Always a pleasant stay from the check-in to the end of the journey.
I juat keep in touch with the breakfast service people and they were really kind. Special thanks Yildiz Dikme , she was so hospital for generally. Breaksfast was so poor according to this quality ! Amd price level
To be honest this is probably unfair but a big problem is out out of your control and is damaging to your hotel . I never managed to walk into your hotel without having to travel past a group of men and women drinking from early morning to very late at night They bother you looking for money so I would just put me head down and walk around them They are absolutely everywhere in Stuttgart On Tuesday night it seemed they caused some sort of explosion at the entrance to the underground that woke me up and the police arrived Not a good look for the hotel On something completely different under your control The bed and pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever had in a hotel but a single duvet cover is not acceptable when I have a double bed Its difficult to sleep when you're not covered by a double duvet I asked at reception for a double duvet but you don't supply them Very strange
it was very pleasant stay. I have 1 year old baby, the staff in the restaurant, bar was so helpful and kind.
Room 133. Charging 350 EUR is insane for a room where I found toilet paper inside the toilet, probably showing the room wasn’t cleaned properly; safe not working properly (several number buttons and the close button weren’t working); and the shower whose water temperature isn’t stable during the shower (goes from VERY hot to cold in a matter of seconds, and then goes normal, and then the cycle back again). Breakfast didn’t even have a toaster!
Black border on the black shower floor, totally invisible. I might have broken my toe. Besides, it's the first time I can say Motel One was overpriced. Bars in the lobby also mean different crowd... Something has changed with Motel Ones and they are less for me now
The hotel's location was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Ms. Yildiz, in particular, took excellent care of us; the hotel is very lucky to have her. My only criticism is that there should be running water in the rooms. We traveled a long distance and the lack of water in the room was disappointing.

Long queue at reception, 1 member of staff servicing checkins & the bar...waited 40 mins to pick up a key (had checked in online).

Cozy, nice and convenient hotel in the very heart of Stuttgart.
The room was very comfortable and spacious. I was very impressed by the quietness and cleanliness. Parking is convenient and plentiful within easy walking distance. There is a REWE close for snacks and essentials. The hotel bar pricing was fair as well. The young man working evenings on the 19th-21st was most helpful. He greeted me every evening and was always pleasant.

The staff was incredibly kind and the rooms were cosy and clean, the location is perfect.
Very nice Hotel rooms and lobby, the design is TOP, you really have the feeling of being in such a luxury place in the centre od Stuttgart. The Hotel is near al the historical attractions and bars and restaurants. We where there as a group and really liked the stay.

The room I stayed in was not the cleanest. Just because I have dog, it seems I was downgraded. My dog is cleaner than most people stay at your hotel.

Location was great. The Reception area and bar were pleasant, as was our room. One negative was the lack of kettle and hot drinks facilities in the room. Shower room was good, bed and pillows comfortable. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast was limited, particularly for gluten free choices. Not enough tables and chairs at popular times. In future before booking a room in any hotel I will check room details to make sure there are hot drinks facilities included as I really missed them.
Location was amazing! Then comes the standard finish of Motel One chain, which is a guarantee everywhere. Very comfortable bed and no noise (facing the courtyard). Staff was also extremely polite and helpful with everything! However....no telephone in the room, which is quite odd (especially in emergencies it is a MUST). No fridge or coffee facility in the room. Rather expensive considering the size of the room!!!

Our stay at Motel One Stuttgart Mite was very good. The staff were very very nice, the rooms were cleaned and comfy, and the overall interior of the hotel and the location and everything, is 10/10. If coming to Stuttgart, we will stay at Motel One for sure again.
Very friendly staff at the reception. We had some drinks at the bar and asked to have them charged to my room, that wasn’t possible. The breakfast buffet was ok but not as good as that from other Motel Ones in Germany; no scrambled eggs offered (or fish). For the price, not acceptable! Parking lot Zeppelin-Carré across the street and with a passage / tunnel beside the hotel entrance. 20€ / day.

