Everything was great! The room, the bar, breakfast, the staff!
I have an annoying issue with the card that allows the access to the room. First, it didn't work, then the reception did something to reactivate it but then, when I was able to open, I discoverd that it was already occupied by another person who is inside the room. I was very tired and this is quite nasty for me.
I had requested a quiet room. When we checked in at 1:30 we were told the only rooms available were across from the elevator on the 5th floor or on the 2nd floor. We took the 2nd floor room which was a disaster since there was construction outside from 1:30-4:30am. I know this is not legal! We could not sleep due to the noise so we called the front desk to see if we could be moved but we were told nothing else was available.
Great location, great price, great service, really comfortable beds and linens. 6th Floor Lounge was perfect - light bites good and view spectacular.
I only slept in the hotel. It was quiet which suited me very well. Perfect.
The view out of the window ist not nice, really, directly on a huge contruction site.
Very nice hotel - particular compliment to the housekeeping staff and the very nice receptionist (unfortunately forgot her name).
Great property. The room got warm in the middle of the night but I was able to find a way to operate the air conditioning.

Very nice and convenient hotel in the city center. Close to WTC and many bars and restaurants. Very kind and professional staff. Rooms with all required comfort, incl. desk and chair to accommodated remote work. Wonderful breakfast on a stunning rooftop.
Good location, value for money, comfortable bed, good and generous breakfast, good WiFi ( but would be good to have usb plugs for foreigners) , highly efficient. Only comment is please leave bottles of water in bedrooms. Also shower very slippery - would be dangerous for older people. Suggest fixing that.

Everything was fine except for the sound insulation. Both from the hall and from outside. Makes it hard to sleep or just feel properly at ease in the room

The room was lovely, the only basic was there should be a phone in the room atleast for emergency And breakfast needs more hot item option, I had boiled eggs for all 3 days which is not pleasant. Rest all good
The location is perfect, close to the Central Station, the hotel has everything that you need for a business trip stay - the stuff is polite and efficient, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very good, you connect to the wifi in a matter of seconds, there is an ironing room...

The front desk staff (with one exception) was helpful and very knowledgeable. Mari, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that was subsequently resolved. Breakfast selections were fresh and delicious and our room was lovely.
The check in was smooth and warm welcomed. The room size is good. Breakfast is delicious with choices of bakery, eggs, fruits and coffee! Location is convinient to every attractions in city center. Train station is across of the road.
The hotel was very nice overall.
We were shocked at the check-in. It was after midnight and we could hardly get inside the hotel and the lady at the reception told us there was no reservation. I told her that I booked it from booking.com and 100% secured it with a credit card. She checked again and said that we were transferred to Motel one Haubtbahnhof this time. After long argument she accepted to pay our taxi to that hotel. We secured the night and the next topic was the rest of the stay because it was a 5 night reservation. After another long argument finally she said we could come back for the rest of the stay. When we come back on the following day another gentleman at the reception explained the situation that there was only one room with a defective door lock left and he decided to transfer us. This was a really bad experience that I never had before.

I enjoyed my stay at Motel One. Calm, clean and stylish environment. Rooms are small but had everything I needed. Location was a major plus for me since I've enjoyed proximity to Le Botanique where music festival, I went to, was held. Downside is lack of mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was delicious. The welcome desk personel allowed us to have an early check in which was really nice from them.
Convenient location to Central Train Station. Carpet is not well maintained. Dun like disposal cups.
Love this hotel so relaxing and welcoming
On the expensive side. Small room. Would rather not have two singles beds together as they separated through the night. Mattress and bedding was very comfortable. Lighting above or to the side of a mirror would be very useful for putting on make up.
POSITIVES: The staff were very helpful and efficient. The location is fantastic. NEGATIVES: The bathrom was extremely cold & it wasn't possible to adjust the temperature. There was no foreign language TV stations which, as noen Polish speakers was a big minus. The WIFI was very very slow. A fridge in the room to keep drinks cold would have been very useful.
Thank you for providing such a friendly and attentive team during our recent stay at your hotel. This is our first visit to Salzburg and to your hotel, and this was such a great and pleasant experience. As an added note, we have been loyal Motel One guests during our many visits to Europe, including staying at your hotel in Barcelona, Vienna, Amsterdam and Brussels. I look forward to visiting you again soon.
First of all, we would like to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay as they were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast area and lounge are also very comfortable and the food was excellent. Just as an added note, we have been staying at various Motel One hotels in previous vacations in Barcelona, Salzburg, Amsterdam and Brussels, so we are very fond of your hotel. For this visit, we were very disappointed that the air conditioning was not working during the very warm days of our visit. The room was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. We were unable to keep the window open as the noise outside kept us awake all night. We would certainly appreciate your feedback and if there is any compensation you can provide for the uncomfortable stay, that would be greatly appreciated. We will certainly return to your hotel in our future visit. Thanks again so much.

Beautiful hotel, stunning views from our floor, clean, safe area to stay in NY and the balcony lounge overlooking the 9/11 memorial was breathtaking! Walking distance to parking garage, restaurants and site seeing.

We had a great stay at your motel. Very clean, great facilities and great service. Special mention to Anton, your barman. Very hard worker and his ability and attention made our stay memorable.
I come regularly and I'm globally satisfied by my stays. However, lately I have noticed several small glitches, such as the air conditioning that does not work or the shower head that is broken in places and is leaking. On the other hand, prices have risen significantly. So I would say that the feeling is to pay more for a product that is a little less satisfying than before.
We loved our stay, friendly staff, comfy bed and lovely hotel. Thank you!

Everything was as expected
Very good location (close to the business venue I had to go to), excellent breakfast and excellent lounge bar. Room was very small and I unfortunately wet half of the bathroom while taking a shower.
Clean, friendly and good value.
Overall good hotel, however the airconditioning unit is far too loud. I measured 63db or more when running. This is far too loud to have a restful sleep and in my view not acceptable if I pay 300+ $ per night. For this price I expect to be able to rest properly.
