Although the room and the shower were a little on small side - everything else was wonderful. Breakfast was impressive. Parking great with elevator straight to the level where our room was. Centrally located by the Deutsches Museum - most everything was in walking distance.
Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast had something for everyone. Good breakfast!
We were not happy with the ventilation or the room or bathroom. Elena in reception moved us to a bigger room that we were able to open the windows to allow air into the room. We were very happy with this and Elena's friendliness and helpfulness. She made the stay the best possible. Ventilation systems should be upgraded to air conditioning.
Extraordinary staff at check-in an bar; very comfortable kingside bed; very neat and clean; affordable parking, but could use better sign-posting; housekeeping enters room despite „Do not disturb“ sign at the door and without adequate notice

Most facilities were satisfactory overall. However, it was disappointing that the bar closes at midnight, as it is advertised to operate 24 hours and this is typically the case in other Motel One hotels. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness standards.
Good hotel , but the CANCELLATION POLICY Is too hard In case of cancellation, I request cancelation of 1 of my 4 reservación 3 day before the data and I will pay 90%

We had an excellent two-day stay at the Motel One Deutsches Museum Munich. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and helpful and we were even able to go into the room around midday. Clearly, this is not always possible, but when the room is actually available, it's really nice if staff permit access. The whole booking and checking-in process directly through the website was very smooth, the room was just as expected and good value for money and internet access through WLAN fast. And it was really pleasant that snacks are available at the bar in the evening, albeit not much choice and fairly expensive. The lounge area is lovely with lots of space, interesting variety of sitting options. We did not book breakfast as there was only an all-you-can-eat option, which was pretty expensive if you don't want to eat much. It also looked a bit stressy, but we found a great breakfast café around the corner. During the first night there was noise from the ventilation system, but when reported the next morning the technician came at once and fixed it. Overall, I would certainly recommend the Motel Ones.
Hotel staff and bar was really good but the room was extremely small. With 2 adults and 1 child there was no space to move around. Even bathroom was very small but somehow manageable. We stayed for 4 nights but after second night there was no cleaning of the room/ bathroom so we were not happy about it. It was however resolved on day 3. The additional sofa bed for child was not comfortable. The main bed was fine. In terms of location it’s a bit of walk about 10 minutes from Rosenheimer Platz.
It was a pleased time. Just wished there would be a coffee maker in the room 😊 Parking is great!
Overall, our stay was pleasant, except for the issue with the room size. Just a few days earlier we had stayed at a budget-style hotel, and even then, the rooms there were considerably larger. The room was very clean, though the choice of carpeted flooring can be problematic for anyone with allergies. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety and everything fresh, although the price felt a bit high for what was offered. The staff were excellent — especially the receptionist Elena, who provided outstanding service and was exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, what brings the rating down is the price-to-value mismatch. As pleasant as the stay was, such a small room without basic amenities like a minibar, coffee maker, or electric kettle really shouldn’t cost that much.
Missed a hot water cattle or fridge in the room
Overall, it was a nice experience. Although one day, even though I did not want my room to be cleaned, it was cleaned anyways. Hot water started not working after 2 days. Therefore, there was no hot water in my room for 3 days, which was pretty frustrating...
Excellent location, quiet, green, direct S-trains to main station, center, airport. Lounge and workspace ground floor. Room could have been a bit larger. 10% for members.
Services were good. The breakfast organisation needs still improvement because the people having their breakfast between 7 to 8 literally behave like schoolchildren, they are annoying and lousy and they can’t wait their turn till they get the food . Typical middle working class . Also many tables were not cleaned after people were finished breakfast and gone. This is not a good image of a hotel chain claiming to be top.

Sleek and stylish. Very clean. Tiny room. No hot water kettle which is standard in most hotels in Germany. Since I was traveling alone, it was fine as the room can only fit one person with one suitcase. Can't see myself staying in that room again with my husband due to size limitation. One of us would have to jump on the bed in order to pass by the narrow space between the wall and the bed.

The hotels layout and design was great, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located. Our room was nice and clean, however the 8th floor hallway had a potent smell to it, that was not pleasing.

I had another wonderful stay during my business trip. The location is perfect. Close enough to reach Munich city center easily, yet tucked away near the peaceful Isar. A big thank you to Vesna and Maya! They always make me feel right at home, especially during breakfast. Their warm and friendly service really makes the mornings enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.
Check-in staff was very helpful and kind. Restaurant/bar staff less so. We had housekeeping one time in 4 nights and they didn't not remove dirty dishes. The room needs drawers, closet, fridge, or coffee maker.
I requested high floor with view room, it was arranged. Everything was very good thank you.

