Motel One is a great chain. You need to accept that rooms lack decent desks or chairs for working and are generally small, but for short stays when booked for ahead it can be excellent value. I was dissappointed on this occasion by the huge queue for breakfast, and the huge amount of time needed to collect my case.
VERY basic. far more basic than the pictures on the website suggest. An example - we ran out of tissues on day 2 of 4. I tipped the box over so that the housekeeper could see that it was empty. it was simply turned back up and not refilled.

Arriving, there were around 6 ot 7 other customers waiting to check-in. As I had checked in on-line I decided to use the "fast-track" and was studiously ignored until everyone else had been checked-in and the line had gone. When I asked what the benefits of checking in on-line were, because had I stayed at the back of the line, I would have been in the same position, last to be checked-in. They couldn't tell me.what the benefits were. In the bar I wanted to eat something, I was told chips and peanuts only. I subsequently travelled to Motel One in Berlin (Tiergarten) where I was checked in and in the lift within 30 seconds of arrival and I was able to order from a wide range of sandwiches. The difference was quite startling. I may have to reasses my brand loyalty to Motel One at Wien-Hbf.
Nice, clean and quiet room. WLAN could have been faster and I missed a safe for my valuables, which some of your hotels offer.
Good location close to the main railway station. Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast with plenty of supplies.
Good with some caveats. Clean, everything works, great location. Next to the station feels like a safe area. No safety deposit box is a big problem, and breakfast was overpriced for what it was - we only took it once. Also - bit wierd in the bathroom - paper cups with lids?

The location of the hotel is very near to wien hbf. Plentiful of food choices just nearby within walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in this hotel. Will definitely come back to stay again if we ever Austria.
Very good location exactly next to Hauptbahnhof. Rooms small but clean and cozy. More storage room in the apartment would be nice but overall the hotel is worth recommendation.
Great location, perfect for business in the city of Vienna, especially when you travel by train. I stayed several nights. Unfortunately, the room service was not able to repair/exchange a obviously broken foot of a chair. Hence, the chair was rocking, sitting/working on it was painful. I turned the chair around indicating the defect and left a note asking for help which was ignored.
The room is very clean, checking in was very smooth. Location is so convenient, train station is a walking distance. Staff is friendly.
The Check - in some kind of weird, because I did the online check in, but then I needed more than the qr-code. The more concerning experience was the broken Bathroom. The temperature controller was broken, so that the water was going hotter and hotter. That's really not a good thing, because the security nob was also not working, so the water was really really hot.
Motel One Wien Hauptbahnhof is my favorite hotel anywhere. Period.
I asked at checkin to change my last name of the booking (due to marriage, proofed it with my passport) and asked for a printout of the invoice. I was told that the name was changed and that i get the invoice via email. I didn´t. I asked again for a printout at checkout. Same answer: no printout I get the invoice via email. Again I didn´t. I wrote an email to the hotel > I didn´t get an answer. This is really poor service.
Just missing an in-room safe and a coffee maker. Other than that it was everything we needed.

Overall, my stay was good and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. However, I would like to mention the following deficiencies so that you can improve your stay in the future: 1. The lack of cotton buds and slippers in the rooms is a major deficiency. 2. Despite staying for 4 nights, the bed linens were never changed, my room carpet was never vacuumed, and the dust was never removed for the last two days. 3. The breakfast is generally very good, but it is a pity that there are no olives at breakfast. 4. The shower head holder in my room 1528 was broken and kept going down. 5. The door to my room 1528 would not lock.

Puntos a destacar: *La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la HBF - pude ir andado a muchos puntos de interés de Viena *Hotel muy grande y moderno con un diseño guay, cálida *Habitaciones en plantas altas con vistas muy chulas. Las camas son MUY cómodas *Uno de los mejores desayunos de hotel, super sano además, productos BIO. *Muy amable el equipo. Good price and quick service. I would like to see a drinking cup of some kind . My only complaint was that there was an empty, used coffee cup on the shelf above the toilet? Overall great value.