It was a pleasure to stay at your vibrant, dynamic hotel; completely in line with the hustle and bustle of a city, even late at night . Very clean everywhere; yet cosy and warm. We appreciated the abundance of different lounge options and the friendliness of your helpfull staff. We loved the fact that it is possible to select NOT to have your room cleaned every day prior to arriving which underlines the awareness of the evironmental impact and off course cost efficiency. That said we HATED the paper cups in the bathroom because they are horrendous to use and very complicated to recycle which means that most of the times they end up being burned or on a landfill. Keep up the good work and see you next time.
Best hotel in Germany!
Steeds een goede ervaring, een verblijf in een Hotel Motel One. Motel One Stuttgart Mitte is bijzonder goed gelegen. Voldoende degelijke parkinggelegenheid in de buurt (20 tot 25 EUR per dag). Vriendelijk personeel, van het onthaal, de bar tot en met het kamerpersoneel. Kan soms lawaaierige buurt zijn, maar de superisolerende vensters van de kamer doen hun werk. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit en ideale uitvalbasis om Stuttgart te verkennen.
Excellent stay. Comfortable, quiet room with all necessary amenities. Warm welcome from the staff and very helpful air conditioning in 32-degree heat. The breakfast is fine, although expensive for what it is; I would prefer to go elsewhere for that. Everything else was perfect!
Great location and service unfortunately let down by terrible mattress. I barely slept due to back pain.
Weird issue with the shower: every ~30 seconds water was switching to really hot for a few seconds and then back to normal. Hard to enjoy a shower like this.

Erg kleine kamer. Verder prima voor 1-2 nachten.
Good location close to train station and not far to walk to city centre. There were a few undesirables outside on arrival but they seem to disappear after a while and did not bother me or anyone else that I saw. This is similar unfortunately to many city centres. breakfast was good but do with some gluten free bread and cereal.

What makes a stay "excellent" ... Well, the room should be nice, but most are, aren't they? The amenities should be good, and again most are at most hotels. So why is Motel One, Stuttgartmitte "excellent" ? For the WONDERFUL and HELPFUL people behind the desk, behind the bar, at breakfast, caring for the rooms! And I don't refer alone to the generous help they provided me, but refer to the help I saw as just what they provide to every person who comes in or goes out! Great stay. I'll be back year after year.

It was an average stay. All good, but nothing remarkable.
The room we were initially assigned to was beside the elevator and overlooking the street so would have been too noisy for us. Fortunately, we were changed to an interior room which was very comfortable and we slept well.
We use Motel one everytime there is one where we are going and were very happy. We had only once a problem in so many years as customers. The only thing i could say something about is the bar. We use the lounge a lot as we often travel with friends, and they’re always beautiful, clean and cozy. The last weekend it was often unattended, even if the staff was around, and we always had to wait at the bar to get service (15 minutes waiting to get a coffee seems a little excessive). That’s really the only thing that might be improved for me

Zodra je bent aangekomen aan het centraal station van Stuttgart, ben je zo bij ons Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte, waar je na een lange reis in onze One Lounge eerst even tot rust kunt komen. Na een goede nachtrust in het comfortabele bed start je jouw dag met een vers biologisch ontbijt en duik je de pionierstijd van de automobiel in. Opnames van echte racelegendes en hun racewagens, kleine houten auto's en nog vele andere details onderstrepen de passie voor auto's van de Zwaben. In de Outdoor Lounge doen we het wat rustiger aan. Dit is de plaats om even een pitstop in te lassen, even de drukte van de grote stad te ontvluchten en in de comfortabele loungemeubels een rustmoment te nemen.
In de directe omgeving van ons voordelige designhotel ligt de voetgangerszone met de Königstraße, de belangrijkste winkelstraat van de stad. Wie houdt van cultuur, moet zeker het Landesmuseum Württemberg bezoeken. Dit ligt op een paar 100 meter van het hotel. Ons hotel ligt uitstekend voor een bezoek aan Bad Cannstatt met de evenementenlocatie Carl-Benz Arena. Bad Cannstatt is tevens de plaats waar het op één na grootste volksfeest ter wereld wordt georganiseerd: de Cannstatter Wasen.
