The doors in our room did not properly close. The mattress caved in the middle. The room was pretty small and basic. The location was convenient with a nice bakery across the street. The room is way overpriced for what you get. I stayed at several Motel One properties and this stay was definitely disappointing compared to other accommodations we stayed on the trip. No gym is a huge downer. No complementary coffee or tea. No safe in the room. Very disappointing.
There are better hotels from the same chain. The room was OK, the breakfast as well but nothing outstanding.

Motel One always comes through for us. Prague was no different. Our desk clerk was a huge problem solver and fun to boot. We ended up needing to go to the airport super early and the staff packed us the BEST breakfast!! We will continue to use Motel One for our trips to Europe. You can always count on clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and superior staff.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and we had a good bed with very comfy pillows. I loved all the vegan options at breakfast, thank you! The only thing I would upgrade, is adding a safe and possibly a kettle in the rooms.
It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect. I can highly recommend it for a trip to Prague.

I would very much appreciate a kind of leaflet in every room containing instructions about how to use the air conditioning and how to switch the Artemide lamps next to the beds on and off. At the motel one in Prague, I had to turn to AI for help, or else I wouldn’t have been able to find the switch on my bedside lamp. Functionality should trump design, and not the other way around. If you think otherwise, please leave a leaflet for your guests. Nobody feels like getting dressed again at 1 AM, riding the escalator down to the first floor and ask the staff for help,
I have stayed at several Motel Ones and this one was the worst, unfortunately. It was an OK hotel, but I expected more from my previous Motel One experiences. The bar was not situated well and the room was very plain. The room was big, but the furniture and decorations did not make it comfortable or interesting. Also the breakfast was not as good as at other Motel Ones: no warm food at all.

Thank you for making my stay in Prague really memorable, from a very friendly check in to the best breakfast I have ever experienced with all those amazing plant based options. Fantastic room, bed, pillow a bit too hard or too soft but overall I loved it and will definitely be back again soon. Please could you add body cream and coffee and tea facilities in room. That make the whole experience just perfect ;-)
Ons verblijf was prima. Alleen was onze douche kop houder stuk, lekte de douche kop en de thermostaat knopje ontbrak.
Fortunately it is absolutely enough what I am expecting as a guest during my business trip. Even as tourist I would be say same = awesome. Probably we can find a small details as I wish tap beer in example....
Hello, Room cleanliness, size, breakfast, location of the hotel, all of these were good. It met my expectations and I got the value for the money I gave. I had a small setback that I said would have been good if it hadn't. I booked 2 rooms, I did not share the detailed information of 4 people during the reservation phase. When it comes to the payment, although I stated the age of my daughters in the registration, a fifty percent discount was not given for the breakfast written in the general rules. It was shown that I did not specify their ages during the reservation. Although I did not write the guest information at the entrance. I made a reservation in the same way for Dresden and Leipzig on the same day, the necessary discount was made in both hotels. It is not an important figure, but I felt the need to specify because I thought it was on the initiative of the friend on the registration

We stayed 3 days with my wife for an extended weekend holiday. As always, the same Motel One quality. Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff, service were all excellent. Large family room with comfortable bed, and bathroom. Basic and satisfactory hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, The lobby staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, the room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.
Beautiful rooms, fantastic lobby, choice of colors and themes was amazing. Full comfort points achieved. bathroom was lovely. service was impeccable, they got all my respect and appreciations. tv channels in different languages so that the only way for us to watch something was subtitles which i guess is fine to me. a good way to learn german if i may say so.

We always find all members of staff totally courteous and always willing to help us when we have any questions about Prague, restaurants and exhibitions. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and the breakfast was good with a variety of choices to satisfy a varied choice and diet.
Great hotel in an excellent location in the city centre of Prague. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay once again in Motel One. This was my third stay in Motel One in a third city, and I will be staying again for sure if there is one of them in my other holiday destination in the future.

Net als in Kopenhagen vorig jaar logeerden we in Praag in een Motel One. De goeie ervaring van vorig jaar beleefden we ook dit jaar. Hotel is goed gelegen - onze kamer was mooi en net - het personeel was vriendelijk.
Primas locatie, nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel!
Qua locatie nog steeds een prima hotel, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding begint bij Motel One (in het algemeen) achteruit te gaan. In elk hotel, ook dit in Praag, is het minstens 24 graden bij een zeer lage luchtvochtigheid. Mijn nachtrust is daardoor matig. De klimaatregeling doet eigenlijk niets. In Praag valt, door de grotere oppervlakte van de kamers in dit hotel in vergelijking met andere Motel One-vestigingen, op dat de kamerinrichting erg karig is. En dan is € 144 voor een overnachting zonder ontbijt opeens best veel geld. Het wordt tijd om wat anders te zoeken!
Het was rustig in het hotel, ook de omgeving is rustig (kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel). Vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat de ontbijtzaal aan de kleine kant is en geen ramen heeft.
Prima hotel op een mooie centrale plek. Enige minpuntje was (zoals in veel Motel One-hotels) de temperatuur. Het was in mijn kamer erg warm en de klimaatregeling leek niet (goed) te werken, waardoor ik enkel de temperatuur kon aanpassen door het raam open te zetten. Dat is niet echt handig.
Schoon en ruime kamers. Ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid, maar wel lekker. Helaas bij onze terugvlucht erachter gekomen dat we de chromecast waren vergeten. Dezelfde dag een formulier opgestuurd, maar het hotel geeft aan niks gevonden te hebben. Dit is betwijfelbaar, aangezien we deze waren vergeten in de TV. Helaas
Net als altijd geweldige service en schone kamers. Geweldige locatie alles was op loop afstand en vliegveld was goed en makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.
Goede locatie om in de stad te verblijven. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. Ruime koele kamers die goed verzorgd worden. Ontbijt ruime keuze aan producten.

Hotel Praag-Florentinum
De beroemde poppenspeler met zijn vol liefde gemaakte marionetten is een vaste waarde in Praag net zoals de Boheemse keuken, het bier en het beroemde kristalglas. Ook in ons Motel One Praag-Florentinum staan deze kunstenaarspoppen klaar om jou op speelse wijze te begroeten in de lobby en je vanaf je aankomst in de juiste stemming te brengen. Ontspannen en weg van de drukte van de grootstad, dat is de slogan van onze gezellige One Lounge die gedecoreerd wordt met Swarovski-kroonluchters en prachtige designelementen van Boheems kristalglas. Zwart-witfoto's van de stad maken het designontwerp compleet en het Motel One zeer geliefd voor toeristische reizen, zakenreizen en citytrips.
Praag, de Gouden Stad met de Praagse burcht, was eeuwenlang de woonplaats van keizers en koningen. Het historische stadsbeeld en de rijke en levendige cultuur zorgen ervoor dat deze geschiedenis zich ook vandaag de dag nog steeds laat voelen. Deze mix hebben wij ook gebruikt als rode draad in ons Motel One Praag-Florentinum. Vanaf het hotel dat is gelegen in het 1e arrondissement van Praag, ben je zo bij het Plein van de Republiek. Van hieruit is het niet moeilijk om de talrijke architecturale bezienswaardigheden in de gotische en barokstijl te ontdekken die het stadscentrum rijk is. Zo is de Týnkerk maar één kilometer wandelen. En ook de Karelsbrug en de Praagse burcht liggen op wandelafstand.