I always stay at Motel One Deutsches Museum - location is great near the Isar. Usually the price is competitive - except around Oktoberfest. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good - I would recommend that the hard boiled eggs are properly hard boiled - they are too soft for my liking.

No cool air conditioning in the room. We were told the air conditioning was set only to heat. We had to get a portable fan / air conditioner from reception from staff member that was rude and made us wait for a long time. Portable evaporative cooler air conditioner was not efficient enough to cool room. Small rooms with very little storage for our personal items. We asked for a quiet room and were put on a very busy 4th floor. We could clearly hear people in the corridor and doors being closed.
De kamer is prima! Vooral fijn dat alles nieuw en schoon is. Wat ik toch mis is een waterkoker en een extra klein krukje voor bij de tafel, dan zou het helemaal perfect zijn geweest.
Algemene beoordeling is prima , kamer ,netheid , ontbijt etc. Tegenvaller is de parkeergarage , electrisch laden auto . De receptie kon mij bij aankomst niet vertellen welke kaart ik nodig had om te activeren . Blijkt dat je via een QR Code al je gegevens opnieuw moet ingeven inclusief Credit Card.. Dit is hinderlijk als je al 4 kaarten bij je hebt waar je overal in Duitsland terecht kunt . Daarbij wil men via je Creditcard een bedrag blokkeren dat na afrekening , na enkele weken weer vrij komt . Het tarief is ook onbekend . Dus electrisch laden bij Motel1 is een " No Go ". Zeer slechte service , op deze wijze . Voorzichtig uitgedrukt . Gewoon via een algemene kaart gebruiken , bijvoorbeeld , ADAC , SHELL , ..
De Motel One -formule slaagt erin om massaliteit en gezelligheid te verenigen. De faciliteiten zijn prima. Ons hotel is gelegen in een rustige, maar ook levenige buurt, op een kwartiertje wandelen van de binnenstad.
Eerder kleine kamer maar alle comfort aanwezig. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, verzorgd en heel lekker. Het personeel heel vriendelijk. Ook goed gelegen tov het centrum. Een aanrader.
Misschien kleine koelkastjes op de kamers? Zou u veel klanten een plezier mee doen!
Prima hotel, enige punt van kritiek; de hoge temperatuur in het hele hotel en zeker in de hotelkamer. 20 graden zou prettig zijn, het was meer dan 24 graden in het hotel.

eerste keer in een motel one. keurig, vriendelijk, leuke bar en ontbijt ruimte. alleen kamer deuren die alleen met veel lawaai zijn dicht te doen. verblijf was tijdens Oktober Festen, vond de kamerprijs erg hoog
Formule al bij ons bekend, daarom ook dit hotel gekozen. Locatie en eigen parkeervoorziening bij hotel was ook een reden. Vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam, uitstekend ontbijt. Ook de afstand tot de S-bahn (en U-bahn) was een absolute plus.
Kamer voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Parkeergarage tegen betaling.
3 nachten gelogeerd met 2 personen. Voor ganse periode voor elk slechts 1 kartonnen bekertje. Te gebruiken voor zowel badkamer als drinkbeker. Wel heel erg weinig

Kennis is macht, en die kennis willen wij met de gasten van ons Motel One München-Deutsches Museum delen. Om de boekenwurm in ieder van ons te wekken, hebben wij in de One Lounge een gezellige bibliotheek ingericht die is gedecoreerd met wetenschappelijke miniatuurmodellen uit het Duitse Museum. Met een goed boek bereid jij je hier voor op je bezoek aan het nabijgelegen museum en lest je je dorst naar kennis. En voor de gewone dorst hebben wij een natje en een droogje klaarstaan aan onze bar waar je in een ontspannen sfeer de dag de revue kunt laten passeren. De rustige Outdoor Lounge met zijn comfortabele loungemeubels en ligstoelen laat je ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad.
Ons designhotel gelegen aan de Isarhochufer, ligt perfect voor wie het centrum van München wil verkennen. Het tramstation Rosenheimer Platz ligt op slechts 400 meter van het hotel, waardoor je zeer snel aansluiting hebt met het openbaar vervoer in de stad. Ons hotel ligt ideaal om de stad te voet te ontdekken. Gasteig, met zijn veelzijdige waaier aan activiteiten, ligt net zoals het Duitse Museum op een paar 100 meter van het hotel. Breng ons een bezoekje en duik onder in de geschiedenis van de techniek en de wetenschap van alle tijden.
