Whilst the room was an adequate size, the bed comfortable and check in was smooth and friendly. That’s where the positives end. The shower temperature was not consistent and only having plastic cups was poor. The biggest disappointment was no fridge in the room! The room was ‘cleaned’ but obvious was done with little care or attention to detail.
Everything was fantastic! Food and coffee were delicious, room and bathroom were perfect for my needs, and I loved being next to Jakominiplatz to get anywhere. Any staff I talked to had answers for all of my questions.
Lovely staff, fine rooms, deli was great
Overall, the impression is positive. More specifically: the location is excellent, the staff is very pleasant, and although the room is small, it is cozy. The bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the summer is a lifesaver. On the downside: I was surprised by the lack of a telephone, and the Wi-Fi was very unstable and slow. I would also like to have a kettle in the room.

Generally I like the Hotel . Rooms are modern , bed is comfortable and the big windows are great . I wish the paper cups in the bathroom would be changed to glass or something else.
Great location, very nice staff both in the reception and the bar. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - fresh and very tasty. Nice, comfortable, clean room. Air condition would have been fantastic since the fan in the sieling wasn't enough to cool the room down in the middle of July. Over all, we were very satisfied with this hotel and we will definitely return there when we visit Copenhagen the next time. ❤️

For the past five years, your hotel has been my number one choice whenever I stay in Basel. The location is simply perfect, and everything about the hotel consistently exceeds my expectations—from the comfortable, clean rooms to the welcoming lobby and overall atmosphere. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone is warm, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Nicole and Mr. Tamer at the reception, as well as Mr. Mohamed and David at the bar, for always making my stay enjoyable. A very special thank you to Mr. Tamer for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. He is always happy to provide any information I need about the city, and his excellent service makes every visit even more pleasant. This time, I have been staying at the hotel since 1 July, and today is 18 July—I haven’t even checked out yet! Staying here truly feels like being at home, and that’s why I keep coming back year after year.
Very pleasant & comfortable accommodation. Reception .& bar staff very welcoming & friendly. Super comfortable bed. Pillows could do with an upgrade . Overall really enjoyed our stay.

The reception staff are so helpful and are a credit to this hotel. The place is spotless, the garden area is so relaxing. Breakfast is also good. Only disappointed with no tea coffee facilities in the room. I would still book here again though. Also excellent restaurant just across the road. Floyds. Food incredible.
As usual the stay was excellent. Feedback for improvement is that the desk was unmanned in the morning at 0800. This meant a queue forming and staff just milling around. I had to ask twice for someone to go and find a member of staff to sort things out. Other than that my stay met my expectations.
great position for my stay, i would suggest to provide at least a bottle of water in the room.

Whenever we come to Berlin, almost every year, we like to stay at Motel One Hauptbahnhof. Good access, as we travel with a wheelchair. For us it's home away from home!
Room was small but had everything you need! Check in was smooth and professional. Stuff is super friendly and always there to help you. Cocktails at the bar were incredible! Also would like to admit the cleaning, room and lobby area were nice all the time! Definitely recommend it)

Ideally situated opposite the Royal Exchange theatre and close to Marks& Spencer’s. Clean, functional room with good quality bedding and bathroom
overall good, especially the lobby and the bar had very nice decor but there were many small annoyances in the room itself: - bathroom door opens the wrong way - opening into a wall instead of the room - mirror not heated - fogged after showering - shower head leaked - 3 lamps in the room that are not controllable from bedside switches - need to turn them off individually - very poor cellular reception - low quality shampoo - similar to washing my hair with soap At the same time the price wasnt that good
We stayed for four nights during which we met up with family members (totaling 14 adults and a baby). The entire staff could not have been friendlier, more helpful and accommodating. This made our stay an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to all !!
Overall good stay. I had better and I had worse. Slogthly above average maybe, given price. I expected at least something warmed up for breakfest. Eggs or anything cooked would be good offer.

