Dear Sir and Madam, I would like to say that my reservation was good and that most of the staff were very nice, polite and helpful. However, I had a negative experience with one female employee in which I requested two glasses with ice just to take a break time with my spouse in the lounge & bar and then the hotel's employee told me that we can not stay in the lounge and bar because we are not consuming nothing in the bar's hotel and then she suggested to us going to room and drink the beer and the Coca-Cola in the room. It is a bad message to a client, who booked the hotel infrastructure and completely understand that a glass of ice is not allowanced to borrow or provided but say that we can not sitting in the lounge because we are not consuming in the hotel's bar was not acceptable and totally stupid approach to a guess. As a first-time guest at the Motel One, this employee downgraded my score. On other days, a glass of ice was requested and no problems were caused, in my opinion, by drinking beverages in the lounge and bar area. I would recommend providing more training and adopting a different approach. Alternatively, please write on the bar or table: Only those who wish to drink and consume beverages from our bar and lounge are permitted to sit here.
Very good. Negative points were only that the breakfast simply is quite limited and not worth the money. Also, the background music within the breakfast area was on a very short repetitive loop, it was very irritating to put up with sadly.

Great location. Staff was great. Prepare for a bit of noise since it is right at the train station! The only problem we had was our lights randomly coming on every couple hours at night. I pulled the card at 2 am finally so it stopped.

Room 311. Don't know why, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not working effectively (or was not working), so steam stayed a bit in the bathroom until next morning. Since the hotel concept is basically B&B, I would recommend offering bathroom slippers as an option (either I missed them in the room or they were not there). People are trying to carry less weight with them to B&B hotels, then with slippers they would not need to take them from home.

Good location next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small. The room did not have a fridge or coffee machine, which I would have expected.

Nice hotel next to the station. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable but minimal, Personally I would prefer more storage space, even the bedside table was tiny, also nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers. Room was only made up for 1, so it was a nuisance going back and forth for items like towels and duvets. Would have also been nice to have a mini fridge and water. Bar area was very nice with great views over the city. Breakfast service was very busy and hectic!

For a hotel this size the breakfast area should be much bigger. The cost of €20 for breakfast and no where to sit is not a good value. Would also be great to have a gym.

Fancy hotel, in particular the bar at the 14th floor. However, the room was a little bit small.
Eveyone so incredibly nice and it was so sweet and clean but in room 222 there’s vent at night that annoys extremely that’s seems to be only In that room? It’s not the AC!
I would appreciate a water kettle and some tea bags. I heard bad reviews about the bar so I didn't go.

Nice hotel so far, its almost near with everything, nice services with smiling employees at the counter, the biggest issue is tv, If you will put smart tv that atleast we can watch YouTube it could be more superb, and also just mini fridge. But so far cloud one nurnmberg is perfect hotel that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks
Fantastic location next to HBF and old town; super friendly and helpful staff; super comfy bed and ambience. Only complete is the rather pricey breakfast but it is breakfast with a view!
Location is very good, the hotel looks nice. The room is under equipped - there should be a kettle or a coffee machine, especially being a business hotel. There were no toiletries except shampoo. The rooms should also be ventilated because they smell. Breakfast is ok, but should include more warm dishes.
Good hotel, but a few things could improve like new menus cards at the bar as they are a bit overused, no chipped plates, cleaning the carpet, etc.
Paying €24.50 for breakfast and then not being able to get a breakfast box was quite surprising and unfortunately spoiled my overall experience at the hotel. I understand that breakfast boxes may normally need to be requested in advance. However, I was informed that around 600 guests were staying at the hotel that night, and with a hotel of this size, I would expect some flexibility when guests’ travel plans change unexpectedly. With so many guests, surely last-minute requests for an early breakfast must happen from time to time. I will be travelling to Nürnberg again next week and had initially considered staying at the hotel again, but after this experience, I think I will look into another accommodation option. It was a rather disappointing.

Check-in was fast and efficient, the room was exactly as described, and the windows did a great job blocking out noise from the street. Nice stay overall.
When it is 37 degrees Celsius please adjust the centrally controlled air-conditioning thermostat accordingly. It was too hot in our room yet the temperature in the foyer was nice and cool. We did not sleep well during our stay.

