Overall the hotel is good but one thing disturbed me a lot. I like drinking hot drinks especially in autumn/winter. In hotel there is no possibility to do it in the room. I also asked the bar on the 14th floor if they have takeaway cups and the answer was no. So it means if I want to drink something in the evening I need to dress up and go to the 14th floor. For me it is far from the comfort. Considering the fact that 14th floor is also open for the external guests in the evening people come dressed up, so I don't feel myself comfortable going with my pyjamas and drinking tea in the evening. I understand there is no kettle in the rooms but it would be better if there was a coffee machine maybe on the 13th floor, where we could buy and take the hot drinks to the room. At least for the price I pay for the room I expect this convenience. There are a lot of hotels in Nürnberg, which are cheaper but have kettles in the room. I have to travel to Nürnberg every week in the next months for the job and just because this reason unfortunately The Cloud One will not be my choice.

Room is really tiny. Can’t really fit two people well. Good breakfast. Good location. Only one bottle of water free for two night stay.
Your hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay. One thing I would like to point out is the restaurant of breakfast. It was so crowded and difficult to find the seat when I ate the breakfast at around 7-8am. I hope you to improve it.

The parking facilities do not meet modern standards. The underground garage entrance is extremely dangerous due to its narrowness and the way it is accessed. I drove into it and damaged my car in the process. Reception staff mentioned that they hear about this issue around 50 times a day—meaning the problem is well-known and hundreds of guests have damaged their cars there—yet the garage entrance has not been modified in years to resolve the issue. This is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates an astonishing disregard for guests' property.
Dear Sir and Madam, I would like to say that my reservation was good and that most of the staff were very nice, polite and helpful. However, I had a negative experience with one female employee in which I requested two glasses with ice just to take a break time with my spouse in the lounge & bar and then the hotel's employee told me that we can not stay in the lounge and bar because we are not consuming nothing in the bar's hotel and then she suggested to us going to room and drink the beer and the Coca-Cola in the room. It is a bad message to a client, who booked the hotel infrastructure and completely understand that a glass of ice is not allowanced to borrow or provided but say that we can not sitting in the lounge because we are not consuming in the hotel's bar was not acceptable and totally stupid approach to a guess. As a first-time guest at the Motel One, this employee downgraded my score. On other days, a glass of ice was requested and no problems were caused, in my opinion, by drinking beverages in the lounge and bar area. I would recommend providing more training and adopting a different approach. Alternatively, please write on the bar or table: Only those who wish to drink and consume beverages from our bar and lounge are permitted to sit here.
Very good. Negative points were only that the breakfast simply is quite limited and not worth the money. Also, the background music within the breakfast area was on a very short repetitive loop, it was very irritating to put up with sadly.

Great location. Staff was great. Prepare for a bit of noise since it is right at the train station! The only problem we had was our lights randomly coming on every couple hours at night. I pulled the card at 2 am finally so it stopped.

Room 311. Don't know why, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not working effectively (or was not working), so steam stayed a bit in the bathroom until next morning. Since the hotel concept is basically B&B, I would recommend offering bathroom slippers as an option (either I missed them in the room or they were not there). People are trying to carry less weight with them to B&B hotels, then with slippers they would not need to take them from home.

Good location next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small. The room did not have a fridge or coffee machine, which I would have expected.

Nice hotel next to the station. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable but minimal, Personally I would prefer more storage space, even the bedside table was tiny, also nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers. Room was only made up for 1, so it was a nuisance going back and forth for items like towels and duvets. Would have also been nice to have a mini fridge and water. Bar area was very nice with great views over the city. Breakfast service was very busy and hectic!

Motel 1 is tot nu toe altijd top! Vooral voor zakelijke reizen mijn favoriet. Centraal gelegen, modern comfort en tot nu toe overal uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

For a hotel this size the breakfast area should be much bigger. The cost of €20 for breakfast and no where to sit is not a good value. Would also be great to have a gym.

