Everything is good, but one suggestion is glasses in the room will be more friendly to our environment.

Very nice hotel. In a great location. We arrived at 11 in the morning and we were handed the key right away. Rooms are not huge but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Our stay with you in Vienna was most enjoyable. I can't tell you enough how the staff at the bar, breakfast, and the room attendant were very friendly and helpful. The front desk greeted us with smiles and professionalism upon our arrival. It was unfortunate that we were not able to check in when arriving early, but we understand. We have stayed with you at every location when visiting different Cities. We will continue in the future to stay with you again. Thank you!
We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially because it is very close to the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The staff( all of them )were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Two members of the reception team were particularly outstanding. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the area. Thank you all again for everything.
Everything was great.
We booked a room for two people for three nights. Instead of checking in at 15:00, we informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving around 9:00–10:00 in the morning, after travelling by night train. We called the hotel beforehand, and the staff confirmed that they had made a note of our early arrival in their system. When we arrived, exhausted from our journey, we asked if we could check in. We were told that no rooms were available and that we would simply have to wait until 15:00. When we explained that we had contacted the hotel in advance and that our arrival had been noted, the woman at the front desk showed no understanding or willingness to find a reasonable solution. After around half an hour of discussion, they finally offered us a room for one person. We were two people, so this was obviously not an adequate solution. We were told that we could get a proper room after 15:00. The entire situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We had contacted the hotel in advance specifically to avoid this kind of situation, yet nothing had apparently been done with that information. After a long journey, we expected at least some understanding and an effort to find a suitable solution. What made the experience even worse was that there was no compensation or any meaningful gesture from the hotel for the inconvenience. We were simply expected to accept the situation, despite having informed them in advance. Overall, a very disappointing experience and, in our opinion, a serious lack of professionalism and customer service.
Great hotel if travelling by train, nice and handy. Room was spacious and price was great. Easy bus or train to centre.
The gentleman and the reception need some training. Busy on his private phone will inchecken guest...is not very nice. Not knowing how to make a proper invoice. Later I asked again and this friendly lady give me the proper invoice and was very friendly. Water pressure in the shower is very low. That makes it difficult to shower. Location is great, and breakfast was very nice and friendly staff.
Generally I liked our experience with the hotel and certainly recomend to everybody. However there were a few details which could be somewhat better. Liked the welcom bottle of water, but especially with extreme heat would be better to put it in the room instead of needing to pick it up at the bar. Information during booking on the website could be more clear, for example more noticeable that room has airconditioning. I also do not like the app. I booked two rooms under my name and it was not possible to check status of both or put both in the application. Finally check-in times should be on clear sign at reception desk and in emal communication. And finally, in my room airco didn't work very good.
Located central of Wien and really close to the Wien central station. Breakfast was good and had an adequate amount of choices. The room held a good temperature as the heatwave struck Wien, which was very satisfactory and made the sleep much better. Would definitely choose this hotel next time and will look for a Motel One next time I need a hotel.

Clean and conveniently located, but a bit outdated. I first stayed at this motel when it had just opened, and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the interior design hasn't aged well and now feels quite dated.
Real good value for the money. Breakfast can accommodate toaster to toast breads but otherwise fine.
Everything at Motel One met or exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Everything was in working order. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was quite hectic, but well staffed & good quality.
Very pleased with our stay
It was a perfect choice tpo spend the 3 nights in Vienna ín the Motel One at the Central Station. The modern biuilding offered clean, properly sized and equipped rooms, a rich morning breakfast and freindly service. The vicinity to the Railway Station was a very positive surpise.
The first night the room was cold and not fix up properly the second night all good like I expected to be didn't like the guy for the check in not polite

The people at check-in were very nice, the breakfast buffet was very good. But the room lacked a couple of things that made it feel very bare bones. The only cup was a paper cup that was falling apart and collapsing the first time I filled it with water. There were no other cups or glasses in the room. There was no bottled water in the room. So I was drinking tapwater. There was no self serve coffee in the room. The shower flooded out onto the bathroom floor very easily and soaked the floor. The room was very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was no extra lock on the room door, which made me feel a little unsafe. I feel like the decor in the whole lobby area was rather dark.
The hotel is nice, but staff at Hauptbahnhof was not very service minded. TV in room didnt work.

Generally I like the Hotel . Rooms are modern , bed is comfortable and the big windows are great . I wish the paper cups in the bathroom would be changed to glass or something else.
I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Motel One Vienna. I booked two rooms of the “One” category specifically so that we could have rooms of the same size. However, upon arrival, I received one smaller room and one standard double room, which was not what I had booked. Additionally, the complimentary bottle of water that was supposed to be provided was never delivered. This is not the first time that I have experienced the rooms being allocated differently from the original reservation. Since I was only staying for one night, I did not have the time or energy to go down to reception and request a room change according to my booking. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my impression of your service. In the future, I will reconsider staying at your hotel chain again.
It is super close to Wien Hauptbahnhof and located in a nice district. The receptionist was kind, quick and welcoming (we arrived at midnight). The room was clean and functional. (we just stayed one night/it would be nice to have slippers in the room) (the only strange and not-cool thing was being woken up early in the morning by a lady who looked like a hotel personnel wearing a blue name tag/badge and carrying sth like a clipboard who persistently knocked the door and when i opened it all sleepy and confounded she just said sth in German, laughed and left) The breakfast was extensive and everything was so delicious. We left our luggages after checkout and retrieved them easily. It was a very pleasant stay and i would choose to stay at motel one in the future as well.

