Great location in Prague near metro station and convenient to many of the cities attractions

Good hotel with excellent breakfast, but our room (which was the upgraded version) was incredibly bland - none of the soft furnishings (cushions, bed runner,, ext), pictures, etc that we would normally expect, having stayed in a number of Motel Ones previously. In addition, there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom - not ideal at all. We mentioned these things at reception and were told that the hotel is due to be refurbished in 2026. In addition the bath towels were small! Also the bar was situated right by the sliding front doors, and this made it really unpleasant to sit in, with the cold weather. Also the bar prices were very expensive compared to the high end restaurants we ate in, which was surprising. We went and looked at the newly opened Cloud One around the corner from the Motel One, and would recommend that over this hotel, which is a real shame. This hotel has actually put us off the motel one brand somewhat, which is a huge shame as they are usually our go-to for city breaks.

The hotel's location is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of suggestions for having an amazing breakfast. I would definitely suggest this hotel!

I stayed in room 503 - nice room, clean and everything you need for a basic room in a busy city. Location is near transit and lots of shops and good food is available along the street.

Very good location, 5 min to the central bus station, surrounded by shops andrestaurants. Friendly helpfull staff, nice lounge. The room was clean, big enough, sound proof, so eaven though the room was facing a busy street, you would not be disturbed. Good breakfast.

Good location, confortable rooms and friendly staff. It Will be Nice to have a second sheet in the bed, only the edredon sometimes its to much. In addiction, extra room to Store our lugares it Will be Nice.

My first time with Motel One in Prague (I regularly stay in the Brussels and Vienna ones) and as I've come to expect, it was excellent. The staff were all great, and super friendly - I'm only sorry my Czech pronunciation is so bad I'm not sure I even managed moc děkuji! After a very long trip to get there - 15 hours by train! - I was even able to check in early and have a bonus nap before going to explore the areas. It's a convenient 10 minute easy walk to the main tourist hotspots, and only a ten minutes from the main railway station. Such a great hotel chain, I am looking forward to trying other locations now.
I have stayed before at Motel One Prag-Florentinum and it always meets expectations. The late check-in was no problem and everything regarding the room was great. I always enjoy breakfast at Motel One. The only small problem this time was not with the hotel but online checkin was not possible as the form did not seem to work properly (at least for me!).
Location is great, and personnel are very friendly. But I stayed in Motel One in Barcelona, and it was much better than this one in Prague. The room was better and the lobby, bar and lounge are not comparable. There are far better stays for the same or even less money in Prague. All in all, I must say I'm a little bit disappointed.

We like that the room is serviced only when we request. Appreciate the bottle of water upon arrival. We were given a room on the quiet side of the hotel, which we liked very much. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
The room was clean and efficient. Would be 10/10 if basic amenities like coffee and an iron were available in the room. Wifi was also spotty.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are spacious, the free water is great and the parking is very handy as well. But unfortunately I'm not happy how I was treated by one of your staff members. I was in reception to help a family member get checked in. My things were in my room and your member of staff basically told me (not asked) to go to my room to get my card. I said I will do it on our way out. This is incredibly rude. It was my 2nd night and I had gone out in the morning. So had I not come back until that evening, I would have only been able to pay that evening. I was then told some guests don't pay. What does that insinuate? If this is your policy and guests end up being treated like this, it's a bad policy. Ask for credit cards if you have guests not paying. Also my booking was with booking.com who have my credit card. So you would have gotten paid either way. I didn't think Motel One is in the cheap hotel category but this was €30 a night treatment.

I think a fridge and a safe must be provided inside a room. A kettle for boiling water is much needed.
From Reservation to Departure, Excellent. Service, Staff and Guest interaction faultless. Receptionists helpful, and with a smile!! Breakfast service, welcome , choice of items on display, plentiful. The only criticism I have is the lack of, rather non, email communication when I requested, twice, prior to our arrival, confirmation of our reservation. This was addressed to Martina Vankova.

Net als altijd geweldige service en schone kamers. Geweldige locatie alles was op loop afstand en vliegveld was goed en makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.
Goede locatie om in de stad te verblijven. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. Ruime koele kamers die goed verzorgd worden. Ontbijt ruime keuze aan producten.
Friendly service at all times. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Aircon could have been a bit stronger for me and the water pressure in shower was a little low. However neither of those impacted the stay significantly.
Had a great time - again. This was the third time we stayed here and we are looking forward to our next trip. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, great location!

A very nice hotel at a great location, walking distance to the historic city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is including vegan options. We were there a as a group for work meetings and our experience could not have been better.
I frequently stay in Motel One hotels when travelling. I love the stylish surroundings and comfortable accommodation, at prices which are very good value.
Keurig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Zag er goed schoon en netjes uit. Ontbijt is goed niet super maar alles schoon vers en de koffie smaakte heerlijk. De kamer was groot schoon alleen miste we aan 1 kant van het bed een tafeltje en een 2de stoel had zeker gepast en fijn gevonden. Badkamer groot en schoon!
Keurig hotel op een ideale locatie met vriendelijk personeel. Motel One in Praag ligt gunstig ten opzichte van twee grote stations in Praag. De kamers zijn lekker ruim (groter dan andere Motel One-hotels, vermoedelijk omdat het in een bestaand gebouwd is gevestigd) en heerlijk rustig.

De algehele sfeer, beleving, netheid van het gehele hotel en de prijsstelling zijn subliem.
Veel te warm in kamer. Hinderlijk geluid door ventilatie/ klimaat systeem. Synthetisch beddengoed onprettig. Geen daglicht ontbijt zaal onprettig.

De beroemde poppenspeler met zijn vol liefde gemaakte marionetten is een vaste waarde in Praag net zoals de Boheemse keuken, het bier en het beroemde kristalglas. Ontspannen en weg van de drukte van de grootstad, dat is de slogan van onze gezellige One Lounge die gedecoreerd wordt met Swarovski-kroonluchters en prachtige designelementen uit de Boheems kristalglas.