Modern, clean, trendy and good location.
The bed items in the room were sufficient and in good condition, but there was limited space to walk around or put suitcases. The bathroom was small but nice. The wall thermostat did not function properly in that it caused no precise control of the temperature; consequently, the room was warm rather than cool.
Very friendly and polite staff. Perfect location for me right beside train station. The room was very quiet room and super clean. Had everything what I needed.
The whole experience was very good. The rooms are well furnished but not large. The top floor bar was lovely to spend time in. Breakfast was tasty. Service and friendliness was great.
I’ve been in many Motel One hotels! This one was by far the least clean and was worn down!
We had a wonderful stay with a fantastic view of the city. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The rooftop terrace was the perfect way to end the evening, with a beautiful sunset.
The staff at the check-in were friendly and cheerful and helpful. There was some sort of computer glitch, and they handed off the check-in and worked as a team.
Great hotel with amazing breakfasts. You serve fresh pastries, high-quality cold cuts, and delicious pain au chocolat. Very attentive staff. Special thanks to Michelle and Katerina at the reception — they were truly memorable. There is no kettle in the room, but it's always possible to get boiling water at the bar without any issues.
Great first impression with friendly staff and nice scent of lavender. The room was not so big but fine for the price. Very clean and had a proper bathroom, not a “contemporary screen” like some places. We really liked the breakfast room and bar with great views as well. Location is great too, right next to the station.
The hotel itself is very good. The location is excellent, the rooms were clean, modern and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff during the evening and the security personnel was extremely disappointing. I found their attitude to be unfriendly, dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. What concerned me even more was the impression that I was treated differently because of my background. The situation left me with the feeling that prejudice played a role in the way I was approached, which is something no guest should experience. I have already contacted Motel One management separately regarding this incident and expect it to be investigated thoroughly. A hotel can have excellent facilities, but respectful and professional treatment of every guest is just as important. Sadly, this experience overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

Dobry hotel na podróże biznesowe. Brak szafy w pokoju powoduje problem z rozpakowaniem i ułożenie rzeczy prywatnych. Brak ciepłego posiłku na śniadanie ( np. jajecznica, kiełbaski ).
Ogólnie było ok, ale były pewne braki.
W naszym hotelu w Norymberdze zanurzysz się nie tylko w klimacie stolicy Frankonii, ale również w odległych galaktykach. Tuż obok bowiem znajduje się Planetarium Mikołaja Kopernika, które było również inspiracją wystroju wnętrza Motel One Norymberga-Plärrer. Wielkoformatowe, błyszczące fototapety w recepcji porwą Cię w nieskończoną przestrzeń kosmiczną. Astronauci, satelity i promy kosmiczne szybują we wnętrzach wyposażonych w futurystyczne meble wypoczynkowe. Filigranowe lampy przypominające gwiazdy i planety są dopełnieniem tego galaktyczno-nowoczesnego wystroju. Zaraz, czy tam nie leci UFO?! No cóż, ta obserwacja mogła być również efektem spożycia ginu z bogatej karty baru Motel One. U nas z pewnością niebiańsko się zrelaksujesz. Zapewni to wygodne łóżko kontynentalne, zdrowe ekologiczne śniadanie, miła obsługa, przytulne pokoje i bezpłatne Wi-Fi. Jak przystało na hotel o najlepszym stosunku ceny do jakości, wszystko to jest oczywiście w standardzie. Ponadto, dzięki centralnemu położeniu przy placu Plärrer, Motel One jest idealnym punktem wyjścia na miasto.
Frankońską metropolię warto bowiem zwiedzić nie tylko ze względu na kiełbaski z rusztu, pierniki norymberskie czy jarmark bożonarodzeniowy. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie naszego stylowego hotelu znajduje się śródmieście z zabytkami takimi jak Germańskie Muzeum Narodowe, kościół św. Wawrzyńca, a także cała gama sklepów. Po drugiej stronie rzeki Pegnitz rozciąga się średniowieczne Stare Miasto z licznymi historycznymi obiektami, takimi jak dom Albrechta Dürera, Rynek Główny, studnia Schöner Brunnen oraz zamek Keiserburg.
