All perfect! Nothing to complain about. I congratulate all the workers who served us, especially those who managed breakfast so well and cleaned the buffet area (Claudia and her colleagues).
Staff was great. Food was good. Room was spacious overall. TV was super slow and I couldnt link it to my mobile device. Air in the room didnt work too. Bathroom was great.

Lovely, clean hotel in very close proximity to the station. Staff have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a lovely gentleman receptionist allowed us an early check in as there was a room available. I forgot to ask his name. The bar is lovely however a suggestion from us would be to provide a few higher seats as the chairs are quite low. A kettle would also be great in the room however we were aware before we came that there wouldn’t be one. Would definitely return to this hotel and would fully recommend. Thank you.

The only point where I can see room for improvement is about the breakfast. A lot of people were at the same timeslot for breakfast and it was hard sometime to find a spot to sit. Having specifc timeslot for which the people/rooms need to apply could be very good to control the flow of people and tom ensure a smooth experience for the breakfast. For the room itslef, having 2 bottles of water for the first day could be a good gesture, coffee or tea as well (only a few capsule not for the whole stay)
The location was Excellent for downtown manhattan , and on first impression the hotel and the rooms looked great until the air con kicked in ! It was so loud you couldn’t sleep , they were very cheap units as air con standards go ! The lifts , like many of the reviews were broken down we had to wait 30 minutes to get the lift when checking out with four suitcases ! Again corners wrre cut ! You could tell it was a very budget hotel as they didn’t provide water bottles or ice ! Very unusual for an American hotel ! Especially downtown in the financial district ! Again the decor you couldn’t fault but you can tell that they cut big corners in important factors such as air con and the lifts and just the basic things like bottled water and ice etc . It was no good complaining to the front desk as they are all obviously trained to say nothing ! Would we stay again ? No ! Definitely not ! Their customer service was zero !

Room was a little noisy, you could hear people walking in the corridor. But it was a great stay anyway.
location was good, but the room does not worth almost 250 euro per night , at most 100 or 150 Euro per night, it did not have cupboard, slipper, garbage bin, not any place for your luggages, not big

Overall the we were happy with the hotel. Pros: location, clean, new, friendly, fresh bread! Cons: Breakfast felt chaotic. Someone checking in and seating diners would help. Low chairs with no armrests in the public areas makes it difficult to sit and rise, particularly for the elderly or infirm Bathroom was small.
Perfect location close to the train station and all places to see, eat and drink. Would highly recommend.
Comfortable but basic. No net curtain at the window, and no power socket near the desk. When I checked in late on Monday night I was told my stay included breakfast, and my room number was on the breakfast list on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday it was not on the list. The person on reception said my booking did not include breakfast. When I explained that I was told at check-in that it did, and that I had been on the breakfast list for the previous two days, she made it clear she didn't really want to bother finding out what had gone wrong. It seems my booking did not include breakfast although my company had asked for it to be included. Mistakes happen but why was I at first told my booking did include breakfast, and my room number was on the breakfast list for the first two days? Clearly there has been an error in your systems or processes but the reception staff were not interested in finding out what had gone wrong.
Excellent hotel. Staff was super friendly and kind, the room was clean and spatious, the location of the hotel is perfect and it's very easy to go around Bruxelles from it.

- Room: enough space but had a very bad smell and no windows. - Room with a view: The view from the second floor was nothing special. Not worth it.
1.no/missing shower jel in the room 2. a small bottle of complimentary still water will be handy especially for first time visitors to the city 3. please add scramble egg in the breakfast menu

Room was very quiet. For our business trip it was good location. As for the breakfast I missed eggs and sausages, but otherwise it was good.
Clean and well insulated from noise. I would appreciate it if even less plastic for shampoo and body gel could be used.

Comfy hotel
I like your concept, rather simple, but efficient and guests get everything what they need. The only thing I was missing was international news on tv. Maybe I just did not know how to operate the room tv.

Th location is perfect, just steps away from Bonn Hbf. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help. The room was neat and clean. The amenities are least minimum (no fridge, no coffee maker for example) but okay. The bathroom incl. shower booth was tiny but functioning. Housekeeping was done everyday (which is not necessary normal these days). Overall my experience there was more than expected for the price I payed, which was quite reasonable. Thank you.
I would very much appreciate a kind of leaflet in every room containing instructions about how to use the air conditioning and how to switch the Artemide lamps next to the beds on and off. At the motel one in Prague, I had to turn to AI for help, or else I wouldn’t have been able to find the switch on my bedside lamp. Functionality should trump design, and not the other way around. If you think otherwise, please leave a leaflet for your guests. Nobody feels like getting dressed again at 1 AM, riding the escalator down to the first floor and ask the staff for help,
I come to Glasgow to catch up with friends & family twice each year since moving away 5 years ago. The staff are always friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean & tidy. The beds are very comfortable when you're staying 3-4 nights each time. Friends have stayed on my recommendation & feel the same. I love getting my 10% discount for being a regular member & it's right next to Glasgow Central Station. Love the place xx

I have stayed at several Motel Ones and this one was the worst, unfortunately. It was an OK hotel, but I expected more from my previous Motel One experiences. The bar was not situated well and the room was very plain. The room was big, but the furniture and decorations did not make it comfortable or interesting. Also the breakfast was not as good as at other Motel Ones: no warm food at all.
We had a one night stay on the 27th March.2026. From the staff on entering who made us feel welcome. Checkin very quick and efficient. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfy. Been here last year and loved this hotel. Would definitely recommend. Very good location. Near train and bus station. Will use this hotel and recommend to friends and family.

The place is neglected and is slowly falling apart. There are loose floorboards under the carpets, loose light fittings, and the same applies to the showers. It’s somehow holding together, but it isn’t what you would expect. The staff was friendly, but not particularly hospitality-oriented.

The hotel is in a great situation to access Edinburgh. The lounge and bar area were very comfortable and the staff were professional and friendly.
