The whole place was super clean and the facilities were really nice. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop has an incredible view and the room was nice. However, the picture of the bathroom we were provided when booking was much bigger than the one we actually got and the one we did get was quite small and cramped. The room itself also didn’t have many facilities (e.g. cupboard space, mini fridge, kettle etc).
Best hotel in Barcelona. Short walk to the beach and city. Stunning view from the rooftop bar.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Motel One. It is my go-to hotel when I am in Europe. Clean, excellent staff, and delicious breakfasts.

Great location, very clean.
Staff was very very nice and available (and looked happy). The bed was super comfortable and the room's size was sufficient. Every item (plugs, etc) is at the right place and everything is perfectly sound proof.

GREAT SERVICE
Breakfast cleanliness and location were all excellent. All staff with one exception were great. Did have a couple of hiccups with the water supply but mostly sorted. Despite this would stay again.
Excellent services & great location
Very nice stay, good location, facilities and nice clean rooms. New bar member on training when we were staying could have been supported by another more experienced bar member and not the Check in Desk staff. Felt like that caused an unnecessary bottleneck.

This was a truly pleasant surprise and offered excellent value for money. Despite its central, city-center location, the room was remarkably calm and quiet. The area is incredibly convenient, with a wide range of public transportation options, restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While the room was on the smaller side, it was incredibly well-designed and practical, making the most of the space. The breakfast buffet was of very good quality for the price, and the rooftop bar provided a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day.

While the balcony/bar area on the top is nice on the evenings,it does give the impression of a lack of atmosphere when you enter on the ground floor at the small reception area . It gives a different feeling to other motel one entrance areas,a lack of personality and atmosphere we have felt in others. The small but important issue for most travellers nowadays,is the ability to connect their Android device or a stick device to a hdmi output on the room tv. This is not the case in any other Motel One we have enjoyed.The tv was a new Samsung,but no facility or option to connect anything,i think this is a big step backwards. It would allow your guests from around the world to have more of a choice when in the room,and a feeling of home from home if allowed to access these options,and it would not cost anything as wifi is included. At one point both of our keys would not work ,to either access the room,the lifts or worse,the floors from the stairwell,this is a major safety concern in my opinion. If power to the building or systems took place ,could people who were to use the stairs to evacuate then access lower floors ? It was not possible when BOTH of our room keys would not work. Motel one is always super clear, and reasonably priced in general . I had booked 5 nights in Munich ,and during the 5 days we decided to travel to Innsbruck,so I booked a room,while already having paid for the 5 After arriving ,and after paying for a room,160 euros for the Special One, I was under the opinion I would receive a corner room with a view .I did not,i received a normal room as far as i am aware,I then received a discount offer on the app,not via email ,if i wished to make another booking. This would have been much more appreciated if i had received this before i had made the booking for Innsbruck,and also via email not just on the app,but i am not clear on the terms and conditions of this particular offer. To sum up,room keys should not stop working to access,rooms ,lifts or exits ,stairs at all times It should be possible to connect to the in room tv/media via , android/cast hdmi etc Any offers should be available to you as a Beone member, ie, on website or email not just via an app , especially if you have already had a booking on the same date . We only use Motelone while traveling in Germany, Austria ,Ireland, Uk and plan to in Poland and other destinations,we recommend it to all our friends and families .
great location . Rooms can vary in size and ours this year was quite small . We have been visiting during the fringe for years but rooms now overpriced.
This Hotel really saved our trip. We originally booked a different hotel and couldn't stay there due to the conditions of the rooms. We got so lucky with this hotel. The staff were so nice, check in was quick. The room was super clean, with a shower and hair dryer. The TV faced the bed, perfect for when you're chilling in the evening and want to relax It's located in the perfect spot in my opinion, 15 minute walk from city centre, with restaurants just down the street. The zoo is also a 10 minute walk away. The place was spotless, I couldn't hear guests in the other room, the bed was super comfortable and location was perfect. Definitely worth the price in my opinion
Usually it's absolutely value for money but during the Fringe prices are crazy in general.
Fantastic location, absolutely new building (mordern architecture, up-to-date materials and furniture), good service and parking underground - what else you need to stay at the corner of Konigsallee?

