We, 2 senior couples, came with much luggage. No help was offered. NO luggage carts were available. NO coffee in the rooms. To get a morning coffee was Euro 6.00 for a small cup. We found this 'gauging'. For the room price we think a morning cup of coffee/tea should be provided free of charge.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. I will return the next time I am in Copenhagen.

Very comfy bed, quiet room and a normal hairdryer. Great hotel bar as well, staff is great and negronis even better.

The overall experience could have easily been an 8/10, but unfortunately the behavior of the female receptionist working the night shift brought it down to a 1/10. I travel extensively for work and stay in hotels all over the world, and I have honestly never experienced this level of rudeness and disrespect from someone working at a front desk. I had an issue with my room key, which can obviously happen. I politely asked for assistance, and another gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and professional. He helped resolve the problem and even apologized to me for his colleague’s behavior. Unfortunately, the female receptionist was incredibly rude from the beginning. She spoke to me with completely inappropriate familiarity, insulted me, told me to “fuck off,” and insisted that she would not speak to me unless I said “please” and “thank you,” even though I had already asked politely for help. When I tried to explain the situation and speak with her calmly, she simply waved her hands at me as if telling me to shut up. It was honestly embarrassing to witness this kind of behavior from someone working at a hotel reception. What made it even worse was that I noticed her treating other guests in a similarly disrespectful manner. We are actually exploring hotels in this area for our company, as our teams travel to New York regularly. After this experience, I genuinely cannot understand how I could recommend this hotel to colleagues and business travelers if guests can be treated this way at the front desk. It is a real shame, because the other staff members I encountered were kind, professional and helpful. One person’s behavior, however, completely ruined what could have been a very positive experience. Management should seriously address this situation. Front desk staff are the face of a hotel, and this level of disrespect toward paying guests is simply unacceptable.

Had a very nice and pleasant stay in your hotel. the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was very goof. I also liked the bar and possibility to have a drink at the hotel.

Service excellent, room good but bathroom mouldy

Amazing place to stay, wonderful service, clean room with all the facilities, cozy lounge bar on the ground floor. There is RAI conference center nearby and metro station. And even free taxi offered to bring you from airport!

The hotel is located centrally with walking distance to major attractions and many nearby cafe and restaurants. The bathroom performs very poorly with low water pressure and non-existent amenities. The room’s ACs is not most user-friendly, leading to either too cold or hot rooms (it’s fan runs even when it is switched off). The breakfast lacks variety and more Spanish flavour - no omelette or hot meals makes it skippable. The staff is friendly albeit requesting additional amenities requires some negotiation.

My room was surprisingly cold, and the thermostat did not seem to affect it. I needed BOTH comforters on my bed each night. My health is excellent, so I am not sure why the room was so cold. On another matter, I had to depart at 6:15 on Saturday for an early flight to the Warsaw airport. On Friday, a helpful reception worker named Julian helped me with the reservation. Both at check-in, and when I arranged the taxi on Friday, reception staff told me I could get food early on Saturday for a small breakfast around 6:00. When I came with my luggage yesterday morning, a food service worker preparing breakfast only allowed me a cup of coffee, despite all the food that was already out and available, saying "Breakfast started at 6:30." A sweet roll or croissant would have been kind, appreciated, and helpful, given the upcoming international travel I would have, but was not allowed. But I already had paid for breakfast...

On the TV in my room, I could only watch a limited number of channels. Many channels simply didn’t work, including VTM, VRT, NPO, and others. When I mentioned this at reception, they simply told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms feel a bit outdated without any USB chargers and a very old tv. The street is noisy, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very good too

We like almost everything except When you pay with your card in the bar, you get the "bargeld" 5 10 etc and ńo tips. Thats not so nice. If you pay cash, you don't get that question from the person behind the bar when you buy a beer. Skip the water bottle for Motelonemembers. One liter to keep cold in the room without refrigerator, not Everything else very good

Personally, the amount I paid, I felt everything was too small at the hotel. The facilities (no kettle or even water in the room), the breakfast options, the seating spaces. I wouldn't stay again for a similar price.

Good hotel in city centre, located on a quiet street, renovated old building. Room was adequate and clean, bed was on a softer side. Bathroom was rather small, shower not well designed: limescale build up - both on skim coat and on glass, shower door not sealed - water leaking out. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good, but just basic choice of food.

