The service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I cam recommend MOTEL ONE Westbahnhof in Vienna to anyone who looks for a hotel.
Bad smell in the room, bad breakfast , dirty wall in the bathroom near the toilet ( had to wash it myself🤮)
I enjoed staying at your Hotel.Big comfortable room and very clean! Variaty of food for breakfast in a spacious room.Very important that is closed to metro and tram and helps the tourist to move to the center and back to the hotel only in a few minutes!I would definetely recomended and I would love to come back my self.
A very pleasant stay. Hotel looks great, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Our room was tidy and well equipped. The only thing lacking was a kettle. A fridge would’ve been nice too. Breakfast was kinda okey - cheese, boiled eggs, ham, yogurts, bread, sweet buns, fruits. I suggest that omelette or sausages could’ve been a nice addition to the breakfast menu as well. There were also some vegan/vegetarian options. However, as a celiac person I would’ve appreciated some gluten free options as cereals or bread without gluten.

This is my fifth time staying here. Consistently great service, fantastic staff, comfy rooms, yummy breakfast! It can get busy but the staff is super attentive and extremely helpful. Great place for groups! Highly recommend this Motel One!!
No fuzz - nice - efficient - perfect!
Staff was great. Food was good. Room was spacious overall. TV was super slow and I couldnt link it to my mobile device. Air in the room didnt work too. Bathroom was great.

Great hotel, as always. BUT my room and bathroom felt quite used and a little bit run-down this time. Unusual for the typical Motel One quality level. I also wasn't happy with the quality of the rolls ("Semmeln") in the breakfast buffet this time. Usually, they were big and fresh. This time you could really see that it is a lower-quality industry product. Please improve! Staff and friendliness is exceptional as always. Thank you! Still good value for money.
Great hotel. Location is very close to all you need. I had small issue with parking, I paid at the reception but I still had to pay at the parking garage. It registered my first 3 days but not the last 2 days, so once I was exiting it showed I had unpaid parking. Other then that all really nothing to complain.

We chose this hotel for its location to the airport bus stop which is basically outside the front entrance. Price could be cheaper. Staff were friendly and room was modern and clean, but basic - no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Everything was great but disappointed that the Motel did not have any twin rooms. Unisual in thi day and age. Other attendees at our meeting chose to stay elsewhere, nearby, because of this.
No battle of water gives
Hotel is easy to access from all areas of the city with underground ,SBalm and buses all very close. Hotel was quiet, we did have a rear facing room.
Missing a flat pillow
Good quality in-room facilities, and the residents’ lounge was useful BUT the air conditioning had only heating and no cooling, meaning that even at the end of September the room was too hot and stuffy to sleep well. My room also faced onto a busy street so not possible to leave open a window overnight. A pity, and for a relatively new hotel I would have expected better. In conclusion: stay here only in winter when the weather’s cold!
War alles perfekt!
I was by business reasons the week and the breakfast was a little poor without just cooked dishes.

