Motel One ... Simple the Best
I liked a lot the space, the furniture, and the overall feeling. Breakfast was very good. I wasn’t particularly comfortable with my personal belongings being moved around and randomly placed inside my toiletry bags. I understand that they may need to be moved in order to clean, but I don’t think it is appropriate for staff to handle my personal items and decide where to put them or place them inside my toiletry bags. Best
We stay 2 night, after the first one our room wasn’t cleaned, I request housekeeping and than they come and clean.
The hotel was in a good location and convenient for public transport. It also had a good variety for breakfast. However I would not recommend this hotel for any family travelling with 2 (or more) kids. We reserved one room for 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given a very small single bed for the kids to share. The room was very tiny with no room for our luggage. I wish they would have told us the room set up before booking so that we could have booked elsewhere.
Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel. La vue sur le parc d’attractions est magique et aucune nuisance sonore. Idéalement situé pour se rendre dans le centre ville en qq minutes avec le métro au pieds de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Personnel charmant, notamment au bar.

Clean, modern, had quiet room. Good air condition and comfortable bed. Lower pillow as alternative would be good, only high pillows provided.

We had a great stay at Motel One Wien-Prater. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Although it's not in the historic city centre, it's right next to a metro station, making it easy to reach all the main attractions within minutes. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. Excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Vienna.

The hotel was very clear, the breakfast luxurious, the staff very helping, ready to meet our needs, the rooms convenient, the place just outside the metro station. When we asked for help due to a misunderstanding of Booking description, the hotel was willing to cover an amount for the supplementary fees.

The room and bed were very small. Also, although I had requested a room with a view, I was given one with a poor view. It did not offer good value for money. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear all the noises between the rooms without the guests being too noisy.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The lobby and restaurant have a unique and charming design that reflects the atmosphere and themes of the nearby Prater amusement park, giving the hotel a distinctive character. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a great stay and genuinely have no negative remarks. I would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Vienna.

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. A couple of points for improvement: during busy breakfast times, table turnover could be handled more efficiently, as used dishes were not cleared quickly enough to free up seating for arriving guests. Also, the price of bottled water felt quite high at 6.50 €, especially compared to nearby hotels where SAME water is 3.50 €. That difference left a negative impression on perceived value.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable in an excellent location. The breakfast was very busy the days I was there so it was a struggle to get a table some days. Overall very good and I will use it again.
Overall good. The room was noisy (noise coming from Prater) and the curtains didn't fully stop the lights coming from outdoor. Breakfast seats in front of the bar area aren't really comfortable for a meal but rather for a drink.

Nice motel, clean. Needs improvement in these areas - needs mini fridge in all rooms, complimentary water in all rooms, not just for members, bathroom fans are not powerful enough to pull moisture after shower, need more towel racks in bathroom.

Excellent. Efficient and friendly service. Very clean with a relaxed atmosphere and a lovely garden to eat/relax in. Windows soundproofed against the Prater, and right next to the U2. One of the few hotels I’ve stayed in where the free wifi is excellent. Reception really helped me out when I’d lost my phone charger and the shops were shut on a Sunday. Definitely coming back.
Very good location of the Hotel, very easy access to the U Bahn and travelling to the city within 15 minutes. Also coming from the Airport, it was easy to get to the Hotel. The Hotel Garden was a treat after a hot day in the city. The breakfast was a little too crowded, but we only had breakfast once. The noise from the Prater area is quite noticeable, but it stopped around 11 p.m. All in all, very good Hotel, we will definitely be back.

Overall very good. I was not happy that the air conditioner did not work for the two weeks we were there. The air conditioner was one of our main reasons we picked your hotel. The score would have been higher but your staff kept mentioning that it would come on every day.
