two items causing the rating a. no gym b. I had to depart one day early but had to pay full duration anyway
Renovation during stay adversely affected normally effective services, e.g. getting extra hangers, toilet paper or glasses in room. Also, 24,50€/person for breakfast was excessive and not good value compared with last year’s 17,50€. After 1 breakfast, better value was found elsewhere
Staff were very friendly and helpful, however the lack of food options provided was dissapointing.
Still a lot of things missing, no coffee machine, nor phone (not working at all) in the room and also besides soap (was also not working) no articles in the bath. Toast in the bar downstairs was sooo bad and simple that a 5 year old kid could do it better and it was sold like a Mediterranean style toast. Really bad…. Breakfast was okay Shower was full of limescale on the floor.

Absolute value for money!! Very nice place just accross the main station of Vienna. Very helpful, smiling and proactive staff. Very friendly to Foreigners.. The staff went out of the way to explain us the main tourist spots. Very clean, new and well maintained property! Thank you Motel One for making this beautiful Austrian memory for us! Regards.

I stayed at Motel One Amsterdam Waterlooplein for three days during my business trip, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and positive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Konstantinos Konstantos, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. As I was new to Amsterdam, he took the time to guide me with local information and directions, which made my stay much easier and more comfortable. Their positivity and support truly made my business trip more enjoyable. Wishing the entire team all the very best!
The place was clean and quiet, with good soundproofing and a nice breakfast. Overall, everything was well maintained and comfortable. However, it didn’t feel truly pet friendly, as there is a fee for the dog but no access allowed to the breakfast area, even on the side. The garage is no guarantee of getting a spot.
I was suprised that there was not a shoehorn in the reseption to borrow. I needed one, because I - by mistake- left my own at home. In the bath room there was not hair conditioner. I visited the bar. It took quite long after some one came to me. He could not tell me an offer of a fresh drink, so I took wine and that was ok. (think the waiter was new) (it looked like his colleagues did not like him a lot, that was my impression and it was sad)

The room was adequate, but lacked some basics like a water cooker and a fridge. We hated the separate duvet for a couple. The water pressure wasn’t good, and the hair drier was terrible. Service wasn’t very friendly at reception, but better in the breakfast room. In general fine but wouldn’t stay again.
Clean, nice and indeed a very cozy place with a lovely breakfast - really wide selection of organic products. We ordered a room with a king size bed for the two of us and our daughter, but there was an extra bed in the room as well. Lovely beds and pillows - we got a really good sleep. Nice and clean room with a lovely view, big windows and the possibility to darken the room completely at night. Very quiet area. Lovely scented soaps in the bathroom - a little feeling of luxury. The staff was so friendly and serviceminded - special thanks to Eddy who saved us, when our car got locked up in the parking house. Directly in the middle of the beautiful, charming old city centre. Clean, nice toilets in the lounge area and an overall really nice vibe 😊 Only thing, that could be extra nice would be a little fridge in the room for beverages... We will definitely come back 😊
- The elevator waiting times were a bit annoying due to the fact that 2 of 4 elevators werent working - I would strongly recommend an ash tray in Front of the entrance because people will still smoke in Front of the Doors but have to through their cigarettes on the street. I know that you have No Smoking signs around the entrance but it would be better to give people a Choice to use a trash for their ciggis instead of having the street in Front of your hotel as „ash Tray“ !

Great location above the station, very quiet rooms and a comfy bar area.
We had fabulous stay there was 4 of us we had 2 rooms booked, From the moment we arrived we were greated by staff member who's name was Welinton so kind and very polite all staff were very good , Hotel is really very good beautiful relaxing lounge at the end of your day to relax, Lovely continental breakfast. Transport is just about 5 mns walk and very handy to get around Spotless clean, 😀

Great central place in Berlin easy access to S Bahn and U Bahn. Bit slow re staff at Breakfast but a decent one as a buffet.

We've stayed at a Cloud One and Motel Ones before and have been very satisfied with it. Motel One Bremen didn't live up to the standards we've been used to from the other hotels. The bathroom door didn't quite close, the tap in the sink had an uneven flow if water so it kept spluttering. The bar area was not cozy or nicely decorated.
I am a big MotelOne fan. They score on location, value for money, quality of the beds, cleanliness throughout, breakfast offering, bar/lounge area, helpfulness of staff, design and ambiance. The rooms are small but very well designed. The Munich Hauptbahnhof hotel was true to the brand, a great location offering proximity to the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the Marienplatz and the kay sights.
Very good hotel close to the centre of Bruxelles. Everything is a walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious. Personnel is very friendly

The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying; it made me want to linger. The reasonable price of the accommodation was also a plus. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Rooms too warm , not fans “apparently “ and can turn the heating below 19 degrees. Water in sink was Luke warm and very little pressure in shower , rooms are dark and lighting is very poor .

Once again, I was really pleased with my stay at a Motel 1. The location was great, the rooms spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the hotel has excellent soundproof windows. The staff is very welcoming and very helpful.

Greta’s location, very clean and very quiet considering the central location. Only issues were no phone signal whatsoever in our room (two different networks) which didn’t bother us but might some people - and the TV picture was of very low quality quality despite being an LG.
I have stayed here a good few times, and almost always find it excellent. Last Wed , I wasn't as happy as usual. I really don't like giving negative feedback, but a couple of things annoyed me. The bar/lounge area, which is usually spotless, was a bit grubby. There were crisps all over the floor where I was sitting, and nobody came to sweep them up. I was there over an hour. I ordered a medium glass if Shiraz, which is usually €8, , but the bar lady poured a large glass, and asked for €13.50. The large glass on the menu is €11. When I queried thus, she just said they had changed their Shiraz brand, but had not updated the menu. She offered no apology for the confusion, and I ordered a merlot instead, as I didn't like her ' Take it or leave it 'attitude. I think it ranked me, because the standard of customer service is usually so high. I will definitely continue to stay at this hotel, and would recommend it.
perfect transport hub
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel as it is really convenient for Stuttgart Hbf station, even with the massive station works that are still going. The bar area is particularly relaxing, with a very good range of drinks, and some whiskies at good prices. I certainly recommend staying here.

The staff - especially your colleague who checked me in was accommodating. My own issue was there was no clarity on parking - just for 10mins to drop off bags.
Would like a fridge in the room and more storage. Bathroom mirrors steamed up a lot
Love the hotel from its friendly check in, nice bar area and great location. We got a nice quiet accessible room on 1st floor because we were travelling with our dog.
The hotel itself was fine - but sleep is the one thing that simply has to work, and here it completely failed. I didn’t sleep at all due to a constant, disturbing noise (likely from the elevator). Honestly unacceptable, especially with an important meeting the next morning.
Great stay at Motel One. Comfortable and convenient to the areas we wanted to see in Brussels. Great suggestions from bartender on places to visit.
