Front Office & Reservation

Telephone, email or in person at the reception desk: as a front office employee or in the reservations department, you are the first contact our guests have with Motel One. You assist with bookings, check in guests and act as a go-to for questions and requests. We can teach you how to use our booking system; it is much more important that you are able to communicate well and have a hospitality-oriented mindset. You should also be capable of being meticulous particularly when recording reservations, and shouldn’t be afraid of numbers.

As a Sales Manager, you promote Motel One regionally and act as the direct contact for companies on site. Whether you visit your customers in their offices, show them Motel One on site or invite them to customer events: sales skills, negotiation skills in English and the local language as well as excellent interpersonal skills are essential! You should be well-organised and enjoy working with numbers as much as with people.
