Just a couple scratch marks on the walls of the room. Other than that, it was exactly what I expected. Extremely good value for my stay in Berlin.
Loved my stay! 100% would recommend! The best place to stay in Manchester! Chloe very kindly went out of her way to find me a fabulous room and being a regular guest I very much appreciated it. The reception and bar staff are all so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for the fresh mint for my tea, honestly my stay was a 5 star experience!

It was a good location and the rooms were on the small side and the staff were freindly and accommodating however we were suprised to find out,that our overnight parking at Arnots ,which was suggested by your staff, cost us a whopping 51 euros. not a good surprise, kind of ridiculous.

Not happy with being disturbed whilst with my partner, cleaner entered with no warning or knock. Complained to front desk and was met with a confused member of staff who said they couldn’t do anything and then couldn’t find a manager for me to speak to and told me I’d have to return when they was in.
Our overall stay was good as the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable but a bit small for the price. The location was very handy for walking. Here are our concerns: 1)We arrived and the request made in an email previously was not on file. 2) There were no chairs in the room but the receptionist managed to find one chair for us on day 3. 3) Our room door was hard to open and close and then the bolt quit working on day 2. We would recommend your hotel with caveats.

I always look to see if there’s a motel one in the city I’m visiting. It is my preferred choice! We’ve stayed at Tower Hill before and will do so again next time we’re in town.
An excellent hotel. And the lovely Staffs at the Reception was able to secure a room for my early check-in at no extra cost. Many thanks to the Management. I look forward to my next visit. Xoxo

Location was perfect for work once I had navigated the roadworks on the pavement outside the hotel. A plug beside the mirror would be practical when drying my hair, as now have a crink in my neck trying to stretch the hairdryer towards the mirror, really bad planning on this one!
We loved Cloud one. Great location near old town and close to the station. We loved the roof top bar..very special for drinks after exploring the city.
Efficient check in ..quiet room .great selection of continental breakfast. Good service at the bar and friendly staff.

The hotel is super clean, the staff if so nice and cooperative, everything went great. Only simple additions to the breakfast buffet like a toaster or some ready made omelet will make a significant difference. Thanks to everyone there.
My stay at your hotel was almost perfect. I deducted two points for two things missing from the room. The first is a light curtain that would provide privacy from neighbors, and the second is a small refrigerator, which would be appreciated, especially in the summer.
Had a great stay. Super view, appreciate the focus on sustainability. Our one complaint is that the pillows are terrible. They are way too high; we had to sleep without them entirely as to avoid getting neck pain. This is a general issue in hotels tbh.

The hotel is very good located and all staff members were absolutely fantastic-friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was a bit small this time but very clean and cozy.
The shower was broken they said maybe we can switch room and no one called us. The air conditioning also not worked it was just hot

Love the M1 at SPS. Great location. Check in staff so friendly & accommodating. Great banter with the bar staff. Room fits my needs perfectly, ie somewhere to sleep comfortably and quietly, lovely clean bathroom with hot shower. So handy for public transport, ie trams and Piccadilly main line station.
I had a very pleasant stay at Motel One. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was that, for the price, I would have expected a few more basic amenities in the room, such as coffee and tea-making facilities, a kettle, bottled water, and perhaps a small fridge. As a diabetic, having a fridge would have been especially useful, as I had nowhere cold to store my insulin. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent service, but a few extra in-room amenities would make the experience even better.
The rooms were clean and the location was great, but the rooms were very cold because the heating on the air conditioner wasn't working.
Really comfortable bed, big room and soothing atmosphere. It was very quiet and the walls are painted in calming greens.
Our second time staying in Motel One Dublin. We really like the location. Every member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are small but adequate for 2 nights and we were happy to opt out of the cleaning.
I had excellent time staying in Motel One Ciutadella. From the first moment the staff was welcoming, kind and ready to assist with any request. Keeping my luggage before checkin after checkout, printing, transportation- wonderful service.
So lovely hotel on the banks of the river, with a convenient riverside path into the old town. It's a short walk (15 minutes), straightforward from the main train station, and a 15-minute walk into the city centre. Our room was with amazing view to the river, very quite and comfortable.

Dear Motel one, I would like to provide formal feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. To begin with, I acknowledge that the hotel’s location is convenient. Its proximity to the central bus station allows efficient access to the rest of the city. The room itself was standard and unremarkable, which in itself would not have been an issue. However, the main issue with my stay was far more serious. During my stay, I discovered that the bed in my room had bedbugs. This was not a minor inconvenience, but a significant hygiene and hospitality failure that caused considerable physical discomfort and distress. When I reported the matter to the front desk, the response I received was limited to an apology, a room change, and a voucher for a cocktail at the hotel bar. I do not consider this an adequate or proportionate response to such an incident. Offering a complimentary drink in this context gave the impression that the hotel was attempting to minimize a serious problem rather than address it appropriately. Quite frankly, a cocktail is not a reasonable form of compensation for a situation that left me dealing with itching and clear physical discomfort. I would have expected a more serious and professional response, including meaningful compensation. Under these circumstances, I believe a partial refund, at minimum, would be an appropriate gesture. I would therefore appreciate your prompt response confirming how you intend to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Ianai

Initially put in an accessible room with a small window. Did not need nor request an accesable room, paid for 'with view' so asked to be moved. also, neither the 1st nor the 2nd room had usb - despite the website stating all rooms come with usb outlets.

Very nice comfortable and clean. I can rest assured that wherever j stay with motel one cleanliness is at the top. Im always very satisfied. I dont rate this as a 10 because in the morning the cleaning guy came and opened the door twice and felt my privacy was violated. He came to clean at 7am and 10am. Otherwise all good.

Bed, bathroom, layout are all good. But the WiFi was weak and there was no way to watch streaming services such as Netflix. There was no quick, simple, and cheap breakfast option, like a coffee and a croissant or such. Only the full breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately the guests in the room next to my room had a party both nights of my stay and I didn’t have any sleep! Bathe first night the reception went to the neighbor room and asked them to be quiet, this lasted for 15 minutes and then they were extremely loud until 4:00 am! The second night the same however this time the reception did not answer the telephone! I called 5 times to the front desk and no one answered! This is not acceptable. The pillows are also too big and very uncomfortable.
Good overall combination of location vs Price. Pleasant interior and staff.
I loved the design of the hotel especially the bar area with all the different pieces of furniture, the lights, that were all different styles but eorked so wonderfully. Someone had a very good eye in deciding the pieces.
