I asked via your website how to get to your hotel via tram from the Hbf two times with never one reply. If that is how you value guests I am not impressed and I have been using Motel Ones for over 10 years. I will now rethink my hotel choice es based on this experience.
This was our 2nd stay at a Motel One hotel, the first being last spring in Brussels. In both, the staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Whenever possible, we plan to stay at Motel One. We are only sad that there is no Motel One in Strasbourg. The only thing that would make the hotel better would be to have a refrigerator in the room.

Wonderful experience. Hotel was very clean, showers great and bed comfortable! Staff was exceptional. They were very helpful when needed. Kudos to Anton in the restaurant/bar area. He was a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend!

For closer to 500 euros a night, I would expect air-conditioning in the room...rooms were small bit adequate. Staff did not seem overly enthusiastic to be at working...I will look elsewhere next visit to Munich.
For the money, i was underwhelmed. There is no closet space to put close. The rooms are very small, which i understand for a European room, but we had no place to put two suite cases. No refridgerator in the room. No wash clothes. No kitchen in the hotel, only a cold breakfast. The lack of air conditioning or even the ability to run the fan all night to drown noise was probably the biggest disappointment because it disrupted sleep. The other stuff are nuisances but not being able to get a good night sleep, that is the bigger problem.

Basic hotel in a great location. No coffee/tea in room. Really could have used some hand lotion. Staff were great. I would have rated higher but the bathroom had such a sickly sweet smell somehow piped continually in that it made me gag everyone I was in there.

We stayed at this Motel One München-Sendlinger Tor so we can be within walking distance to Marienplatz for shopping and still have easy access to the S8 metro line to Oktoberfest. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to sights, transport and walking streets. Rooms are small but very functional.
Very well situated, comfortable and stylish interiours. Room is small and simple but we love the top floor rooms with the little balcony. This is our second time at this hotel and we will book again for next visit. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect and the staff were lovely. My only complaint was the street noise at night due to restaurants nearby around the corner and the park out front where people gathered until 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning. But the hotel and everything inside was excellent.

We have very nice room at level 7 with beautiful sunrise from our window. All staff are friendly and very good smiling face. Room is clean and the bed is comfort. Definitely your right choice if you choose Motel One Hotel
We stayed for 2 nights, it was the perfect amount. The room is tiny but it was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The location is amazing. The staff were nice and breakfast was great. The room was a bit dirty (hairs in the shower) and the smell was a bit moldy.

The hotel was very clean, staff was courteous and friendly, and breakfast was delicious.
Overall our stay was very good,however I feel the breakfast wasnt as good as on my previous visits and the cost of drinks at the bar is becoming very expensive.
Optimale Lage für City Tour
Service was excellent, the concierge team was very helpful our few questions and requests. The location was conveniently located in an area that's within a 15 min walk to most popular attractions with shopping, restaurants, and cafes close by. A 5-minute walk to the Karlsplatz S-Bahn station, a 45 minute straightforward ride in from the airport. It's centralized but quiet at the same time, it was a good combo for us. The room was not big but just the right size for two people to rest and sleep for a few nights. The washroom could use ventilation, but we did learn to open the room's window after a shower to help remove the humidity. The washroom door could not stay open which means it cannot ventilate when we're out for the day.
The Hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room lacked a phone so no way to contact the front desk. Tried using my cell phone hand was on hold for 30 minutes. Ended up having to go down to the front desk. The room was hot and there was no way to cool it. The staff said the room has cooling system but it was not effective. The location of the hotel was ideal. I would not stay at this hotel in the future due to lack of cooling the room. I would stay at a hotel that had AC where I could control the temperature to get a good sleep.

