The fact there is some airconditioning still happening in the room even if you turn it off is uncomfortable. The breakfast room is too small for such a big hotel and noisy. The location is convenient. The staff is responsive to questions just enough, not going beyond to attend to the need of the customers. The fact that there is a huge menu of drinks, but to eat, only a few sandwiches, was disappointing.
Reception unmanned upron arrival. Reserved room not available. Instead, the receptionist told me I have to use a family suite which turned out to be a standard double room with two foldable beds pushed in. I didn't mind using this room but the way the receptionist spoke to me was neither friendly nor was it my fault that this was one of the two remaining rooms available. I had made a booking 3 weeks prior to my arrival and I am not responsible when the booked room is not reserved. Also, breakfast room was way too small to host all guests arriving around 8:30 and cleaning the used plates and cutlery took quite long so tables were blocked.

Modern and pragmatic hotel, small rooms but ok for sleeping a few nights. Very few TV channels visible, not an Italian one available and working. No places where to put clothes and no support for luggage. Automatic distributor for drink would be appreciated.
Everything was great, the staff was super helpful and kind, food selection was great, too.

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super easy to book. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet had everything we needed, and the location is perfect right next to Vienna's main station. The tram stop for Line D is only about 100 meters away and takes you into the heart of Vienna in around 15 minutes. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bar is also great with reasonable prices, although the large bottle of water could be a little cheaper. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Every time we come to Vienna, we'll book Motel One again. The Wifi didnt work so well this time but i had a Data Package so it was ok:) PS: the Bathroom in -1 were nicer and cleaner than the Ritz-Carlton's Bathroom that we were at.
We had a wonderful experience at Motel One Wien-Hauptbahnhof. The hotel has a modern atmosphere, comfortable rooms, a great location, and a very welcoming team. A special thanks goes to Saif, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He handled everything efficiently and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. His polite attitude and excellent customer service during his Night Duty truly made a difference. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice room, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was good but not really worth the price as there is no warm food.
I selected Motel One from 3 side-by-side locations (Leonardo, MO, Smartments) at Vienna HBF. I have stayed at the Leonardo, which is a better hotel, but MO offered a reasonable price point for a newish room with AC, so I gave it a try. The location was great; the rest was acceptable for the most part, but not perfect. Chief complaints: 1. The front door is flanked by seating that encourages chain smokers to linger and smoke. Nonsmokers must pass through the smoke to enter the lobby, which had its own indoor cloud of smoke as did the elevators. That is poor planning on the part of MO who should place the smoking area out back, or at minimum, slide the seating away from the front door to discourage people from lighting up right at the entrance. 2. My room smelled musty, like a wet dog. The fan helped somewhat, but as I discovered when climbing into bed, a large part of the carpet on the window side was soaking wet. It took until day 3 for the carpet to dry out, which reduced the odor, though the smell still lingered in the bathroom. 3. Why no hotpot, coffee maker or hot/cold water cooler in near the elevator? That would really add perceived value.
La ubicación me pareció perfecta , dado que estaba enfrente de la estación donde había metro, tren , conexión al aeropuerto. Personal muy amable, nos proporcionaron varios paraguas. Lo único , que no había ningún tipo de referencia en español, ni siquiera en inglés, en el desayuno ( en los productos ), solo estaba en alemán.
The requirement to hand over your driving licence in order to obtain an iron and ironing board is outrageous. I even offered to leave a cash deposit instead, but this was not accepted. Such a request is a clear violation of the GDPR, as it involves the unnecessary collection and processing of personal data for a purpose that can be achieved by far less intrusive means. I would be very interested to see your response and legal justification for this practice.