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The registration staff were cold and unfriendly. The room was too small for a king-sized bed.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Motel One Brussels. The atmosphere at the hotel is warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, outgoing and hospitable. I will look for other motel one locations for our future plans. The bartender Renato is someone we I’ll always remember from our trip to Europe.
Poor bedding, no actual cups or glasses. Had to sleep under towels as bedding was so poor! Would have liked a coffee machine, but price was very good, and not an unpleasant hotel. Doesn’t compare to your German establishments (Hamburg).
Good placement of the hotel. The room was not ready despite the fact that I called twice to inform our arrival time and it was confirmed. Stairs on the way of the room- I explained before that is a problem and I would like kindly a room accessible with a lift.

I stayed at Motel One for nearly 2 weeks, extending each day as I never knew how long I needed to stay in Newcastle. It is a great find and I have recommended to colleagues, one of which also booked next week. Great central location, lovely comfortable beds, breakfast is delicious + healthy but most of all the staff are great. Sorry I can't mention them by name but particularly Jostin in reception was very helpfu; when I struggled with your website when booking. Also, the other reception staff, the 2 Spanish staff working the breakfast buffet plus the lovely bar tenders, Francesco and his colleague.. I am sometimes in Munich and shall be sure to use this hotel group there too :)

It was great and the best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris also the room was cleaned every day which was really nice also
The hotel has a very good strategic location; the Old Town (e.g., Powder Tower and Charles Bridge) can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Parking in the underground garage is expensive but available, and pre-booking a parking space with your license plate number is highly recommended. You receive a QR code that opens the gate for entry and exit. The breakfast buffet selection is also very good, but at €20, it's also expensive. However, there aren't enough tables available in the breakfast area. When it's busy at breakfast time, you have to sit at lounge tables, which isn't very comfortable!
I stayed for two nights with my six-year-old son. He was very pleased to have a good view (including a fire station, which caused no noise during our stay) and enough space to play. The room was clean, and the decor was modern and beautiful. We felt cosy and got a good night's sleep in the very comfy bed. The location is ideal for exploring Hamburg's harbour; I would always opt for this purpose. In general, I was rather satisfied with the selection at breakfast and as my son was only 6, he could eat for free. However, I would have appreciated at least one vegan pastry instead of none. There are great options out there these days (even Starbucks has vegan croissants and pain au chocolat) and it would have been great, if there could have been one vegan danish. Great selection of vegan milks (oat, almond, soy). Vegan cream cheese and fresh peppers would have put the breakfast over the top.
TV in room did not work
Noisy staff at evening, atmosphere is more street festival than a hotel bar. Room was nice but the smallest in on the floor (14.21) due to some shaft, not ideal for two persons, one members.
I have stayed in many Motel One properties I have also stayed at Cloud One in NYC I have always been very happy with my Motel One Experience this time it was just OK. I was disappointed there was not a safe in the room

Loved the location. Located a small block from a neighborhood park which was surrounded by eateries and shops. Known as the start of fashion row and 4 blocks from the main city center square you would find it it hard to beat. Price was great private parking 2 blocks away. Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Nice hotel, nice room, a bit to much noise with window out to the streets. Not possible to have window open at night because of to much noise. Would have been better with a room on another place at the hotel.

We had a small, but perfectly adequate room with a large bed. Very clean and quiet. The price for the room, as well as for parking was very reasonable. Very good connection into the city center but the neighborhood near the hotel was also very nice. We would come again.
Good location and decor was nice however beds including mattress and pillows too soft therefore difficult to sleep due to being uncomfortable. No chair in room and as bed uncomfortable meant no space to sit comfortably in bedroom. No usb outlets. General lack of surface space to put things such as toiletries in both bathroom and bedroom. Overall not up to the usual quality of motel one ( I have previously stayed in Brussels,Amsterdam, Barcelona and both Edinburgh motel ones ). The thing that would have made a difference would be better mattress and pillows
We stayed 2 nights the first night was absolutely awful the room we were in was so noisy one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in we got no sleep and literally made us so tired the next day I did tell reception and got our room moved to a much better room with no noise and got given a bottle of water for the inconvenience?? Not very good at all really as we were only in Manchester 2 nights and could not do the things we wanted to the second day as being so tired
