), and one towel had a torn edge, which even caused me to lose balance after a shower.
Excellent stay as usual. Look forward to come back.

Rooms don’t have kettles or drinking water and there are no shampoo, conditioner, body creams which you can find in other 3 stars, so if travelling for business it’s inconvenient to having to carry your own shampoo and conditioner and body creams. There is only a soap that is not very good, certainly not good for hair. Rooms are missing an iron and iron board which again if travelling for business are very handy, I asked for one at reception and it wasn’t working.
The overall is very good, the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel’s decorations are amazing and the room was comfortable and cleaned. Very good breakfast!

Chambres confortables, petit déjeuner riche et très goûteux, emplacement calme et très proche à l’arrêt de métro. Nous y retournerons et recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour le bon rapport qualité prix , son emplacement et l’accueil cordial.

Salle petit-déjeuner trop petite...difficulté à trouver une place assise
Propreté, facilité d’accès, amabilité du personnel, emplacement, parking. Tout était parfait.
Cela fait la 4ème fois que nous réservons une chambre au motel one et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits !! L'accueil très sympathique, les chambres spacieuses, très jolies et aussi très propres, et la vue sur Prater magnifique... bref nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Emplacement très pratique pour aller au centre des congrès et dans le centre. Joliment décoré. Confortable. Seul point négatif, quand on est seule dans une chambre double avec un lit 2 places: on a à disposition qu'une couette, taille 1 place. Mais pourquoi !!!? J'aurais préféré une couette adaptée à la taille du lit.

Hôtel Vienne-Prater
À Vienne on ne s’amuse pas qu’au Prater, mais aussi dans le Motel One Vienne-Prater. Les attractions de ce célèbre parc se reflètent également dans le design de notre hôtel. Les petits chevaux de manège traditionnels et les bateaux à bascule apportent une touche originale dans le One Lounge. Des éléments de design tels que la « Pig Table » de chez Moooi ou encore la « Rabbit Lamp » nous rappellent que le Prater, bien plus qu’une fête foraine, est aussi une grande zone de loisirs. En prenant votre petit-déjeuner sain et bio, vous pourrez admirer le célèbre lilas qui fleurit au Prater.
