Room 311. Don't know why, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not working effectively (or was not working), so steam stayed a bit in the bathroom until next morning. Since the hotel concept is basically B&B, I would recommend offering bathroom slippers as an option (either I missed them in the room or they were not there). People are trying to carry less weight with them to B&B hotels, then with slippers they would not need to take them from home.

Good location next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small. The room did not have a fridge or coffee machine, which I would have expected.

Nice hotel next to the station. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable but minimal, Personally I would prefer more storage space, even the bedside table was tiny, also nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers. Room was only made up for 1, so it was a nuisance going back and forth for items like towels and duvets. Would have also been nice to have a mini fridge and water. Bar area was very nice with great views over the city. Breakfast service was very busy and hectic!

For a hotel this size the breakfast area should be much bigger. The cost of €20 for breakfast and no where to sit is not a good value. Would also be great to have a gym.

Fancy hotel, in particular the bar at the 14th floor. However, the room was a little bit small.
Eveyone so incredibly nice and it was so sweet and clean but in room 222 there’s vent at night that annoys extremely that’s seems to be only In that room? It’s not the AC!
I would appreciate a water kettle and some tea bags. I heard bad reviews about the bar so I didn't go.
Nice rooms at a very good location.
Nice hotel so far, its almost near with everything, nice services with smiling employees at the counter, the biggest issue is tv, If you will put smart tv that atleast we can watch YouTube it could be more superb, and also just mini fridge. But so far cloud one nurnmberg is perfect hotel that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks

Fantastic location next to HBF and old town; super friendly and helpful staff; super comfy bed and ambience. Only complete is the rather pricey breakfast but it is breakfast with a view!
Nous avons oublié un ordi acteur portable dans la chambre et nous nous en sommes rendu compte le lendemain où nous avons quitté la chambre et personne ne nous a averti. Impossible d’avoir un retour de l’hôtel qui ne répond pas à nos sollicitations.
Location is very good, the hotel looks nice. The room is under equipped - there should be a kettle or a coffee machine, especially being a business hotel. There were no toiletries except shampoo. The rooms should also be ventilated because they smell. Breakfast is ok, but should include more warm dishes.
Good hotel, but a few things could improve like new menus cards at the bar as they are a bit overused, no chipped plates, cleaning the carpet, etc.

Paying €24.50 for breakfast and then not being able to get a breakfast box was quite surprising and unfortunately spoiled my overall experience at the hotel. I understand that breakfast boxes may normally need to be requested in advance. However, I was informed that around 600 guests were staying at the hotel that night, and with a hotel of this size, I would expect some flexibility when guests’ travel plans change unexpectedly. With so many guests, surely last-minute requests for an early breakfast must happen from time to time. I will be travelling to Nürnberg again next week and had initially considered staying at the hotel again, but after this experience, I think I will look into another accommodation option. It was a rather disappointing.

Check-in was fast and efficient, the room was exactly as described, and the windows did a great job blocking out noise from the street. Nice stay overall.
When it is 37 degrees Celsius please adjust the centrally controlled air-conditioning thermostat accordingly. It was too hot in our room yet the temperature in the foyer was nice and cool. We did not sleep well during our stay.

Modern, clean, trendy and good location.
The bed items in the room were sufficient and in good condition, but there was limited space to walk around or put suitcases. The bathroom was small but nice. The wall thermostat did not function properly in that it caused no precise control of the temperature; consequently, the room was warm rather than cool.
Very friendly and polite staff. Perfect location for me right beside train station. The room was very quiet room and super clean. Had everything what I needed.
The whole experience was very good. The rooms are well furnished but not large. The top floor bar was lovely to spend time in. Breakfast was tasty. Service and friendliness was great.
I’ve been in many Motel One hotels! This one was by far the least clean and was worn down!
We had a wonderful stay with a fantastic view of the city. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The rooftop terrace was the perfect way to end the evening, with a beautiful sunset.
The staff at the check-in were friendly and cheerful and helpful. There was some sort of computer glitch, and they handed off the check-in and worked as a team.
Great hotel with amazing breakfasts. You serve fresh pastries, high-quality cold cuts, and delicious pain au chocolat. Very attentive staff. Special thanks to Michelle and Katerina at the reception — they were truly memorable. There is no kettle in the room, but it's always possible to get boiling water at the bar without any issues.

Prendre un petit déjeuner est simplement un cauchemars, pas assez de tables, les tables ne sont pas rapidement nettoyées quand le client précédent part donc il faut s'installer sur une table sale avec tous les risques sanitaires que cela implique pour l'hygiène. Donc j'ai préféré ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner le premier jour.
Accueil rapide, service réactif, chambre bien pensée, tout y est alors que la surface est optimisée, peut-être prévoir une bouteille d'eau filtrée, merci pour les odeurs subtiles dans la chambre et la salle de bains, idem pour le gel douche. Pour les communs difficulté à gérer le petit déjeuner car en période séminaire tout le monde arrive en même temps, il faudrait répartir les buffets sur 2 étages idem pour le bar le soir car la terrasse n'est pas encore accessible à cette période de l'année. Merci pour l'expérience.

En séjournant à notre hôtel de Nuremberg, vous explorerez non seulement la capitale de la Franconie mais aussi des galaxies lointaines. En effet, il est situé juste à côté du planétarium Nicolas Copernic, dont s’inspire le design intérieur de notre Motel One Nuremberg-Plärrer. Au comptoir de la réception, d’éclatantes peintures murales grand format vous transportent dans l’infini de l’espace. Des astronautes, des satellites et des navettes spatiales flottent au-dessus des meubles futuristiques de l’espace lounge. De fins luminaires évoquent les astres et les planètes et parachèvent le design moderne et galactique. Et là, derrière, serait-ce un ovni en plein vol ?! De plus, grâce à son emplacement central, sur la place Plärrer, il constitue un excellent point de départ pour visiter la ville.
La métropole franconienne vaut en effet le détour, et pas uniquement pour ses saucisses à griller, son pain d’épices ou son marché de Noël. Notre hôtel design est situé à deux pas du centre-ville, où vous trouverez des sites touristiques tels que le Germanisches Nationalmuseum (musée national germanique), l’église Saint-Laurent ainsi que de nombreux commerces. De l’autre côté de la rivière Pegnitz, le centre historique vous attend, avec ses nombreux monuments historiques tels que la maison d’Albrecht Dürer, la grand-place (Hauptmarkt), la Belle Fontaine et le château impérial.
