Very nice hotel, good location near the river and lots of good little restaurants. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, bar, very clean. I was there with a tour group, so I didn't make the reservation, but I would happily return.

Perfekt um London zu erkunden. Direkt an der Towerbridge und dem London Tower. Bus und Tube-Station Aldgate sind in direkter Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko, keine Ablage für die Kleidung (Schrank oder Regal), mussten aus dem Koffer leben. ;-) Geht aber auch. Perfect for exploring London. Right next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The Aldgate bus and Tube station are very close by. Very friendly staff, great amenities, and very clean. The only downside was the lack of storage space for clothes (no wardrobe or shelf), so we had to live out of our suitcases. ;-) But it was manageable.

A perfect location in the centre of Manchester. Very quiet in the room despite the city centre location. Very clean.
Stayed 1 night . Didn't have any food or breakfast. TV was broken and couldn't be replaced. The bed was a double bed which was 2 single beds put together so the centre of the bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on .
Friendly local staff on Reception. Big comfy beds. Very busy hotel but I heard no noise at night.
We had breakfast on the last day only just to try it out but it was definitely not worth 18€ per person as it was lacking warm food except boiled eggs, which were not cooked properly. Everything else was just fine. The hotel I can recommend the breakfast no, nothing worth the money.
Loved staying here. Perfect location for bars and food. Room was clean and ideal size for what was needed. Only thing was the room was far too warm we did request an air con unit but it didn’t help that much. Obviously not the hotels fault they can’t control outside temps. But apart from that overall was fantastic we have already booked our next weekend back to Newcastle
It was a nice entrance lobby and bar area. The actual Check-in felt a bit confusing, with a form to fill in, and the person on the desk speaking so fast so I was feeling a bit stressed with that. Room qas lovely, except for the stsange painting/picture above the bed of the girl on the train, hiding her face behind wheatgrass. It was a bit creepy to be honest, not an art piece we would choose for a bedroom. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Wonderful front desk and bar service providers! I would have liked a wash cloth. I think it would be nice to provide two chairs when there are two occupants. People who do not request cleaning for their stay should have glasses, not paper cups! Despite minor complaints, I would definitely stay at your hotel again❣️
My wife and I came here on a whim to celebrate our 10 year wedding adversary. We were pleasantly surprised at our room view and the amazing terrace bar. The bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were top notch. Location is perfect, spent the day bar hopping around the financial district site seeing. We will definitely be back!
Overall a very good experience, Very clean, friendly very helpfull staff. Situated in the middle of town was perfect but the only thing was we had to close window at night as was loud from the pubs and Restaurants. Saying that as long as we can close the window we would definatly go back.
Everything was perfect, as always. I really enjoy staying at this hotel and have always had a great experience. However, I noticed a couple of things during this stay that I felt were worth mentioning. Firstly, there were no toilets available at the reception, as all the toilets were out of service. This was quite inconvenient, especially as the hotel was very busy. I also noticed that when I was sitting in the reception area, there was no complimentary water available for guests. I normally see water provided in the large jug near the bar, so I found it quite unusual that this was not available during this visit. I did ask them, and they said I had to pay for it. As it was a bank holiday weekend and the hotel was clearly very busy, with a large number of people around reception throughout the day, it felt as though the hotel was not fully prepared for the increased number of guests. Aside from these points, everything else was excellent, and I continue to enjoy staying at the hotel. I hope this feedback is helpful for future busy periods.
Always love Motel One. Delivers exactly what you need. Hotel is value for money. Clean and tidy in a great central location. Everything city centre is within walking distance. Nice and quiet for sleeping.

Excellent location, easy parking, easy access, friendly staff
Obviously, the location is brilliant on one side but dangerous at night. Maybe you could offer a free walk-over from the S-Bahn station for female solo travellers. As with all Motel Ones, I love the breakfast, etc., but it lacks a kettle and tea-making facilities. Coming from the Anglophone area, a kettle- at least one on each floor near the lift, with tea or coffee powder would be a deluxe addition to the hotel.
We stay 2 night, after the first one our room wasn’t cleaned, I request housekeeping and than they come and clean.
Pro: Good location, easy access, big variety at breakfast. Con: tight parking, no elevator from the 2nd garage level.
Lovely bar and seating area, room was fairly clean with a few stains here and there. Main issue I had was the AC wouldn't do cooling (heating only) so the room was unbearably hot even with the window open!
Low water pressure in the shower. Poor and interrupted WiFi connection. Shelf could have been better cleaned. Bar is average. I needed to ask 4 times for get the room cleaned on one day (at 11am, at 12:30pm, at 1:30 and at 3pm). Otherwise fine.

