Super Lage
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to subway, restaurants, & shopping. Clean & updated with a great little restaurant.

Comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have tea facilities in the room but it was fine for a short stay. The hotel bar is very nice.

The hotel was in a good location and convenient for public transport. It also had a good variety for breakfast. However I would not recommend this hotel for any family travelling with 2 (or more) kids. We reserved one room for 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given a very small single bed for the kids to share. The room was very tiny with no room for our luggage. I wish they would have told us the room set up before booking so that we could have booked elsewhere.
We normally have a quiet room everytime we stay but had a very noisy one on front of hotel and through night we could swear w3 heard a yapping dog are dogs allowed. Young reception people were oblivious to my question
Everything was great, there is nothing to complain about.
I had a very pleasant two-night stay. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The room was compact, but for a short city break it was perfectly adequate and well designed. The location is excellent, right beside Central Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre, shops, restaurants and attractions. It made getting around incredibly convenient, especially with the station so close by. Overall, a comfortable, clean and well-located hotel, with friendly service and everything I needed for a two-night stay. I'd happily stay again.
Excellent hotel, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and very very beautiful.
Great room and friendly staff , had a problem with a leaky sink but was all taken care of with no fuss only helpfulness. great view from the room , it was a WOW factor , only thing I would change would be the beer choice in the bar , Trumer is not brilliant , so many better beers out there.... but that is the only thing, great location , friendly staff , especially the young Irish lady , but to be fair they were all helpful and friendly.

Great stuff again from Motel one!! My favourite hotel in Dublin! Central,convenient and always a lively atmosphere.. Always look forward to staying here.. class Great staff,great hotel.I just would not go anywhere else!!
Some tea bags other than black tea would have been nice.
This was a great location, nice modern rooms and the 6th floor lounge was very comfortable. No ice machine from what we saw. A water station is needed for filling bottles.
Room and bathroom are a bit small - but everything else is very good to excellent - especially staff
The room was practical, clean, great bed and shower as usual at motel one. Location top, staff extremely helpful and friendly especially with kids. Lucia at breakfast was a source of good mood and friendliness. Misunderstanding at the reception regarding the cost for breakfast for a four year old, was solved in the second day. It is a bit weird as it says on the website (and is the case at all motel one I have stayed at so far) to sehr an email when travelling with a child, but was told then that I could book online and just leave a comment regarding travelling with my child. Not a big deal and all worked well, but just to mention.

Location is perfect, stuff are so friendly I can't describe, rooms are clean. For me definitely place to stay for my next Basel visit. 10/10 in every possible way.
I wish there had been a wash cloth available. And.... I think there should be a discount for those of us who chose the green option of no cleaning for the stay.. but the room was clean and pleasant and the lighting was very good. Screens on the windows would be nice to avoid sharing the room with mosquitos.
too noisy, outside huge ventilators on the ground make noise all the time up to the 10th floor. too expensive for just sleeping - with open windows not possible.
Good morning, The welcome, helpfulness, and facilities were excellent, just like the other Motel Ones I've stayed at (Prague, Barcelona). However, I must point out that the shower didn't live up to expectations and the price. There were signs of mold around the shower tray, and itself was a bit worn (room 407). Regards.
Your staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's situation was very convenient for our tourist travel purposes. I cannot assess the lounge or bar because we did not make use of them. A small fridge and a kettle would be useful additions to the room.
Fine, but not excellent or outstanding. The individual size blanket is the worst. You are charging 100+ for a room and provide a super small blanket. There was a small cockroach in my room that I spotted at the end of my stay. The staff doesn't have any adapter for electricity to borrow -I solved this myself, but in a touristic city with parties, etc one can easily loose a power bank or forget an adapter, many similar hotels in similar cities have at least a selling machine. Good sound isolation, and good cleaning service.
all is perfect
- Booking was incorrect, we had to remind reception desk that we had paid for larger rooms. - Bed mattress was sloped and uneven - Check-in only worked for 1 of 2 rooms booked, had to remind reception to confirm second room. - Shower pipes made a loud, high-pitched whining sound each time I used it. - Room still water bottle not replaced as a courtesy, asked to buy from expensive lobby bar. This was not comparable to other brands of hotel at a similar level. - Wi-Fi dropped frequently, dreadful signal.
Breakfast room very crowded and no place to sit No water at the room - had to buy one bottle for 6€ Construction work in front of window which started at 6.30 in the morning
Everything was good as normal. However the TV in my room was not working when tried it for the first time on Saturday night when I got bs k to the room at around 11. I did not want to call anyone at that time, so I md ruined it as I was checking out
Quick check in. clean, functional room yet very small for 2 adults. Hotel is very good decorative order / shape.

Really nice hotel in a central location. Clean comfortable rooms, staff were really nice. Could not fault it. We will return again in the future.
it was a nice room and the staff were great at helping out when i needed them, i always book room with breakfast for each of my stays, and i was told that i had not, i would not have picked a stay at any motel one without choosing breakfast, so i was unhappy with that.
At 1.15am someone unlocked our door and switched on the light. We awoke and sat up as the light went on and a small dark haired woman said sorry and left. The door had been shut and latched so we do not understand how anyone could have unlocked it unless they had a master key. We spoke to a Receptionist the next morning. She was understanding and apologetic.

Value for money, clean, well located.
Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The receptionist who handled our check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I apologize for not remembering her name. Look forward to coming back.
I stayed on the 7th floor and there were a couple in the room between myself and a work colleague. Lets just say with the all the arguing, shouting most of the night and lets just say we both didn't gt much sleep as I imagine the rest of the floor. I think security should have removed them from the hotel as the arguing was still ongoing in the morning. I didn't feel safe in the room/hotel and would not be returing again. Great hotel. Good service. Excellent location. The hotel bar was well stocked except for beers (nothing on tap) and wines, but decent prices. We are not big fans of super low armchairs and sofas.
Customer service was always easy and friendly, quick and helpful. Wheelchair access was excellent
A beautiful hotel with perfect location and an amazing view, very clean and modern. I stayed a lot in Innsbruck and first time to stay there and one of my best experiences.
excellent location, friendly staff. When lucky, you have underground parking available on location. Top floor rooms have view, but obstructed by the ventilation installation on the roof... not really worth it, except on the back side of the hotel (so you don't look onto the roof)
Very comfortable stay. We got room quickly on arrival and were also given the extended checkout time as a member.
