All was good beside no room for my car at the parking

Very good location
The hotel was very clean, staff was courteous and friendly, and breakfast was delicious.
Overall our stay was very good,however I feel the breakfast wasnt as good as on my previous visits and the cost of drinks at the bar is becoming very expensive.
Optimale Lage für City Tour
Service was excellent, the concierge team was very helpful our few questions and requests. The location was conveniently located in an area that's within a 15 min walk to most popular attractions with shopping, restaurants, and cafes close by. A 5-minute walk to the Karlsplatz S-Bahn station, a 45 minute straightforward ride in from the airport. It's centralized but quiet at the same time, it was a good combo for us. The room was not big but just the right size for two people to rest and sleep for a few nights. The washroom could use ventilation, but we did learn to open the room's window after a shower to help remove the humidity. The washroom door could not stay open which means it cannot ventilate when we're out for the day.
The Hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room lacked a phone so no way to contact the front desk. Tried using my cell phone hand was on hold for 30 minutes. Ended up having to go down to the front desk. The room was hot and there was no way to cool it. The staff said the room has cooling system but it was not effective. The location of the hotel was ideal. I would not stay at this hotel in the future due to lack of cooling the room. I would stay at a hotel that had AC where I could control the temperature to get a good sleep.

Loved it. The only disappointment was the room with a view. The view was onto a Hinterhof and offices. So very misleading and not worth the extra. The balcony was not useable but merely decorum. Everything else was very good.
Pros: comfy beds, clean room, friendly reception desk attendees, free water, location, soft toilet paper, nice hairdryer, Cons: breakfast was lacking, parking lacking (we had to park in an unsafe parking garage), very small rooms, where is the A/C?? Severely lacking. I picked this hotel because it had A/C but it was so hot it was uncomfortable. Notes: the shining stars for this hotel are your people. They were engaging and friendly. The parking structure was never open when we needed it. We parked on the street one night but the next night we had to park in an area that wasn’t safe.

Easy checkin, we could leave our luggage which was useful. Nice room, good aircon. Good location and would come again. Reliable Motel one concept and service.
Motel One is always a great place to stay at. Very nice staff and always so clean. We did have some trouble to get to the hotel for it looked like we had to drive through “no driving zone” in the Center of Munich but maybe our GPS in the rental car wasn’t good enough and we not familiar with regulation for driving in limited zones in the centre. The location is the best if you want to stay in the centre
Very nice hotel with a perfect location to walk to the Old Town centre and see the sites. Perfect breakfast and seating lounges indoor and outdoor terrace.

The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The only thing missing was a carbage bin in the room, as it was only in the toilet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Handled our luggage as we arrived early. Excellent location near main station and by major pedestrian areas.
Everything was perfect for me
Linen is so comfortable, the TV is a good size, the bathroom is so pretty. The staff at the front desk is very nice.
We had such an pleasant stay at Motel One in Munich! The location is incredibly good, just 2 minutes away from the Sendlinger Tor station that leads you basically anywhere in the city! Everyone who works at this hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and it was a wonderful touch to our visit, especially since the room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was rich, the free WiFi was fast and reliable, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was very warm and home-like 💜 We came for the BTS concert and didn't regret absolutely anything about staying with Motel One, so I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Munich! Can't wait to be back to this beautiful city and to this fabulous place!
Room was in very good condition. Small but fine vor a long weekend. A bit more storage for clothes/clothes hangers would be great. Ventilation in the bathroom was absolutely not able to handle a hot shower. Noice from the hallway was loud enough through the door to disturbe sleep.

The staff was great. The breakfast and bar was great. Location was great. However, I did not like the room cleaning. They never picked up any of the dirty dishes for three days.

Hotellet er meget godt beliggende i centrum af Munchen med alt indenfor gåafstand. Vi valgte dog dette hotel både på grund af beliggenheden OG fordi der var mulighed for parkering. Det sidste var der dog ikke, da hotellet kun har 25 parkeringspladser til 200 værelser. Vi blev derfor sendt til et offentligt parkeringshus til en langt højere pris, end vi mener vi var stillet i udsigt i beskrivelsen af hotellet. Receptionen henviste til, at der på hjemmesiden står at man ikke kan reservere parkering. Men der burde have stået, at der er meget begrænset mulighed for parkering. Værelset var endog meget lille og uden køleskab.

Pæne og rene værelser, god service og dejlig morgenmad. Sengene var virkelig gode, og badeværelset helt i top.

Den gamle byport Sendlinger Tor markerer den sydlige adgangsport til Isar-metropolens historiske bydel. Designet på vores Motel One München-Sendlinger Tor er inspireret af Ludwigs II's eventyrlige kongeslotte. I One Lounge slapper du derfor af blandt lige dele antikke og moderne elementer: Tidligere tiders elegance formidles bl.a. gennem en høj og fløjlsbeklædt sofa fra Creazioni og bordben af keramik fra Studio Kalff, mens andre designelementer igen afspejler moderne strømninger. Den sunde og økologiske morgenbuffet nydes med det kendte eventyrslot Neuschwanstein som en malerisk kulisse, der ikke kan undgå at løfte humøret og give god energi til dagen.
På Motel One München-Sendlinger Tor overnatter du absolut centralt og kan derfor spadsere til fods til stort set alle attraktioner i den gamle bydel. Få hundrede meter fra hotellet finder du Marienplatz med byens berømte rådhus samt den berømte shoppinggade Kaufingerstraße. Kun få sidegader videre finder du andre seværdigheder såsom Viktualienmarkt, Frauenkirche og Hofbräuhaus.