Loved it. The only disappointment was the room with a view. The view was onto a Hinterhof and offices. So very misleading and not worth the extra. The balcony was not useable but merely decorum. Everything else was very good.
Pros: comfy beds, clean room, friendly reception desk attendees, free water, location, soft toilet paper, nice hairdryer, Cons: breakfast was lacking, parking lacking (we had to park in an unsafe parking garage), very small rooms, where is the A/C?? Severely lacking. I picked this hotel because it had A/C but it was so hot it was uncomfortable. Notes: the shining stars for this hotel are your people. They were engaging and friendly. The parking structure was never open when we needed it. We parked on the street one night but the next night we had to park in an area that wasn’t safe.

Omdat ik met de nachttrein aankwam in München-Ost checkte ik heel vroeg in. Receptioniste keek of er al een kamer beschikbaar was. Dat was zo en ook eentje heel rustig gelegen. Fijn aankomen! Kamer was lekker ruim en schoon. Fijne douche. Heel vriendelijk personeel overal. Ook fijn dat je ervoor kon kiezen of je kamer gedaan werd of niet. Lekker ontbijtbuffet, niet over the top. En de ligging was ook ideaal.
De kleine kamer was dermate slim en comfortabel ingericht en zodanig nieuw en schoon dat het geweldig was! Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Airco op kamer comfortabel. Ligging in de stad: perfect. Je loopt zo het centrum in. Aanrader !

Proper, vriendelijk, super ontbijt, mooie setting, enkel voor deze prijs graag een flesje water in de kamer, zou echt heel erg dankbaar zijn met dit.
Zeer fijn en mooi hotel in het midden van München. Zeer goed personeel. Ontbijt viel tegen. Geen spiegeleieren of roerei, geen spek. Dat is wel jammer.
Heerlijk hotel, lekker dicht bij centrum! Uitstekend concept, prima kwaliteit voor acceptabele prijs. Bed aan gedeelte bij zitstoel wat ingezakt! Lounge voor ontbijt aan krappe kant.
Sauber, zentral gelegen
Prima hotel. Mooie ligging, centraal. Alles mooi schoon. En zeer vriendelijk personeel! Dat laatste is het allerbelangrijkste. Vooral de jongen bij het ontbijt die steeds kwam vragen of we nog iets extra's wilde zoals bv een sapje of een espresso. Zeer betrokken en heel attent. Ook de mensen bij de receptie waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Kamers aan de kleine kant, locatie in het centrum, personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Hotel München-Sendlinger Tor
De Sendlinger Tor is een van de weinige overblijfselen van de oude stadsmuren rondom München en markeert de zuidelijke ingang naar de historische oude binnenstad van de metropool aan de Isar. Het design van ons Motel One München-Sendlinger Tor is geïnspireerd op de Beierse kastelen van Ludwig II. Zo vind je in onze One Lounge een relaxzone die de oude tijden combineert met moderne elementen: een hoge met velours beklede sofa van Creazioni en keramische tafelpoten van Studio Kalff verwijzen naar de pracht en praal van het verleden, zonder het tijdloze design tekort te doen. Tijdens een gezond biologisch ontbijt met het schilderachtige Neuschwanstein op de achtergrond tank je energie voor de dag en kom je helemaal in de sfeer door het stijlvolle maar toch speelse design.
In het Motel One München-Sendlinger Tor overnacht je dichtbij het centrum. Het hotel vormt het ideale vertrekpunt om de stadskern te ontdekken. Op enkele honderden meters van het hotel vind je de Marienplatz en het Rathaus en de op het plein uitmondende Kaufingerstraße. Een paar zijstraten verder vind je nog andere bezienswaardigheden zoals de Viktualienmarkt, de Frauenkirche en het Hofbräuhaus. En nog iets verder ligt het centraal station van München, dat een directe verbinding heeft naar de luchthaven. Meteen naast het hotel ligt het metrostation Sendlinger Tor. Wil je de beurs van München bezoeken, neem dan lijn U2 die je direct naar de beurslocatie brengt. Neuschwanstein is trouwens ook ideaal voor een daguitstap. Zo kun jij je een beeld vormen van dit koninklijke kasteel.
