Excellent stay as always. Would love to improve the breakfast, more sweets as it used to be. Also had some issues with the booking process through the app
Clean and comfortable overall but room 214 has an “accessible “ bathroom with a very low wash basin which I personally did not need, so I found it very difficult to use as I had to bend down so low. Being tall. You should only use this room for guests who need the use of a very low wash basin.
The location was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely, security guard was rude and some of the bar staff was very vocal and loud not good for front of house.
Perfect Motel one at a very good Place in town. Pretty new and Perfect Style!
It was fine. Only downside is the not blacking the sun out curtains. Makes you waking up at 0600.

Perfect location to bus, train and taxi transit. Near the Royal Mile. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great AC, good morning breakfast and all day bar!!!
Very handy to Princes Gardens, Calton Hill, Princes street, the Royal Mile and right a cross the street from Waverly Station.

Another great stay at Motel One, Brussels. Great hotel - reasonable prices, comfortable beds and perfect location. My third say here and definitely will continue to book any time I’m in Brussels.

I am always impressed by the level of cleanliness, as a vegetarian with lactose intolerance I was impressed by your offer of vegan options, which is sometimes hard to find in a five-star hotels. The bar in the lobby also offers a lot of options for a late night small talks which is perfect. The location is perfect and also the garage was a good experince with a lot of space and just around the corner. Thank you and keep your high level, thank you also to your really nice staff!!!

For the price, the room was a nice place to stay. Tidy, comfortable and good location. Just the air conditioning was quite noisy. I would have stayed longer but the price doubled for Saturday night. The receptionist was cordial, but just ticked the boxes at checkin, not overly friendly.
The hotel was clean and stylish. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect.
Hotel location was excellent. Hotel room was nice. Reception staff were friendly. The inadequate score was the need for me as a guest to go to reception and pick up an iron and ironing board. Most good hotels would have them in the room already. Those who don’t would bring it to the room upon request. This hotel (assume brand) does neither. This little things make a difference.

Friendly staff and excellent accommodations. Hotel is walking distance from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Breakfast was good too! Close to many restaurants, mall and markets.

I am giving you a very low rating which is not justified by my experience but otherwise I will not get your attention to act on the improvements. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay again there! Improvements regarding facilities: You will not be able to change this but the shower is not designed in good way. You can not close the shower which causes the bathroom and the toilet to get wet Improvement regarding human interactions: At a hotel it is very important how I am treated. I had a good check-in and a good check-out, I was treated friendly. At Check-In I received a card to collect a bottle of water on 5th floor in the lounge. Later in the evening at around 7:30pm I went to the lounge to collect my bottle of water. As the weather was so nice, I decided to have a drink there and enjoy the view. I asked the man behind the bar if he serves at the table and he said yes. I went to the table and that is where I waited for 25min. After that time I decided to leave. I can understand that you are busy during nice weather but then you need to organize it differently. Either you change the system that you collect your drink yourself at the bar or you move one person from the reception to the lounge. Next morning I went at 8:30am for breakfast. I walked through the room and saw a woman behind a desk which seemed to be the person noting down the room numbers. there were not many people at breakfast yet and I was the only one walking through the room. Still the woman was looking downwards. As I said Good Morning, I she was focused on her smartphone. I was unsure what to do and was ready to get food as she noticed me. No smile, just taking my room number. Everybody has a bad day but please as restaurant manager you do not place a person with bad mood to write down the room numbers. This is the first and often only person the guest have a direct interaction with. Put your must energetic person there and the person with the bad mood can fill up food or clean the tables. So if you really want to be a great hotel you can not to focus how employees interact with their guests, it cost you nothing but it will be 50% of the guys experience.
Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. Everything was at a very high standard — the room, service, cleanliness, and the hotel’s location were all great. I would especially like to highlight the reception staff, who were extremely kind and professional throughout our stay. Although everyone was very friendly, I would particularly like to thank Leyla at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and helped us with our luggage after check-out, which meant a lot to us. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience!

Excellent location. Great value for money
I did not enjoy this hotel. The rooms are ridiculously small and loud. The bathroom is so small you can’t dry your hair with a blow dryer without hitting your elbow against the wall. There is a lot of noise from the street and a lot of noise from the second floor bar/Terrace. The hotel is very dark. The staff was very pleasant and the bar on the 18th floor was nice for cocktails. It is centrally located next to the Alexanderplatz train station and the Berlin Convention Center. I stayed there for a conference, but would not stay there by choice.
A very nice hotel. Very clean, bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if the front desk had an adapter that guests could borrow.
Everything was terrible. You have to learn the people working on front office how to smile. In 4 days I never saw anyone smiling. The check in was terrible, nothing was explained well. The rooms are way too small, you can’t open the window because the construction works in front are terrible and you can’t hear anything from the noise. The breakfast is so poor, the elevators were not working 1 night but the biggest problem of the hotel are people, you just don’t feel welcomed.
The room was clean, quiet, and energy efficient. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Silent and comfortable room (as usual at motel one). The digital aquarius with ambient music helped me relaxing. I loved it
The staff on Reception were ALWAYS, friendly and extremely helpful. However, there were no drawers/cupboards in our room, which was inconvenient and annoying.
Maria and team were EXCELLENT. Such a memorable experience. Room was nice, everything in good working order.
The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and cooperative. They allowed conveniences that were beyond the scope of my contracted stay. We also had a delightful time late into the evening at the lobby bar due to the cordialness of the bartender and his cocktail making skill! Will definitely come back next time we visit Berlin! vielen Dank!

This was my second time staying at the hotel, and it was consistently wonderful. If anything, I wished for more towels (small face-towels) - not sure if those are available or it is a US-thing only :)
Room was clean and warm. Almost as warm as the receptionist. Everything worked flawlessly. They gave me an accessable room for the extra space to store my bike.

Hotel was in a very good location close enough to Temple Bar to enjoy the night life but completely silent at night. Room was well decorated and the bed very comfy. The only improvement I would recommend is draws in the room for storing small items but that’s it. I would 100% spray here again.

Room was clean including bathroom. A second luggage stand would be helpful. Desk staff very hospitable and helpful. Great location (Royal) ! Lots of different types of main floor lounge space which was nice. We ourselves liked that the HVAC system was set at cool (May 19-22, 2026). We heard another guest complain that they wanted heat. I guess a common system can’t please everyone, but we would not want a noisy fan coil individual system in our room. Need a secure wifi with password.
Overall everything as expected, but for about 250 EUR per night, I expect that breakfast is included

I can never fault Motel One St Peter's Square. Have stayed there multiple occasions and never had an issue. Highly recommend. I did have to come back to reception to ask for my free bottle card as the male receptionist forgot to offer me this.
Amazing value for price. Such a nice hotel!!! And nice staff. The only thing was the bathroom door didn’t stay open, it closed automatically so it would have been nice if it stayed open or at least to have a door stopper.