Definitely a basic no frills place. Our room was warm despite the a/c and no fans are available. The lack of toiletries when I forgot something was very disappointing and our room was unbelievably loud so we didn’t sleep well the entire time. I’m not sure I’d rebook again.
Everything was just fine super service in Bar and Reception. The only drawback was, that there were dark splashes on the wall in my room.These were only removed the 2nd day not immediately I arrived, although someone checked the room before I moved in, and I complained at reception.
Room to the inside was absolutely quiet, most important. Strange that on a Saturday cleaning staff entered at 09:30 the room whilst sleeping as no door tags were available to notify. Breakfast was some kind of disappointing buffets and setup for 18€ (too small and narrow tables) I experienced in my live compared to the price. For example: Too small & empty plates of tomatoes and cucumber, no scrambled eggs at all, no beans, small selection of bread etc. etc.
Mooie nette kamers. Niet te groot en niet te klein. Goed ontbijt. Bij ontbijt genoeg plaatsen. Gezellige longe. Goede bar en niet te dure drankjes. Heel goede kaffer. Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is super gelegen. De VAL bus (vluchthaven) stopt voor hotel. Rijde ieder 1/2 uur. Vandaaruit makkelijk over te stappen op U baan of tram. Goede uitval bases om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Ons was het deze heel goed bevallen. Komen zeker terug.
Altijd erg fijn!
Zijn al meerdere keren in een motel One geweest, goede kamers voor wat je betaald en meestal is de ligging ook ideaal, zo ook bij dit hotel om Wenen te ontdekken. Alleen vindt ik het ontbijt aan de dure kant dus ontbijten wij ergens in de stad
Van alle Motel one is deze de minste wat betreft ontbijt ; enkel hardgekookte eieren en geen spek Tafels worden te traag afgeruimd voor de volgende ; bar veel volk en 1 barman met weinig ervaring ; wel positief is de ligging en de hygiëne In het hotel ; goede matras
Onvriendelijk personeel! locatie omgeven met zwervers, heel onprettig. Veel mensen bij de entree om in te checken en te weinig personeel bij de balie om dit te verwerken..
Klimaanlage defekt
Wij verbleven voor de 8ste keer in Westbahnhof. Receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar wel bemerkten we in het algemeen dat het ook voor dit motel lastig is goed personeel te vinden, wij zijn zelf erg netjes maar onze kamer was niet altijd even net. Eén dag was de toiletbril hoog en ons toilet gebruikt en niet doorgespoeld. Ook de schone handdoeken lagen op de badkamervloer ipv aan het rek. In de lounge waren soms lange wachttijden. Wellicht kleine zaken maar onze eerdere ervaringen, ook bij andere filialen waren altijd een dikke 10, vandaar een kleine verbazing over het verschil.
Uitstekend hotel. Niets op aan te merken, behalve de ligging. Heel veel lawaai 's nachts zodat je met gesloten raam moet slapen. Vooral aan de stopplaats voor autocars net onder het raam was het lawaaierig. Als je dat niet gewoon bent beïnvloed dit je slaapkwaliteit. Maar dit is heel persoonlijk.
Perfect gelegen om met Ov de stad te bezoeken. Ontbijt is top en de bar ‘‘s avonds altijd gezellig druk.

Hotel Wenen-Westbahnhof
Ons Motel One Wenen-Westbahnhof is helemaal in de sfeer van het nabijgelegen museumkwartier en vooral in de sfeer van het MUMOK, het Museum voor Moderne Kunst. Overal in ons hotel vind je levendige kleuren en opvallende designelementen, zelfs tot in de kleinste details. Om te beginnen nodigen vlakbij de receptie twee multifunctionele banken, zogenaamde ‘Enzis’, uit om te relaxen. Ook buiten in het museumkwartier zijn de ‘Enzis’ overal te vinden. Ook de kunstwerken van de Weense Thomas Draschan, die het ontwerp van de receptie, de ontbijtruimte, de bar en de hotelkamers heeft geleverd, zijn eigentijds en origineel. Zijn wandobjecten en lichtcollages stralen een typisch Weens levensgevoel uit en spelen met scenes van het Westbahnhof in op clichés en absurditeiten, maar dan wel met een vette knipoog ofwel ‘Schmäh’.
Het designhotel ligt vlakbij de Mariahilfer Straße, een populaire winkelstraat die vanuit het stadscentrum in de richting van slot Schönbrunn loopt. Van hieruit ben je ook snel bij andere bezienswaardigheden in het centrum zoals de Hofburg, de Stephansdom en de Staatsoper. Het Westbahnhof ligt pal voor de deur van het hotel, zodat je heel gemakkelijk uitstapjes kunt maken naar de omgeving van Wenen en ons Motel One ook het ideale uitgangspunt voor een stedenreis naar Wenen is. Heeft de reiskoorts je al te pakken? Wij sluiten ons aan bij het citaat van Novalis, dat je overigens ook in de kunstige collages op je kamer vindt: "We dromen van reizen in het heelal: maar zit het heelal niet in ons?" Wij vinden dat het niet gelijk het heelal hoeft te zijn. Wat dacht je ervan om eerst eens naar ons voordelige hotel in Wenen te komen?
