Lovely hotel in a convenient location near the main station and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Only downside, limited restaurants in the area and being next to a park which seems to attract beggars.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I have a disability, and I got a clean and well equipped room with a shower that was easily accessible. Love Motel 1.
We had bedbugs in our room. The staff reacted the best they could and offered us another room inmediately. It is however disgraceful to meet such inconveniences in your hotel

There was no kettle in the room, and there was also little space at the table for work (an additional assistant was needed for personal items, which were constantly being tossed under one’s hand.

Very close to main station, easy check in and comfortable room. Nice bar area too.
Good stay. Kudos to the bartender who was alone on Monday evening but handled a massive amount of people really well and served everyone as fast as possible
Lovely hotel, great location
Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel, good breakfast. The option of entering the credit card details as a guarantee via a link was convenient. The only inconvenience was the waiting time of over 30 minutes when calling the hotel to ask about how to provide the credit card information. Including the link for entering the credit card details directly into the reservation email would save time for the staff and the guest.

As always clean, efficient and comfortable. However with a bathroom fan that wouldn’t turn off, and for the first time ever from the many times I’ve stayed here, very noisy neighbours, it wasn’t restful.
Very warm welcome by Kim Carolin who made it possible for me to check in a little bit earlier. She was also super organized and took my company details and issued the invoice straight away. Something I haven’t experienced before. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. Would definitely recommend to stay

In general a nice stay again, but the staff seems to go downhill. Breakfast seems understaffed with understaffed with tables full of dirty dishes for a long time. Some staff at reception rather rude.
Great location! It’d be nice to have coffee maker in room. At check-in, receptionist told us that there was no availability. Then, I asked another receptionist and she said there was availability.

The hotel has a great location – close to the central station and the city centre, and you can easily walk along the river to reach most places. The room was comfortable, with a good bed, nice shower and toilet, and a beautiful view from the window. For improvement: there was no kettle or even a glass in the room – small things like that would be nice to have. Breakfast was quite limited. If you don’t tolerate lactose, the only options are sandwiches and a boiled egg. Also, there was no espresso coffee available.
Great hotel, for 139-180 Euro quite expensive due to an event (69-89 is a good price), breakfast for 17,90 is a no-go. hard boiled eggs, no omelette feature, latte machiatto quality went surpprisngly down, maybe the ingredient of milk powder is cheaper and so the milk destroys the coffee. Nevertheless motelOne is my favorite hotel chain in germany and europe. You always know what you get, but if things are getting worser you recognise it immediatly, so no breakfast anymore. (also only until 10 o'Clock. untill 11 would be better.
Comfortable room in a convenient location for the Hauptbahnhof. Nice breakfast and a good bar.

There was only one very minor annoyance, I wish that the TV would not automatically turn on and start playing white noise when entering the room. First thing when coming back was always me looking for the remote to turn it off. Apart from that the stay in the hotel was great - the location was central, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. Exactly what I want from a hotel.

Good hotel, quiet room, a bit small room, I didn't like at all that the door was very heavy, I didn't like at all the answer I asked for to keep my passport in the safe - rent a locker. Thank׳s very much to the nice guy from the reception who was on the evening shift on Thursday who took care of me with a shaving kit when all the shops were closed. I ordered an Aperol Spritz twice at the bar - I order it a lot - the amount I received was very small

Room with balcony. Room small, balcony had no sun. Super good for train station. But stayed in nicer Motel One Hotels in Berlin.
Room clean and comfortable. My third time at this hotel, but first time on street side. I was impressed at the sound proofing. Emergency vehicle sirens were audible, but otherwise nothing. Impressive. Staff friendly.
We arrived very late after Berlin Mitte bomb evacuation. Although the hotel was almost fully booked, the friendly people behind the counter moved the earth to still give us some well needed sleep in one of their comfortable rooms!
Even though the room is small, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are great. We also appreciated the bottle of water. The bar is excellent, very cosy and relaxing, and the bar staff are very attentive and friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff who were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The room was wonderful: clean and a decent size. The bathroom is great: everything one needs. I always recommend MotelOne.

Beautifully designed hotel with fantastic courtyard garden. Location fantastic. Good rooms, very well isolated. Good Motel One quality. Two caveats: During the weekend, the space for having breakfast sitting at a normal table was very difficult. One could sit in the lobby armchairs but it is very uncomfortable. The surprise: several of the staff seemed a little overwhelmed interacting with guests. 2 colleagues at the reception were excellent. Some at the bar and some others at the reception felt almost bothered when asked a question. That's a pity.
Cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast, bar and the garden area were over our expectations. Size of the rooms, lack of a proper wardrobe and missing garbage can bags may be the areas to be improved.
It was a business trip and I was there just for one night, but room, breakfast was excellent and I love the close distance to the main train station in Berlin
Almost everything was great. AC wasn’t work good. It.coudn’t chill the room at all.
I did not order breakfast during my stay, but everything else was perfect. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel. Very good atention at the front desk by Apolo and he rest of the crue. We visites all the city during 3 days and rested very well. Good location.
Ophold fra mandag til fredag. Dejlige og pæne værelser. Fin morgenmad og hyggelig gårdhave. Super beliggenhed i forhold til Hovedbanen.