Clean, soundproofed room with a great view. Check-in was very quick with the kind receptionist. The hotel is in an excellent location, public transport, shops, restaurants a few minutes walk away.
The room is good location good, breakfast lacked signature good yoghurt and fruit options Bed was too warm, the sheet was not breathing

Very nice hotel. In a great location. We arrived at 11 in the morning and we were handed the key right away. Rooms are not huge but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Our stay with you in Vienna was most enjoyable. I can't tell you enough how the staff at the bar, breakfast, and the room attendant were very friendly and helpful. The front desk greeted us with smiles and professionalism upon our arrival. It was unfortunate that we were not able to check in when arriving early, but we understand. We have stayed with you at every location when visiting different Cities. We will continue in the future to stay with you again. Thank you!
We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially because it is very close to the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The staff( all of them )were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Two members of the reception team were particularly outstanding. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the area. Thank you all again for everything.

We booked a room for two people for three nights. Instead of checking in at 15:00, we informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving around 9:00–10:00 in the morning, after travelling by night train. We called the hotel beforehand, and the staff confirmed that they had made a note of our early arrival in their system. When we arrived, exhausted from our journey, we asked if we could check in. We were told that no rooms were available and that we would simply have to wait until 15:00. When we explained that we had contacted the hotel in advance and that our arrival had been noted, the woman at the front desk showed no understanding or willingness to find a reasonable solution. After around half an hour of discussion, they finally offered us a room for one person. We were two people, so this was obviously not an adequate solution. We were told that we could get a proper room after 15:00. The entire situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We had contacted the hotel in advance specifically to avoid this kind of situation, yet nothing had apparently been done with that information. After a long journey, we expected at least some understanding and an effort to find a suitable solution. What made the experience even worse was that there was no compensation or any meaningful gesture from the hotel for the inconvenience. We were simply expected to accept the situation, despite having informed them in advance. Overall, a very disappointing experience and, in our opinion, a serious lack of professionalism and customer service.
Great hotel if travelling by train, nice and handy. Room was spacious and price was great. Easy bus or train to centre.
The gentleman and the reception need some training. Busy on his private phone will inchecken guest...is not very nice. Not knowing how to make a proper invoice. Later I asked again and this friendly lady give me the proper invoice and was very friendly. Water pressure in the shower is very low. That makes it difficult to shower. Location is great, and breakfast was very nice and friendly staff.

Generally I liked our experience with the hotel and certainly recomend to everybody. However there were a few details which could be somewhat better. Liked the welcom bottle of water, but especially with extreme heat would be better to put it in the room instead of needing to pick it up at the bar. Information during booking on the website could be more clear, for example more noticeable that room has airconditioning. I also do not like the app. I booked two rooms under my name and it was not possible to check status of both or put both in the application. Finally check-in times should be on clear sign at reception desk and in emal communication. And finally, in my room airco didn't work very good.
Located central of Wien and really close to the Wien central station. Breakfast was good and had an adequate amount of choices. The room held a good temperature as the heatwave struck Wien, which was very satisfactory and made the sleep much better. Would definitely choose this hotel next time and will look for a Motel One next time I need a hotel.

Quería comentar que me dieron la habitación con el aire acondicionado malogrado, pero me cambiaron de habitación y todo muy bien. Pagué aparte el desayuno buffet y creo que debería estar incluido en el precio. Recomendaría que sea más variado el desayuno buffet. Finalmente todo bien.
Las instalaciones y servicios del Motel one de Viena son destacables. Sin duda me alojaría nuevamente ahí.
Se echa de menos alguien en recepción de habla hispana y algo más de amabilidad del personal de recepción sino entendemos el alemán o inglés a la primera.

Me encantó volver a un Motel One, esta vez en Viena, frente HBF, ideal si viajas en tren, aunque tambien bien conectado con el aeropuerto.

Excelente hotel ,ubicación enfrente de la estación de tren ,cerca del metro .El barman del bar muy simpático ,sabía hablar español y nos facilitó toda la información del metro ,donde plaza teníamos que salir y cuál teniamos que coger para llegar ,fue muy amable ,lo recomiendo

Me gustó mucho alojarme aquí. Puntos a destacar: *La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la HBF - pude ir andado a muchos puntos de interés de Viena *Hotel muy grande y moderno con un diseño guay, cálida *Habitaciones en plantas altas con vistas muy chulas. Las camas son MUY cómodas *Uno de los mejores desayunos de hotel, super sano además, productos BIO. *Muy amable el equipo.
