Once again, I was really pleased with my stay at a Motel 1. The location was great, the rooms spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the hotel has excellent soundproof windows. The staff is very welcoming and very helpful.
The staff - especially your colleague who checked me in was accommodating. My own issue was there was no clarity on parking - just for 10mins to drop off bags.
Would like a fridge in the room and more storage. Bathroom mirrors steamed up a lot
The hotel itself was fine - but sleep is the one thing that simply has to work, and here it completely failed. I didn’t sleep at all due to a constant, disturbing noise (likely from the elevator). Honestly unacceptable, especially with an important meeting the next morning.
Great stay at Motel One. Comfortable and convenient to the areas we wanted to see in Brussels. Great suggestions from bartender on places to visit.
A modern, clean, well furnished hotel in perfect central situation. Comfortable room, good breakfast and VERY friendly and helpful staff. A most enjoyable stay!
Overall I had a good experience in your hotel. I just have some pain points to share: - the heating in the room is noisy - there was no beverage, such as a bottle of water, available in the fridge (even payant) - the room isolation is not good, I could hear a lot the noise from outside.
Amazing
Although the hotel is located at the periphery of the city, it is a great place to stay due to the proximity of the Metro station, the beautiful park across the street and the very comfortable lobby with family-style atmosphere in the evening. Ideal to rest with a good glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing.
This is my fifth time staying here. Consistently great service, fantastic staff, comfy rooms, yummy breakfast! It can get busy but the staff is super attentive and extremely helpful. Great place for groups! Highly recommend this Motel One!!
It was our first time staying in Gdansk and this hotel is perfect. The location was great, the staff were helpful, the bar and cocktails were well priced and made well. Would recommend this hotel highly!
Motel One quality, though the rooms are quite small. The breakfast (choice, quality and presentation) could be better; places for the breakfast are limited. Nicely located - close to metro and other public transport. The museum close to the hotel is to be recommended. Staff is kind and helpful.
Everything was just as it should be. Clean, comfortable and warm. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.
Clean , breakfast excellent, room was cold, could not get heating to work, and desk is too small for any actual work. Value for money yes.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center, the staff is very friendly, and the bar is open 24/7. The room was fine, but I would add a few more products in the bathroom, like hand cream, soap, etc.
It difficult to rate for me. The location is perfect, the rooms are small but well equipped and The wifi is fast. However we were promised connecting rooms - then this was not possible. Thanks for sending the message before check in som we could talk to the kids - but had i known that the promised rooms were not available I would not have cancelled another reservation. Parking garage was (always) full, very limited hot items in breakfast buffet, a lot of elevator problems during out stay, long lines and empty trays at breakfast. I would say it is a good thing for the Cloud that it has a prime location. We had a good stay but I think I would go for one the other hotels in the area next time
I requested since the check in to have a breakfast box, also reminding the evening before about it, and then in the morning it was not there. I have for the breakfast which I didn´t get. Room definetevely too small
the bar menu is still not improved
Everything was good, but the AC in the room did not come on and the room was really hot during the night, so that was annoying.
Top location superb view expecting more on sweet side of the breakfast buffet like you have waffels in belgium why not poffertijes or pannekoken here? We had 2 rooms cleaning in one perfect....the other less :( shower carpet went away and never back, and some other similarties. in general happy and happy to return

We really enjoyed the overall feel and location of the Motel One Royal, but having to access our rooms by using two elevators or stairwells was rather inconvenient. All of The staff we encountered were truly friendly and accommodating!
Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate my request. Room was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy! I’m still puzzled why there were clothes hangers in the closed, but no place to hang them, only shelves and no hooks anywhere in the room, I searched the whole place 🤣

It was exactly what we needed I was staying in Manchester whilst meeting a friend we had a room each. The room and the building was really clean. Tbr toilets in thr lobby not so. Paper bins overflowing and papers scattered over tbr floor. The following day when I used the same toilet it was very clean. It would have been useful to have been told when we checked in the breakfast was included in the price I had missed this so how. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.
Great location, rooms are tight but functional, 2nd visit in as many months and will be back, great staff and very pleasant each and everyone of them.

Great hotel just next to Piccadilly station. The room was great.
Check in was easy and quick, room was decent though weird since I think I got a handicapped room and didn't need. Bar was open late which was nice. Central to everything. Bed comfortable, temperate was adjustable, street sounds were mostly quiet though you can hear everything happening inside the hotel

I really enjoyed the stay here. It is located in a good location, where most attractions are within 10-15 walking distance. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar with a great view of the city. I would like to give special thanks to the cleaning crew on the morning of March 30th - they were exceptionally professional and did a wonderful job. The only small thing I'd like to mention is that the ventilation at bathroom seems not be able to turn off? This was not an issue as we just closed the bathroom door and there is no sound/light - but it might be helpful to include a small note on the wall explaining this. That being said, I like the hotel. It offers great value. I would stay here again.

The hotel itself is lovely but I was disappointed in my room this stay. Understandably I realise being 9 floors up the heat is going to rise but the room was almost unbearably hot but because I was staying above central station I couldn’t sleep with the window open. The room compared to the last time I stayed at Motel one was extremely small - thank goodness I was by myself. The tv in the room was also spotty signal wise and had a line appearing down the middle of it.
Concerned about security. The rooftop bar is open to the public and accessed by the guest elevators. Apparently non residents can only access the bar on the13th floor as they don't have a room key but I saw many groups of people getting on the lifts at the same time as hotel guests so basically anyone can access the guest floors. There are also guest rooms on the 12th floor directly under the bar where the bar/lounge toilets are located, again with free access to non residents. I have stayed in Motel One hotels all over Europe but never had any security concerns but I will not stay here in future.
The workers were very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay.
Got a very warm welcome at reception. Room was lovely - such a comfortable bed. Was pleased the room was not too hot. Approved of all the sustainability actions being taken and really enjoyed the breakfast. The organic muesli was great, and the bread was delicious. Big shout out to Ming on reception who was so welcoming, and even lent me an umbrella, when I had to go out in a downpour.

You have a great front desk support team. And... I left my running glasses in the room. I did not recognize that I left them for a few days after I left your hotel. After a few emails, your team sent them to me (free of charge). That is amazing! Great hospitality!
Stacey was amazing and gave us an early check in! She was so informative and friendly upon our arrival.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable, very clean and well. Why the evaluation ist only at 5 is as today in hotels tea/ coffee with a minimum of a kettle rather than a Nespresso machine is standard incl. also cotton pads for face and ear. As someone who is travelling a lot I was surprised of not having those at all. Also on TV a Chromecast TV/ Phone sharing possibility was not given. Other than that very friendly staff and fast check in and out.

Everything was as perfect as I am used from Motel One. Tried the breakfast for the very first time and was happy with the variety that was offered. Will be back.

It was as expected. Only issue I had was trying to make payment on your website on the day of check-in before arriving. Did not work. Had to call hotel and was reassured that bookijg is guaranteed till arrival.