Nette verzorgde kamer, wel nogal klein en er is lawaai (op eerste verdieping) van vrachtauto's en overig verkeer. Ramen kunnen 's nachts niet open blijven. Toch een aanrader, alles was netjes en opvallend schoon.
Goed hotel. Alleen werkt de ventilatie op de kamers niet, 's nachts super warm en aangezien je rechtstreeks aan het centraal station zit, is het openzetten van het raam in de nacht ook niet ideaal. Verder wordt een waterkoker/koffiezetapparaat gemist op de kamer. Ontbijt is ok, maar niet uitgebreid.

Prima hotel en een lekker ontbijt
Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Kamers zijn schoon, maar wel wat minimalistisch ingericht. Het zou bijvoorbeeld prettig zijn als er een waterkoker is om zelf thee en koffie te zetten. Ook mag wel duidelijker worden aangegeven hoe je de receptie kan bereiken (telefonisch). Daarnaast was het een beetje apart dat er wel voor 2 personen kussens waren maar er was 1 eenpersoonsdekbed.
Perfecte locatie naast de ingang van het centraal station. Geen geluidsoverlast wanneer de ramen gesloten zijn. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit garantie. Ruime kamer keus (type, grootte, etc) Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi, schoon hotel. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad vanuit de loungebar.
Het was verrassend en zag er allemaal mooi, verzorgd en sfeervol uit. Alleen het personeel achter de desk als je binnenkomt, mag van mij nog wel een cursus klantvriendelijkheid krijgen. Ze waren netjes, maar meer als dat kwam er ook niet uit.

Hotel Neurenberg-Plärrer
In ons hotel in Neurenberg breng je niet alleen tijd door in de hoofdstad van de Franken, maar ook in verre melkwegstelsels. Want pal naast de deur is het Nicolaus Copernicus Planetarium te vinden, dat als inspiratiebron diende voor het interieurontwerp van onze Motel One Neurenberg-Plärrer. Grote, glanzende muurfoto´s zorgen ervoor dat je al tijdens het inchecken bij de receptie het gevoel hebt in de oneindige ruimte van het universum te zijn. Astronauten, satellieten en ruimteschepen zweven langs het futuristische loungemeubilair. Stijlvolle lampen doen denken aan sterren en planeten en maken het galactisch-moderne ontwerp compleet. En, schiet daar nou ergens een UFO voorbij?! Nou ja, deze waarneming kan ook te wijten zijn aan het uitgebreide gin-assortiment van onze Motel One bar. Hier kun je zeker heerlijk hemels ontspannen. Comfortabele boxspringbedden, een gezond biologisch ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, gezellige kamers en gratis wifi dragen hier eveneens aan bij. Uiteraard is dat alles voor de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding standaard inbegrepen in ons budgethotel in Neurenberg. Bovendien is ons Motel One, dankzij de centrale ligging aan de Plärrer in Neurenberg, het perfecte uitgangspunt om de stad te verkennen.
De Frankische metropool is niet alleen een bezoekje waard vanwege de braadworsten, de Neurenbergse peperkoek of zijn Christkindlesmarkt. In de directe omgeving van ons designhotel ligt het stadscentrum met bezienswaardigheden zoals het Germanisches Nationalmuseum, de St.-Lorenz-kerk en diverse winkelmogelijkheden.
Aan de andere kant van de Pegnitz is het middeleeuwse historische centrum met zijn vele oude monumenten, zoals het huis van Albrecht Dürer, de Hauptmarkt, de Schöne Brunnen en de Kaiserburg te vinden. Deze kunnen gemakkelijk te voet of met het openbaar vervoer worden bereikt. Want direct voor de ingang van ons designhotel zorgen de tramhalte Kohlenhof, het tramstation Steinbühl en het metrostation aan de Plärrer voor alle belangrijke aansluitingen op het openbaar vervoer. Zo kom je ook van het centrum uit snel en eenvoudig naar de bezienswaardigheden in de verste uithoeken van de stad en naar de beurs van Neurenberg. En voor wie met de trein komt, het centraal station ligt op ongeveer een kilometer van het hotel. Vanaf het centraal station kun je bovendien rechtstreeks van de stad naar de luchthaven van Neurenberg reizen.
