Room is good, but it misses a small cupboard. It was clean and I enjoyed the bed. The breakfast was nice but it was pretty simple with a few varieties.

This hotel is okay in many respects, but was too expensive for the amenities provided and was not well suited for a multi night stay. The room itself is clean and the cleaning staff are attentive, but the room is very small, with not enough space for luggage that is actually convenient (there are lots of hangers but nowhere to hang them), the shower amenities are limited, the light switches are in inconvenient places both for entry and bathroom, as well as at the bedside, and the lack of providing water daily was odd given that if I had checked out and checked back in I would have been provided more to drink, complementary. Overall I give three out of ten, below average. It's not a bad stay, but less than what I would expect for a mid range price point hotel.

Pros: excellent location for reaching all the central parts of historical Berlin; clean & quiet rooms; some high quality staff at the front desk (especially Leonie who was super efficient). There's plenty of room to gather in the lounge area; good value for money. Cons: would have been great to have a laundry service; bar service was very slow.

A great place in a good spot, not far from the Hauptbahnhof, and in a nice neighborhood, not far from restaurants. And the best thing is, you can rent a bike!

Very nice and cozy hotel. I requested a quiet room, even though I heard the train all the time. Very friendly and nice staff, helpful with different issues. Thank you for that! Minor issues - I arrived in the morning, asked for an earlier check-in, and waited for it in the lobby. Unfortunately, I waited nearly 3 hours and should have reminded about me, because all the other waiting people were already checked in. Also, the staff forgot about water for being a member of the loyalty program, but gave it without any issues after reminding.

A very nice place and location. A suggestion: people typically arrive tired and tend to sleep long the next morning. It would be nice if the breakfast was served until later. Also, let the customers know that when they are leaving, they need to buy Zone C tickets for the airport S-Bahn, or else it's 60 Euro fine!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful and cozy hotel. Everything was so clean and inviting. Your staff was so very kind and helpful as well. I so enjoyed the evenings spent in the sitting area sipping on a delicious, well-made, AND served Berlin Gin/Tonic. Your bartender (forgive me for not remembering his name!) was excellent! I would highly recommend this motel for its comfortable beds, clean rooms, and service. It has a great ambiance and the lounge is a spectacular place for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast was excellent as well! I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit!

On the surface when I arrived, I thought no bath and the room is boxy and overlooking à street and train tracks. But it was very quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning, we decided to pay for breakfast there and they had lots of vegan options. It was a continental, not a cooked breakfast, with a delicious selection and warm breads. Above all, I found the staff super friendly and accommodating. We had a few quirks like needing a vase for flowers and asking for double espressos as part of the breakfast(this was not on offer in the coffee machine) and both times, they were more than happy to offer what we asked for witg à friendly smile.

My stay was really good. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. In my opinion, there are two topics where the hotel could improve. First, there should be more variations and options in breakfast. I think breakfast wasn't that good and it was same menu on the two days I stayed. Secondly, I understand that hotel is contributing towards sustainability. However, it would be nice to ask the traveler if they would need toothpaste. It would be really great.

basically ok, but sub-standard as to the price that I paid (around 180-190 per night) - no coffee/tea in the rooms; overcrowded breakfast with not enough tables for everyone (luckily I only took it once).

I had a very comfortable stay in the Motel One Berlin-Bellevue location. I stayed with you previously in 2021 and my positive experience back then + your close proximity to the start line of the Berlin Marathon were my primary reasons for choosing to stay with you again. I very much appreciated your flexibility in providing me with a barrier-free room. I could have improvised with a regular room, but as an amputee it was nice that I was able to remove my prosthetic for the shower. The room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the stylish lobby area. The fact that there is a bus stop directly outside of your hotel is also a major plus.

Clean room and simple services and nice view for the train! Lounge was crowded every night but nice and not expensive. Breakfast is also good. Unfortunately you don’t have laundry facilities so I went to the laundry shop by bus. I choose you because of Berlin marathon so I didn’t wonder for my start and finish. Good location!

Loction was so waht ok, the staff could be have been friendly, didnt feel very welcome. when i went to the front desk i was greeted with this long serious face instead of a smile after a 14 hour trip.

An excellent stay as always. Checked in by a very friendly member of staff, who gave me all the information I needed. My 4 nights stay stay, was that good all the way through. Room spotless and comfortable. Only one lift working, so I gained some exercise by using the stays. If you don't want a Big Hotel Breakfast, there is a lovely sit down Bakery 50yards away, which I enjoyed visiting. Will definitely be back at this hotel.

It was our first stay with MOTEL ONE, and overall we enjoyed our time. I would like to add a few marks, that can help improve for the future. There were no signs other than in german - escape route, staircase, ... The excess to the public bathroom was located underground and it felt like a labyrinth. Especially without English or french directions. I thought as a german visiting Berlin - not as a holiday visitor from abroad. Our bathroom shower shows first signs of mold, not sure how old the hotel is..... Our favourite was the breakfast time and the evening drink at the bar. Both ladies were very friendly and accommodation especially as my dad is suffering from Alzheimer. We saw the same lady serving us drinks on our arrival the next morning at the breakfast and she helped us with the table. That was very kind. The receptionists were friendly, but I would have appreciated a bit more help on informations. All I got as answers was "you can look it up on the website"... I have experienced really motivated hotel staff, going the extra step and booking trips or museum visits, or the search for the best transport to various locations. Hopefully this can help to better customer satisfaction.

Friendly and efficient service and a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the Victory Column. There was a very unpleasant odour in the bathroom but only for the middle part of the stay (?).

The staff was very helpful and provided verry good assistance with our needs, from extra towels to getting taxis. Everyone smiled and welcomed us and we were very comfortable at this location.

The hotel has a nice ambience and a convenient location. Staff are friendly. The rooms are very small with limited storage space, and I would have appreciated a few amities such as complimentary coffee in the morning.

I always choose Motel One when there is this option, I am generally happy with Motel One. This particular time I was given a room in EG, which does not make me feel fully comfortable. I prefer rooms on top floors, it is really a question of preference. Motel One is still a top choice. :)

Parking needs to be booked in advance which we learned on arrival. As garage was fully booked we neede to park in the streets which was extremely expensive. The Bar obviously just got a new menu, the bartender was not yet fully familiarized with it. They did not have olives for Martini....

I really love staying in this particular Motel One! While it is one of the older houses, a room in the courtyard is also one of the quietest. A little bit away from the touristy sites at Alexanderplatz and a more residential area, it's just what I'm looking for when I visit the city. Staff is always super nice, I return time and again.

Lovely staff. Lovely rooms. Location is just a bit awkward for public transport compared to other Motel Ones in Berlin. Wanted a clean towel by day 3 but didn’t need a full room clean/service. Shame this wasn’t an option. Would save time/resources for the hotel as well as being convenient for guests.