Mijn kamer en dan vooral de badkamer kon wel eens een opfrissing gebruiken. De douchekop werkt niet goed en na het douchen was steeds de gehele vloer in de badkamer kletsnat. Ook da afstandsbediening van het televisietoestel was stuk. Maar over het algemeen een zeer propere kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Zoals altijd is dit voor mij een zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel 👍🏻

4 nachten verbleven. Perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip. Uitstekend ontbijt, mooie inrichting, gezellige bar en goede bedden. Kamer op de 12e verdieping was te warm en kleiner dan op de foto op de website. Bankje op de kamer had geen toegevoegde waarde, behalve als kapstok te fungeren. Er mochten wel meer kleerhangers in de kamer zijn. Helaas wordt er gerookt bij de hotelingang. Geen fijne binnenkomst in het hotel.
Aardig personeel, goed ontbijt. Badkamer zag er schoon en netjes uit. Puntje van kritiek is dat de kamer erg warm was.
Uitstekende service aan de balie. Prettige kamer en een goed ontbijt.
Goede schone kamers met goede bedden. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Goede ligging. Juiste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Gezellig hotel in het centrum van Wenen
Het is onbegrijpelijk dat er op de kamers geen plaats voorzien is voor een reiskoffer.
Al meerdere keren in een Motel One verbleven en altijd een zeer prettige ervaring. Kamers hebben alles wat je nodig hebt, zijn schoon en ook een prima werkende airco. En dat was heel fijn tijdens de hittegolf. Ontbijt uitgebreid en alles voldoende. Door de grote aanloop van gasten is er te weinig tijd genomen om de broodjes goed af te bakken, die waren net goed genoeg gebakken. Verder heel goed!
Ontbijt is helaas onder de maat, zeker wat betreft de prijsstelling. Kwaliteit kan in deze echt beter.
Personeel is vriendelijk, deskundig en voorkomend. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en comfortabel. De badkamer is een beetje krap, maar wel praktisch. Het ontbijt is zeer goed, zowel de keuze als de kwaliteit.

Dit hotel is handig als je vroeg met de trein mee moet. Verder is de omgeving niet zo aantrekkelijk. Voor een bezoek aan Wenen zou ik een andere vestiging van motel one kiezen. De bar is ook minder gezellig dan dat we gewend zijn.het is er te donker en het meibilair niet comfortabel.
Heerlijk hotel, top personeel. Kamers, klein maar fijn. Alles mooi en schoon voorhanden.
Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie, maar Motel One heeft echt een probleem met de klimaatbeheersing. De klimaatbeheersing blies alleen (zeer) warme lucht, waardoor het veel te warm werd in de kamer. Desgevraagd gaf de receptioniste aan dat dit de bedoeling is en dat ik het raam moest openen om de temperatuur te laten dalen. Waarom het bij een buitentemperatuur van rond het vriespunt niet mogelijk is de binnentemperatuur met behulp van het ventilatiesysteem te reguleren tussen 18 en 22 graden, blijft raadselachtig. Mijn nachtrust was hierdoor slecht. Ofwel het is (bij gesloten raam en ingeschakelde ventilatie) veel te warm, ofwel het is (bij geopend raam) te lawaaiig, ofwel er ontstaat (bij gesloten raam en uitgeschakelde ventilatie) een tekort aan zuurstof. Ook de mobiele ontvangst in mijn kamer was onvoldoende.
Locatie prima. Check in medewerker erg onvriendelijk. Gaf sleutel en dat was het, zei verder niets. Ontbijt prima. Aardig personeel bij ontbijt. Check out ook goed, dames vriendelijk en bagage opslag geen probleem. Kamer warm en minimalistisch ongezellig ingericht met IKEA stijl kast. Voor 1 nacht voorafgaand aan treinreis prima maar geen hotel om langer te blijven. Obers in bar in de avond ook nogal afstandelijk.

Hotel Wenen-Hauptbahnhof
Zodra je ons Motel One Wenen-Hauptbahnhof binnenkomt, heb je aan de receptie een prachtig panorama over de stad. Vanaf de bovenste verdiepingen heb je zelfs een live panorama over de hoofdstad van Oostenrijk. Ook in de One Lounge verwijzen wij op creatieve wijze naar lokale thema's. Tijdens het ontbijt word je ondergedompeld in de wereld van 1854, toen de Semmeringbahn werd geopend. De bar is versierd met decoraties in de stijl van de artistieke beweging Wiener Werkstätte en ook onze designhighlights van Moroso, Baxter en Jan Kath verwijzen naar deze beweging.
Een absolute eyecatcher is de afbeelding van het nabijgelegen slot Belvedere die over meerdere verdiepingen loopt. Dit kasteel ligt overigens op wandelafstand en heeft een prachtige tuin om lekker in te wandelen en een indruk op te doen van het kasteeldomein. Andere bezienswaardigheden in het centrum, zoals het staatsoperagebouw, het Museumsquartier en de Stephansdom, zijn eveneens goed bereikbaar vanaf het hotel.
