Motel One Innsbruck was a great stay for our trip as a couple—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The room felt cozy and modern, and we had a really relaxing stay overall. Breakfast was nice with good quality options, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the service feel smooth and welcoming throughout.
The room was too hot, and the air condition did not seem to do any difference. So we didn't sleep well during the stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice overall, but when we asked for a mailbox they did not try to find one, just replaid that there is probobly one at Plaza Espana.
The stay would have been perfect, wasn’t it that I found the breakfast experience disappointing and chaotic. It was hard to find a free table, and the cleaning of tables was slow; seating capacity and attention could be better.
We love the hotel and we are blown away by the friendly staff, especially in the bars. Top service. We would have loved if we had the opportunity to make coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast is okay, but we would have likes sausages, bacon and ketchup to the eggs. And the chairs in the breakfast area is not very comfortable.
always great to return to Motel One Brussels, the large room with a terrace was something special, the breakfast was very good. though it was very crowded...very friendly staff, even for special requests

The hotel is very new, modern, good atmosphere and location, beds are comfortable, but the room heating was a problem that no one helped me fixing (asked for help at the reception). It was an unpleasant experience with a super hot room (impossible to reduce temperature) or zero ventilation since we needed to turn it off in order not to be in a sauna. I've been in many other units of Motel One group and keep choosing them when possible, but unfortunately this time wasn't the best one.
Stayed on easter weekend and had a really nice time. Very helpfull and friendly staff, good location and a clean and comfortable room. What more do you need.
Well situated hotel. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were just right, not very luxurious but comfortable and very clean and quiet.
The staff at the hotel were excellent and extremely helpful. I had booked for a number of travellers originally coming from Australia to Berlin on QATAR. Flight cancellations and rebookings also made our accommodation arrangements a little complex and staff were excellent at facilitating a comfortable stay and negotiating these changes.
Rooms are very very noisy. You can hear almost everything from the street and the rooms next door. So hardly recommendable. Everything else was okay and in line with known Motel One standards.

Your customer since 2014, except during the coronavirus period, I spend about 5 days twice a year to relax. This time, I was assigned a room on the first floor, more suitable for business purposes, including cleaning schedules. I booked for other days and, while staying in the same room, I arranged it for the May stay, with more experienced front office staff
Pleasant staff who helped sort out mix up over booking. Good room and moved us to an even better one in anticipation of building noise. Plenty of room for cases One thing needed. Washing facilities for those of us who travel a long way and not just for weekends.

The hotel was lovely. Classy, great entrance and I liked my experience. Easy to get to rooms from lift too. However, room was not cleaned properly. Toilet seat was dirty, as was the shower and bathroom area. The cleaning would be the area of improvement, especially in the bathroom

Very pleasant reception desk staff
It was functional and convenient but there need to be some improvements in terms of service and environment. 1. no free water on arrival as promised by the brand, 2. my phone didn't double up as a room key, 3. The room was boiling and no ventilation, A/C didn't work - my colleagues said the same. 4. My towel smelled of curry!
Quick and friendly check in. We asked for an iron and was given one and a board at reception. The room was lovely. Ample size for two people. It was really clean and well presented. There was no water in the room and it was too warm. Unfortunately there were road works outside in the street so was unable to open the window for long as the work noise was so loud. Also only one chair in the room. We changed the thermostat but it didn’t make any difference. The location was perfect for us visiting the Hydro.
Great price service and cleanliness
A friendly welcome. Comfortable bed , clean . Enjoyed the breakfast which cost extra. A good varied choice of continental breakfast . A few other pastries would have been nice but that’s personal preference. Would definitely recommend & stay again as it’s a great central base with parking right next door at Q park & main hub tram/train station just over the tuas
Overall a positive and enjoyable stay. We encountered a few issues on arrival but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV in our room would constantly lose signal which was frustrating. The staff helped us twice to make it work, but the TVs could do with an upgrade to avoid this happening. The room we had was quite small and would stay at an uncomfortably hot temperature, even with the ac turned down the lowest. The staff helped us with this by providing a fan which was appreciated. There were no water glasses provided in the room so we had to ask at the bar for some. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and the staff were always happy to help with any issues, but it would have been a nice gesture to have a drinks discount or some gesture to apologise for the minor inconveniences.
A clean, smart, friendly, comfortable, economic overnight in central Glasgow for a disabled person is what we wanted and that is what we got. A slick operation with no unneccessary frills. When I go to Glasgow again this will be my first choice.
Clean modern and great location
We’ve stayed at this location multiple times. It’s a great location, staff is always friendly and the rate is very reasonable. It’s always clean, comfortable and well presented. The bar area is lovely and always a good vibe. We have friends who come to Manchester all the time too and they now book this hotel each stay.

We barely slept because the temperature control wasn't functional. We were told it’s because of the time of year. The room was so hot so we opened the windows, but then it was very noisy with ambulances all night.
Very hot in the room didn’t sleep and was told the heating system only allows temperature according to the outside temperature, it was 8 degrees outside
Staff were brilliant and the room was very clean and quite comfortable. The shower was very good and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was limited but what was there was very nice. However I found the room quite hot an the thermostat didn't seem to have any effect so had to have the window open most of the time and for some reason I had two single duvets rather than one double which was not very good for sleeping.
Removing the endless city construction, I had a wonderful stay. The room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again!
Excellent location and great value for money. Staff were very friendly. I’m not sure about the “don’t clean the room” option card for the door as towels don’t need to be changed if remaining hung up and bed doesn’t get changed often.
The place was not very clean. it was a bed to sleep in but nothing worth the money spent. The best part was being close to HBF station.

very nice hotel, good breakfast that could be improved with a wider choich of natural/healthy products. I did not like the corridor carpet they installed during my week stay, it was too a chemical kind and smelly.
Location great and staff very helpful
The lobby of the hotel is nicely designed & very spacious. Although I did not arrange breakfast, from what I could see it looked extensive & good quality. Check in was swift and efficient. Unfortunately this is where the good points end for me. I had high hopes for the room after seeing the lobby. On entering my room it resembled that of something from prisoner cell block H. Small, bland, with virtually no furniture to speak of. Carpets were dark, lighting poor & the view from the window resembled something from post war Russia, charming it was not! The bathroom by contrast looked reasonable and modern, but nothing special. In my opinion this hotel did not offer value for money due to this fact. For only £12 more Newcastle offers very significantly better accommodation in close proximity. I'm pretty well travelled & stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, so know the difference between good & bad I think. I shall not be returning to this particular hotel. The rooms really need to be upgraded to match the ambiance of the lobby. This then, could be considered good value in my books.
Great hotel, excellent value. Nicely refurbished, excellent bar area, super friendly staff. Delicious continental breakfast. Only complaint is lack of air con as room was very hot - and it’s only April and not particularly warm weather. Would not stay in summer here for that reason but otherwise a great hotel. Best hotel wifi I’ve ever had!

Great experience overall, clean hotel, friendly staff and great location for exploring Rotterdam, only small gripe was no kettle in the room, for us tea drinkers this was the only negative of the whole stay, otherwise excellent and would stay again.
