All was pretty good except: 1) my room (617) window faces office bldg. Very close distance and I could not leave the curtain open. Would help if there was an extra layer of lace/see -through curtain so I could let the light in. 2) missing a kettle
Great location, very comfortable room and very clean, breakfast top quality and helpful and professional staff
No hot water for shower on both days for me and my colleagues . No remorse from reception at all about how poor this is .
Super stay! In the morning the hot water did not came to my room, when many people are taking showers at the same time, but this was not a big problem for me.

Room No 600 is not optimal due to noise (direct beneath elevator, window to main street). In the past I had better rooms. Therefore only 8 points for the room, otherwise 10. Costs for room and breakfast a bit too high. Room cost ok. Maybe a bonus for beOne Members for breakfast possible?

my room has had the lieghts of the streets directly in front of the window and even with the curtain it was bright. and the breakfast in the cellar is really not what I like.... no outside space.
My stay was grand really! The property is nicely situated, Staff was always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean.

The room was great large and extra space for sitting but it was very hot thankfully there are windows. Down side there is no safe. Did not like having to take passport and money every where we went. Breakfast was excellent.
Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones. La cama fue muy cómoda y las almohadas también. Agregaría (ya que el espacio es suficiente) una pequeña pava eléctrica para calentar agua. El personal impecable, siempre atento y predispuesto.
Reception was very slow. Air conditioning in room was ineffective. Water is shower wasn't hot enough and pressure was low.
The doors in our room did not properly close. The mattress caved in the middle. The room was pretty small and basic. The location was convenient with a nice bakery across the street. The room is way overpriced for what you get. I stayed at several Motel One properties and this stay was definitely disappointing compared to other accommodations we stayed on the trip. No gym is a huge downer. No complementary coffee or tea. No safe in the room. Very disappointing.
There are better hotels from the same chain. The room was OK, the breakfast as well but nothing outstanding.

Motel One always comes through for us. Prague was no different. Our desk clerk was a huge problem solver and fun to boot. We ended up needing to go to the airport super early and the staff packed us the BEST breakfast!! We will continue to use Motel One for our trips to Europe. You can always count on clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and superior staff.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and we had a good bed with very comfy pillows. I loved all the vegan options at breakfast, thank you! The only thing I would upgrade, is adding a safe and possibly a kettle in the rooms.
It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect. I can highly recommend it for a trip to Prague.

I would very much appreciate a kind of leaflet in every room containing instructions about how to use the air conditioning and how to switch the Artemide lamps next to the beds on and off. At the motel one in Prague, I had to turn to AI for help, or else I wouldn’t have been able to find the switch on my bedside lamp. Functionality should trump design, and not the other way around. If you think otherwise, please leave a leaflet for your guests. Nobody feels like getting dressed again at 1 AM, riding the escalator down to the first floor and ask the staff for help,
I have stayed at several Motel Ones and this one was the worst, unfortunately. It was an OK hotel, but I expected more from my previous Motel One experiences. The bar was not situated well and the room was very plain. The room was big, but the furniture and decorations did not make it comfortable or interesting. Also the breakfast was not as good as at other Motel Ones: no warm food at all.

Thank you for making my stay in Prague really memorable, from a very friendly check in to the best breakfast I have ever experienced with all those amazing plant based options. Fantastic room, bed, pillow a bit too hard or too soft but overall I loved it and will definitely be back again soon. Please could you add body cream and coffee and tea facilities in room. That make the whole experience just perfect ;-)
Fortunately it is absolutely enough what I am expecting as a guest during my business trip. Even as tourist I would be say same = awesome. Probably we can find a small details as I wish tap beer in example....
Hello, Room cleanliness, size, breakfast, location of the hotel, all of these were good. It met my expectations and I got the value for the money I gave. I had a small setback that I said would have been good if it hadn't. I booked 2 rooms, I did not share the detailed information of 4 people during the reservation phase. When it comes to the payment, although I stated the age of my daughters in the registration, a fifty percent discount was not given for the breakfast written in the general rules. It was shown that I did not specify their ages during the reservation. Although I did not write the guest information at the entrance. I made a reservation in the same way for Dresden and Leipzig on the same day, the necessary discount was made in both hotels. It is not an important figure, but I felt the need to specify because I thought it was on the initiative of the friend on the registration

Siempre nos hospedamos en esta cadena. Nos gusta, buena atención, buena limpieza. Esta vez solo echamos de menos crema para el cuerpo. Entiendo que es para reducir gastos pero cuando vas con poco equipaje se agradece las amenidades. Saludos desde España
Un espejo en la habitacion, no vendria mal. Falto mucho, una caja fuerte, es el primer hotel de esta cadena, que me he hospedado, que no tiene.
Todo perfecto, la localización, el personal de recepción, la limpieza y el desayuno.
Buenas ubicación, camas muy buenas, habitación amplia y cómoda. Mejoraría el desayuno incluyendo tostador y zumo natural. En el baño distinguiría el gel del champú

La habitación en general me pareció más austera y básica que otros Motel One que he visitado, no había los cojines azules o alguna decoración en la pared con el color azul típico de la marca. Sin embargo la limpieza era impecable y la estancia muy cómoda como esperaba. Me sorprendió que a pesar de formar parte de BeOne, no obtuve ningún día la botella de agua de cortesía que se ofrece normalmente. A mi llegada aunque había hecho ya el checkin online no se me ofreció ninguna información adicional habitual en estos procedimientos como preguntar si deseo añadir desayuno o horarios y servicios, y tampoco se me explicó cómo llegar a mi habitación, parecía que no había interés. Encontré el personal más cercano y amable en dos chicas que atendían el bar del hotel y que siempre sonreían y saludaban al entrar y al salir y que daban muy buen servicio de bebidas en el bar con calma y profesionalidad, preocupándose por todos los clientes y la limpieza de las mesas
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con el precio de la reserva y el precio actual pero finalmente lo solucionaron y nos respetaron el precio de nuestra reserva. Nos guardaron las maletas el último día, nos reservaron un taxi al aeropuerto. Siempre había alguien en recepción dispuesto a ayudar. La limpieza y confort de la habitación también muy bien. Repetiría sin dudar.

Recorrimos Praga a pie sin problema desde el hotel. La habitación amplia, limpia y con vistas a la calle. El proceso de check - in fue cómodo y sencillo. El personal muy amable. Calidad - precio el hotel fue perfecto, repetiremos sin duda.
Buena ubicación. También ha sido positiva la atención del personal. La habitación y el cuarto de baño son amplios. Nos ha sorprendido que en relación a otros establecimientos de la cadena no estuviera tan cuidada y sin ningún detalle decorativo. Al margen de las cortinas carece de protección contra la entrada de luz por las ventanas, por lo que desde muy primera hora de la mañana resultaba muy difícil conciliar el sueño. Recomendaría este hotel con las citadas reservas.