Stuff polite and professional, however bad was not that good, no glass in the rooms, no small coffee machine or water boiler in the room, no welcome bottle of water, etc
Front desk wasn’t friendly and I believe they forgot to give me a voucher for a free bottle of water.

I was super happy with everything. Really comfortable beds :-) Only thing that wasn't so nice was the temperature in the room. It was really hot and the AC wasn't the best.
I entered my room and temperature was 30C. When I complained to you manager Rebecca Suatner I was told they had problems and I should open the window. Round 5 PM when I returned to my room it was 35C inside. I went to your reception and your manager was on the way out and ignored me rudely and totally. As loyal customer of 15 years I was astonished with this treatment.
No air conditioning, no safe. I guess you get what you pay for.
A/C did not work. Only blowing hot air. Reported to hotel staff, but not willing to change anything about it. Luckily windows could be opened.
It was very hot in the room, we then asked the reception and they said the air conditioning was no longer working, the heating was running because it was mid-September. But outside it was 25 degrees. The price for breakfast was very high, there was still an egg dish (egg dish, omelette) and bacon missing. The bedside table was broken, it wobbled so you couldn't put anything on it.
Easy check-in check-out, room could be a bit cleaner (the floor especially). Bathroom utilities could be more diverse. The water temperature was oscillating constantly making the shower a bit a of an adventure.
Water temparature was not good, the room was clean when I arrived, but could definitely be better (especially the bath). Air conditioning didn't work. I could hear noises fromm other rooms. When picking up my room key, the person handing me out my key card couldn't speak German (in a hotel in Austria!) Unfortunately I didn't have time for discussions with the staff, otherwise I would have adressed the issues onsite.

El hotel es bastante bueno; pero la recepcionista que mayor tiempo atiende no es amable, es altanera, parece que no le agrada atender a las personas.
Un hotel nuevo, moderno, con una atención excelente por parte de sus empleados y una buena ubicación, fuera del centro, pero con fácil acceso desde la cercana estación. Solo pondría una pequeña objeción al desayuno. Partiendo de que es un buen desayuno, se echa de menos algún plato caliente en la oferta.

Excelente ubicación, gran relación calidad-precio, el personal es muy amable, hotel muy limpio y buen desayuno. Las habitaciones son realmente lindas.
La habitación era calurosa porque no tienen encendido el aire acondicionado en esta época. La explicación del recepcionista durante el Check In, no fue amable. Pedimos un lugar para cenar o traer comida y las explicaciones fueron muy poco claras. En el Bar, los dos camareros que hacía el cierre, no levantaron la cabeza para atender. El dispensador de jabón en la ducha, no funcionaba, y había que abrir el bote para obtener el shampoo. Lo dejé abiaerto para que la persona de limpieza lo viera, pero se limitó a cerrarlo y dejarlo igual. He llegado con un menor de edad al Hotel (mi hijo), y no se nos ha pedido ningún tipo de documento de identificación durante el check In. Al decirlo al Recepcionista, su respuesta fue que "ya lo había comprobado"... IMPOSIBLE. Cualquiera podría haber llegado al Hotel con un menor, diciendo mi nombre...
Hotel nuevo, moderno y limpio. La habitación fue un poco pequeña pero en general todo estuvo correcto. El desayuno fantástico. Si hubiera una pequeña neverita en la habitación estaría genial. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento.
Destacar una gran relación calidad/precio y la ubicación junto a la estación central. Buenas habitaciones bien equipadas. Solo se echa de menos una pequeña nevera. A mi parecer, el precio del desayuno es excesivo.
El único demérito es que no había ningún canal de televisión que fuera en idioma alemán. Ni inglés, francés, español o euskera.
Bien situado. El personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación muy cómoda.
Cuartos de tamaño justo pero adecuado aunque no contaba con placard. En ese aspecto algo incómodo. Lo demás todo bien.