Excellent stay! The room, staff, breakfast, and 6th-floor lounge were all outstanding. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning to this property and trying other affiliate locations.

Top service all round

Actually we were disappointed with the hotel. We chose it for our travel time in Hamburg due to the proximity to the train station and because it advertised an airport shuttle for our departure which was apparently false. The room was small and the bathroom tiny. We paid big money for basically a bed and a bathroom. There were no extra amenities like a fridge or coffee pot, not that there would have been room for those. The room was clean and made up daily and the bar area with the patio was pleasant.

I missed a chair and a small desk or table in my room.

Only complaint is the TV situation. I got google cast and I couldn’t get it to hook up to the Chrome cast. Minor issue. Extremely comfortable bed. Clean. I would stay there again easily

Room was clean and comfortable with toilet equipped for handicapped guest. Thank you wadie for helping me register and making the booking on short notice even at almost midnight. You really saved me by answer the call otherwise I have to sleep on the street!

Lovely comfortable hotel, good breakfast and brilliant and helpful staff. Just fell short on a few things to stop being perfect. When we got to our room after check in there was a dirty bath mat in the shower which had been left, this was removed the next day and the bed linen wasn't changed daily. Could do with a mirror for make up for people wearing glasses and more space for putting cosmetics in the bathroom. I loved the art on the boiled eggs in the morning for breakfast - that was a lovely touch

Hotel is nice, but there was not working ceiling light in the bathroom. In the room was very cold and it was not possible to heat it so I was freezing the whole stay, it was like 15 degrees jn the room. Also on bed was dirty mark.

Good morning, The service is excellent, just a quick note regarding the fact that I asked for the invoice and you told that it was not possible because the reservation was made by another company, but I did the payment. I hope next time it will be possible to have the invoice for the payment.

Loved staying at The Cloud One. Rooms were clean and nice, staff was very friendly and spoke good English, and the facilities were excellent. Only downside was my bathroom could have used for light around the mirror, but that’s a minor concern for me.

Wifi didn't work well in the room. Front desk was not helpful basically saying "it should work". Lighting in the main room was really low given only one overhead light. Even with the window open. Air Conditioner made annoying sound as it clicked on and off.

Good location Close to transit and easy walk to old town

Rooms are spacious and clean, and staff are so helpful and friendly.

It is very close to the railway which is unfortunate. The lounge-chairs in the breakfast area are not necessary; traditional chairs (which are a bit higher!) would be preferable.

We had two rooms booked, location and facilities excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Salzburg. Would like the option of twin beds across the Motel One chain.

The hotel is very centrally located, has modern furnishings, is very clean, and offers great service.

The air conditioning in my room made a loud noise at night when I was trying to sleep. It was constant. I requested for it to be fixed, but the issue continued. It was so loud that it could be heard in the hallway. I was super disappointed by this, and I will not be recommending this hotel to others.

on my second morning, there was no warm water in the shower. When I brought this up during checkout, I was only told that they would look into it. no compensation offered.

Dry friendly staff. Very helpful with what ever we need.

I wanted to check in at 2pm, knowing that it is only at 3pm but I had business meetings to attend. the receptionist told me there is no room available. while I was waiting for my room, at least 5 other people got a room while she saw me waiting next to the reception. when I went to another receptionist 15 minutes later, she gave me a room right away. the second receptionist was very nice.

Nicely decorated. Clean. Very expensive for what you get. Very small rooms with little to no space for luggage or clothes.

Loud noise in the courtyard at night, staff working, cleaning, logistics... from 4am onwards.

Easy access to Innsbruck main train station. The staff were very friendly. We arrived very early and were able to store our bags until check in at 3pm. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a kettle. The rooftop bar and bar staff are nice. We had a coffee up there and it was a nice coffee and reasonable price. The room was nice and quiet too. We don't eat breakfast so can't comment on this. Would recommend staying here especially if you are arriving/leaving by train.

Disappointed by the hotel compared to the pics online. Pretty dirty too room too. Not worth the price at all.

The breakfast is poor. There should be hot food alternatives and fresh fruit. Also more veggie alternatives. When I stayed at your hotel last year, every day the cleaning ladies stole something so since then I always tell the reception that I don't want cleaning, but I should not have to fear the cleaning ladies. It would also be good to have a water cooker and a tea cup in the room.
