Good hotel, well located. The bathroom could have a door that can stay open to have fresh air (less humidity). The breakfast room is nice but sofas are not necessarily confortable to eat breakfast
Bathroom vent never worked in the room . When reported, I was told to prop it open with trash bin Towels were very old No shower soap only liquid hand soap in both shower and sink
Left a jacket in my room on departure but it was not turned in to lost and found. Disappointing.
Excellent location close to train station and to the pedestrian areas. Friendly helpful staff. Room clean. No cooked food at breakfast but they had gluten-free bread available on request, which was good.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The receptionist who handled our check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I apologize for not remembering her name. Look forward to coming back.

Despite last minute shock with "we cannot serve breakfast", all was fine.
The front desk was exceptionally and the location is awesome. The rooms are small with no place open a suitcase let alone two of them. You need those folding stands for suitcases. Walking to the other hotel for breakfast was not too much of a hassle. Got to see how that hotel seems so much nicer

Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the bed was super comfortable, the space clean, not noisy. My only recommendation is to add blackout curtains to the room, as the sun would wake me up at 6am.

I was in the hotel several times. I did not liked being informed at the arrivel that no breakfast was available and that nothing could be done to re-book the room to the other Motel-One in Stuttgart since it was past 18h (not because the other could be completely booked, at least it was not offered as an explanation).
Everything was perfect: from checkin to the room to the bar and breakfast and then checkout! No complaints whatsoever. We will be back!
Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte proved to be an excellent choice for my week's stay. The room was clean and provided all necessary needs. I will definitely consider this hotel for any future travels.
Didn‘t appreciate the pipes and repairs in the lobby and breakfast area. We should have been informed about the water damage before we arrived.

Reception was very gracious and helpful when checking in and with every interaction as were the bar and housekeepers. The room was incredibly spacious, the air was very comfortable compared to the heat outside and we slept very well on the bed.
Everything is perfect. However a good standard is to have at least one bottle of water in the room ;)
I was located on the first floor and it was quite loud with an open window and always smelled like smoke. I had the window closed because of this, for most of the time. It would be amazing, if you would ban smoking infront of the hotel. Also the shower temperature varied a lot within a few seconds.

The hotel is very convenient for solo travellers and those who have limited time to explore the city. It is just some 5 mins walk to the main train station and within a few minutes walk to the palace square.

Air conditioning system did not work
good located, close to the train station, in the middle of Stuttgart. We could walk to our event location in the evening. Friendly staff at the reception and in the bar; clean rooms.
A water cooker and a mug in the room would be very appreciated by the guests. :D
First of all the Hotel's location is superb! I can't express enough how convient everything was. Secondly the staff was polite but Lamprini and Maria stood out for us. They were so helpfull and friendly. I mean thats what hospitality must look like. Of course the rooms were amazing and clean as all Motel One venues we have stayed. I would gladly recommend this one to my friends. Thank you!
Pokoj byl orientovaný na hlavní ulici, večer velký hluk (auta, křik, hudba) až do pozdních nočních hodin, podařilo se mi usnout až mezi 02:00-03:00 hodinou ráno.

Our stay at Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Cristiano, the best bartender I’ve ever met across 15 countries. He truly deserves a 10/10 for his amazing skills and friendly vibe that made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The rest of the team, from reception to housekeeping, was also incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home throughout our visit. Thanks a million for the great hospitality, we will definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in town!

Po příjezdu na stuttgartské hlavní nádraží, na němž se také nachází vstup do našeho Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte, se můžete nejprve zotavit po dlouhé cestě v naší One Lounge. Tady také po noci strávené v našich pohodlných kontinentálních postelích nastartujete svůj den čerstvou bio snídaní a ponoříte se do průkopnické éry automobilismu. Švábskou lásku k automobilu zde podtrhují snímky pravých závodnických legend včetně jejich vozů, malá dřevěná autíčka a spousta dalších detailů. V naší Outdoor Lounge je atmosféra poněkud méně razantní. Tady si můžete udělat malou zastávku, nechat shon velkoměsta za zády a v pohodlí našich barových sedaček načerpat nové síly.
