Great experience, good people working there and great recommendation. Wifi connection was not that good.
Accommodation was ok - there needs to be a slim desk / sideboard in the room with a small chair - you need somewhere to place items from your suitcase - I had to put everything all over the floor - this is not good
We went to the 2. Time in the cloud one. Once again, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

We all enjoyed our visit. Multiple nights with 4 rooms. Great location. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, Beautiful rooftop bar, with incredible views! But always very difficult to get a coctail. Each of the 4 times our group visited the lounge we would have easily spent double our bill, possibly more… as a restaurateur, I saw huge potential revenue untapped.
I very much enjoyed my stay at Motel One. I loved the cappuccino and the lounge area. The location was good, and the staff were all very pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was a tad bit on the warm side and a kettle in the room would have been nice, but overall, my stay was pleasant.

The placement of the reception desk is very awkward: there is not a natural flow from the front door to the reception. I was waiting to be checked-in in front of the desk, but the front desk agents assisted people who arrived after me. I realise that the hotel just underwent renovations, so the floor plan is likely not going to be redone now, but some signage would help. The bathrooms should have exhaust fans. Otherwise, the rooms and common areas are clean, and the bed, as always, is comfortable.

We had a great stay at Motel One. The employees were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only thing was the aircondition in the room that wasn’t working properly. But overall an amazing stay
no specific issues, everything went well. unfortunately, the manager at the breakfast had a bad day. in stead of welcoming people in the morning, he was more busy with his administration and breakfast needed to be paid before even taking a plate ... never had such a bad experience... I had no intention not to pay, but paying for additional services you do this at the check out, but apparently not so in your hotel ...
I made the line for the breakfast and then skipped it, they had no scrambled eggs and wanted to sit me behind the coffee machine. It would be better if it was not offered at all, its ridiculous.

This is the third time we have stayed this year and the fact upgraded was disappointed with the room as it was a basic standard room which the air conditioning did not work so the room was very hot. Very disappointed as upgraded for this exact reason.