After a long four hour trip from the west coast of Argyll being met at reception by friendly helpful staff was a breath of fresh air. The hotel is very well situated in Glasgow city centre for access to restaurants, shops and travel hubs all within easy walking distance. The house team presented a high standard of cleanliness throughout and after a long day the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Glasgow.
Great location, clean and quiet. It would be great to find a bottle of water in the room. One of the last things you want to do upon arrival is running fown to the bar and have a drink…
I liked everything about my stay and everything went really smoothly. The only thing I didn't like a lot were the blankets which seemed to be too thin and cheap for my taste, but I absolutely loved the pillows.
On the day of the checkout, I forgot my charger in the room, stored my luggage, went away, and returned around 3. I suppose that the room was cleaned and the charger was found when I went back for my luggage. The service would be truly exceptional if the staff noticed the charger, found out that I was still around, and returned the charger. It's not something I would expect to happen, and it's my fault, but doing that would be mindblowing service. Also, for breakfast, there were no eggs or sausages. This was a mild disappointment.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great location, good rooms, comfortable beds and lovely staff. 2 small areas for improvement; no bedside table or shelf on one side of bed and no plug in the bathroom sink. Otherwise you would get 10/10!

Everything was fine and as expected apart from a really bad drain smell in the bathroom (room 10-25). At first I thought maybe it was just a temporary “kick back” fume but it was constant. Was going to mention when I left but there was a queue at reception and I had to leave to get a train. Staff are lovely and room very nice otherwise.

Hotel was as expected… the checkin process was painful - long queue- 2 people on the check in desk and didn’t have a rush in them… a lot of customers (10+) where frustrated… Also no one on the bar either.. either very short staffed or the staff not organised
After a long journey from Spain being met by helpful friendly staff on arrival set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The hotel and room were excellent. Clean and comfortable. No noise issues. A disappointment that there were no tea/coffee-making facilities, but this seems to be the case outside of the uk sometimes.
Very clean and efficient service- they even accommodated my earlier check-in request. Excellent location!
I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Motel One Vienna. I booked two rooms of the “One” category specifically so that we could have rooms of the same size. However, upon arrival, I received one smaller room and one standard double room, which was not what I had booked. Additionally, the complimentary bottle of water that was supposed to be provided was never delivered. This is not the first time that I have experienced the rooms being allocated differently from the original reservation. Since I was only staying for one night, I did not have the time or energy to go down to reception and request a room change according to my booking. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my impression of your service. In the future, I will reconsider staying at your hotel chain again.
Had a great stay one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at your housekeeping team are fantastic. Wonderful reception staff, warm and friendly. Well situated for all Manchester has to offer.
I found the Front Desk staff to be friendly and professional, even whenj they were slammed when two large groups (including ours) arrived within minutes of each other. The room fit our needs perfectly, though the cost to buy breakfast separately (appr 20€) is ridiculously expensive.
It is super close to Wien Hauptbahnhof and located in a nice district. The receptionist was kind, quick and welcoming (we arrived at midnight). The room was clean and functional. (we just stayed one night/it would be nice to have slippers in the room) (the only strange and not-cool thing was being woken up early in the morning by a lady who looked like a hotel personnel wearing a blue name tag/badge and carrying sth like a clipboard who persistently knocked the door and when i opened it all sleepy and confounded she just said sth in German, laughed and left) The breakfast was extensive and everything was so delicious. We left our luggages after checkout and retrieved them easily. It was a very pleasant stay and i would choose to stay at motel one in the future as well.
Very inconvenient that there is no conditioner available in the room or when I called to the front desk to ask for they don’t have any to offer

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, bed large and comfortable, bathroom very good, shower etc. Very little storage space in the room, tv very poor, kept cutting out on all channels in spite of a requested visit from maintenance.
Wonderful staff! Perfect location. A very good breakfast. My only issue was that our bathroom was very small.