Check in was swift and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent for what we wanted and the staff were all lovely that we encountered.
Hello While staff are very friendly, I was disappointed of having the “computer” allow checking only at 3 pm with everyone else which of course resulted in a past 3 checking while it is clear that rooms are ready before. Also - the water stream was super weak which was unfortunate but changing rooms so late given late check in was not reasonable for us. As members and returning guests in the chain (third time this year) I didn’t feel valued and will consider coming again. Ben
View from room terrible. Room too warm but couldn’t open window due to noise and air con too noisy if turned up.
Absolutely fabulous as always. Including breakfast which we haven’t had before. On last night work up quite hot and couldn’t get the air con to work so put room as 9.
Staff friendly, room spotless and a relaxing bar
The hotel is in a great central location. Our room was small but had everything we needed and was fine for a couple of nights. It was clean. modern and comfortable. We were on the inside of the building and had windows but it was a bit darker outside because of the building shade. It was also nice and quiet. Generally the staff were friendly and helpful but one of the people on reception seemed a little stressed. The booking process, check-in and check-out were easy and quick. Would stay here again.
The reception area and lobby is beautiful, very well laid out, decorated and is nicely cooled with air con. The rooms weren’t afforded the same decor or air con. It was disappointing that our bed was not actually a double, but two singles pushed together. The pillows were awful, two different shaped pillows, one solid and the other far too soft, leaving me with neck ache. The WiFi was advertised as ‘super fast’ it was not, most messages wouldn’t send between us staying within the same hotel.
The price charged was far in excess of the quality of the room. There was no coffee, water, extra towels or the basics offered. 20eu for the breakfast was excessive as well.
Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super easy to book. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet had everything we needed, and the location is perfect right next to Vienna's main station. The tram stop for Line D is only about 100 meters away and takes you into the heart of Vienna in around 15 minutes. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the room had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bar is also great with reasonable prices, although the large bottle of water could be a little cheaper. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Every time we come to Vienna, we'll book Motel One again. The Wifi didnt work so well this time but i had a Data Package so it was ok:) PS: the Bathroom in -1 were nicer and cleaner than the Ritz-Carlton's Bathroom that we were at.

The hotel is nice and provides cost-effective accommodation in a comfortable location for exploring Prague. There is a well-connected tram station minutes from the hotel, and many lovely caffes and eateries around.
Thank you for upgrading me to a room with a desk. It was comfortable. Please offer replenished free water. I did not feel comfortable going to the bar for one water allotment as I swear the hotel was full of stag parties. The staff was very kind. But it would be helpful if you had basic toiletries available. I needed a tampon unexpectedly on Sunday and the nearest shop was 15 minutes walk away. Also, please put conditioner in the shower. With long curly hair it’s a huge mess to wash my hair and not have conditioner. Thank you.
Very nice big room. The floor in the bathroom and shower weren't cleaned so there was a lot of short dark hair. The room was at the end of the floor so it was really calm. Nice shower, enough towels, toilet paper and tissues. I really enjoyed staying there. The staff was kind and helpful. The organisation with the water bottle is complicated, just put it in the room and add an information how to open it. Before the stay, I read reviews that the air conditioning is set too cold and I agree (woke up with a cold). If I should come back to Madrid, I would consider to stay in Motel One again.
Great stay!We were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast buffet was super and had absolutely everything. We especially loved the beautiful, large courtyard. It was a wonderful place to eat breakfast or just relax after a long day of walking around Berlin. Furthermore, all the staff members were very friendly, welcoming, and patient when we struggled a bit with the language. We would highly recommend it!
Overall great stay and lovely clean hotel, my only complaint was the room was rather hot even with the air con on. Loved the extra little touches after letting them know we were celebrating an anniversary

Had a great experience in Motel One Dublin, lovely and clean, helpful staff, location couldnt be better. The only reason Im giving it an 8 not a 10 is in the morning, somebody just walked into our room, used a key, didnt have a uniform on and said oh sorry and walked back out again. This was extremley concerning to us, we were both getting dressed so werent in a position to follow her

The new interior design is very cold, and there is no reference to Vienna left, which is a pity. Especially the reception area and the bar area were much nicer before. Breakfast is more than overpriced at 25 euros: canned fruits, no Oesterreichischer Schinken, no Oesterreichischer Kren, no Oesterreichischer Kaese, two sorts of post-mix juice, long queues at one (!) coffee machine. Staff does not care about leftovers at tables or on the floor ( I am talking Monday morning, not a Saturday or Sunday) I witnessed how a woman was charged the full 25 euros two minutes before official breakfast time was over, and how she was told that everything would be gone in two minutes, so she better grabs what she can. Wow. Also - I saw several guests who wanted a coffee to go and where told to go to Aida. Hmmm...
Two suggestions: 1. Have a small table for a surface area to place personal toiletries in the bathroom. 2. Have hand wash cloths in the bathroom
Room is clean, bed is super comfy, great location. Perfect for business travel.