From the ease of booking, good value, and great staff. I really enjoyed my stay in Glasgow. The only small issue was the room was very warm. Proved difficult to cool the room.
Location was very good, staff polite and helpful, hotel lobby was very nicely furnished. However, although room was looking nice as well and bed was comfortable, the noise which you can hear through the main door and walls was disturbing. Especially during the night when other guests were entering their rooms between 2-5AM. You can hear everything and sound insulation is very bad. Also, water was leaking on the floor in the bathroom from the main sink, which we have reported to the staff. Issue was fixed next day, but from how it looks, it seems it will happen again.
The most unfriendly staff we’ve ever encountered in a front desk. Zero help, information or guidance when asked basic questions about the surrounding areas. Offering one bottle of water per room per stay is cheap!! Other hotels with similar rates offer free bottled water throughout the stay. Cleaning staff did not knock before opening the room, even at 9am on a weekend or a public holiday. Felt like an invasion of privacy. The only good experience during our stay was the bar on Sunday evening.
We have stayed at Motel One in Warsaw several times before and have always appreciated the hotel for its consistency, friendly staff and overall reliability. That is why it feels especially disappointing to write a review like this. Our most recent stay made it clear that something has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. A promising start that quickly lost its shine Upon arrival we were greeted warmly at the reception. We were informed that we had been upgraded free of charge to the ninth floor, which we genuinely appreciated since we enjoy staying on higher floors. We were also told that a small gift was waiting for us in the room. It sounded like a thoughtful gesture and gave us a positive first impression. When we entered the room, the “gift” turned out to be four pieces of candy. Of course, a gift is a gift, but presenting something so minimal as a special surprise felt a bit odd. It came across as more awkward than meaningful, especially considering how it had been introduced. The real issue: no air, no ventilation, no sleep What overshadowed everything else was the fact that the room had no functioning ventilation. The AC was completely off and there was no fresh air coming in at all. This was not about wanting cool air; it was about the room lacking oxygen. We went down to the reception to ask for help and were told that the AC system had not been activated yet because it was early April. We understand that some hotels operate on seasonal settings, but ventilation is not the same as cooling. A room needs air circulation regardless of the month. After some back and forth, the staff agreed to send a technician the next morning. During the night we tried to manage by keeping the window open, but since the hotel is located in the middle of the city, all the traffic noise poured straight into the room. The result was a night with almost no sleep. A technician visit without results and without follow-up The next morning the technician arrived. He replaced the control panel, the fan started for half a second, and then he left, seemingly satisfied with the job. He did not stay to check whether the ventilation actually worked. It did not. This meant two more nights without proper air, without any follow-up and without any sign that the hotel cared about resolving the issue. It is difficult to describe how exhausted and disappointed you feel after three nights without proper sleep, especially when the problem is something as basic as ventilation. Basic housekeeping issues on top of everything else As if the ventilation problem was not enough, we also experienced issues with housekeeping. On Saturday afternoon we had to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper because the cleaning staff had not replenished it. We were clearly not the only ones, as several guests were collecting toilet rolls at the same time. When we asked whether there was a staffing issue, the young receptionist simply replied “why do you ask,” even though we had neither toilet paper nor tissues in the room. A completely empty tissue box had been left in the bathroom. It may seem like a small detail, but it added to the growing sense that basic standards were slipping. The bar: another unexpected disappointment Another aspect we have always enjoyed at Motel One is the bar. The drinks have previously been well made and consistent. This time, however, the experience was very different. Our favourite drink tasted mostly like juice, completely unbalanced. When we politely mentioned this to the bartender, the only response we received was “okay.” No apology, no offer to remake the drink, no gesture of goodwill. Not even a simple acknowledgement that something might be off. The issue was not the drink itself, but the lack of service-mindedness. A clear decline and a difficult recommendation We have stayed at Motel One Warsaw four times before and always felt that the hotel delivered a solid and dependable experience. This time it was obvious that the standard has slipped. The service feels less attentive, the details less thoughtful and the overall experience noticeably weaker. We do not have unreasonable expectations. We are not looking for luxury or special treatment. But we do expect: a room with functioning ventilation the drinks to match what is described on the menu staff who show interest when something is not working follow-up when guests report a problem a basic level of service and care Unfortunately, none of this was met during our stay. Conclusion It is with great disappointment that we conclude that Motel One Warsaw no longer maintains the level of quality we previously appreciated. We have always recommended the hotel to friends and colleagues, but after this visit we are unsure whether we will return. When a hotel cannot provide something as fundamental as proper ventilation, and shows little interest in resolving the issue, something essential has been lost. We truly hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and returns to the standard that once made it our first choice in Warsaw. As things stand now, we will be considering other options for our next visit.
Very attentive stuff, clean rooms and good location
Motel One always comes through for us. Prague was no different. Our desk clerk was a huge problem solver and fun to boot. We ended up needing to go to the airport super early and the staff packed us the BEST breakfast!! We will continue to use Motel One for our trips to Europe. You can always count on clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and superior staff.

Fit for Service - Merci
I had a great time in Motel One in Rotterdam. I have been fully satisfied on what I found there. The room was a little small but immaculate and meet my needs. Breakfast was delicious and with a good variety. Motel One was in the city center in vicinity to all worth visiting cites. What I enjoyed most is the fact that my room was soundproof. Although, I was staying in the center, there was no noisy inside.
Very good value for price
Sooooooooo, it was great to be there. I am not used to those sheets and Pillows so i had to adapt to it while sleeping. Its great how the aquarium clip starts playing, creating a cozy Environment. The food, or the Breakfast, was delicius. Nice Athmosphere in the Lobby too. The waiter on the Bar was kind and he looked fine as hell. Its great drom the outside. Yes thats it haha, thank you guys. Novody will ever read this
The staff are all lovely and very helpful. We found a hair on the bed and we asked for our room to be cleaned and new towels and toilet roll etc on the second day and that didn’t happen. Overall nice stay. Carpets really need updated and or/cleaned. They are pretty Doty looking
