We had a wonderful one stay for Take That concert Our room wasn’t ready the staff kept our bags. Check in was smooth friendly reception staff in checking out and in was a good experience during a busy time. The hotel was lovely and clean in the communal areas and in the rooms. spacious bedrooms comfortable beds pillows and bedding.very good shower and towels We used the bar nice gentleman served us Breakfast had a good choice for Continental breakfast replenished well.
Great Location, very close to 9/11 memorial, museum, and mercer lab. Room was great, decent size, amazing view, and clean. Customer service was great from 2/4 staff members I encountered during my stay. The two staff member was very cold, short, and nonchalant with their responses and support request. Limited english could have been a factor, but warmth and care can be communicated without words.

Overall, the stay met my needs. I love staying in FiDi and wanted to try a different hotel there. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated getting to store my bags in the hours between checkout time and my departure from the city. There were, unfortunately, several items that I would attribute to management that soured the experience. The carpet needed repair. Upon entry, the entire room reeked of the Keurig coffee maker that likely hasn't been serviced in a long time; I bought an air freshener from Printemps that masked the smell for the duration of my stay. The iron was broken. The ironing board had some sort of black, gummy residue on the pad which made it unusable. Thankfully, when I rang up the front desk, they brought replacements within thirty minutes or so. The shower needed a more thorough cleaning around the edges where the glass door met the enclosure. The bath linens had the off-putting smell of having sat wet too long before drying or perhaps from old equipment. I don't need everything to have a fragrance, but it needs to smell neutral-clean. I did not request replacement towels because all the others would have smelled the same, given that they all presumably come from the same, industrial linens service (I doubt there's on-site laundry). I found the lighting inadequate for ironing my clothes, though I did appreciate the presence of lamps versus only overhead lighting. There was no dresser or other place to unpack clothes; only two, small bedside drawers. The Cloud One gives the appearance of being competitive with other, area hotels, the Indigo being one in which I have recently stayed. It just needs management to attend to multiple details to bring it up to the level of excellence one would expect from a hotel in FiDi.

The members of Staff; Tiana, Jack, Emily, Bergen, Fernando, Keith, Poppy, Felix, Hailey, Angel, Jason, Luke, Joe and night staff all delivered excellent service and customer care at all times.
2nd year staying in one of you locations (Barcelona and now Copenhagen). this year was great, people were great, room comfortable. and location perfect. In particular Frederico, Lilly, Rebecca, Pardig, Magdelana , were all very pleasant and attentive.
Lovely - great location, fab that the bar was open until 2am. We went to see a gig in the City and got back to the hotel about 12. Was great to be able to sit and have a relax before we all went to our rooms. Rooms impeccably clean, staff really nice and helpful.

Positives: The hotel is overall very nice, modern, and secure, with each floor separated by a card‑access system. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. I also appreciated the hotel’s focus on BIO and sustainability standards — definitely a good direction. Cons: The room did not have a fridge, which I missed. There was no receptionist available during the night. The check‑in process took around 10 minutes because only one receptionist was working. The morning staff did not speak English well, which made communication difficult. Breakfast felt a bit limited for me, and I missed having hot beverages — something that is usually included in hotels of this category and price range.

Very nice quiet hotel 15 minute walk from anywhere you want to be in the city. The hotel is clean and the hotel lobby is very nice.
I had a wonderful experience at Motel One Glasgow. It’s half block from Central Station and three blocks from Buchanan Street which turns out to be a great location. My room was super confortable. The Breakfast was super complete. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt so satisfied with the service that I chose the same hotel for my staying in Edinburgh.
Great location, super friendly staff. Nice selection in the bar. Very high cleanliness both in reception/bar area and in the room. The room itself was nice and surprisingly quiet! Small minus was that the room got a bit humid and it was hard to ventilate it away. This might have been due to the heatwave and humidity in Berlin though. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional.
The room and some towels had an odd smell. The sink had loose handles. Otherwise the stay was fine.
Previously, we've stayed in Motel Ones in London, Edinburgh, and Zurich, but this one was a bit disappointing in terms of the maid service. We repeatedly had to ask for toilet paper as the maids would not restock it. Even when I left an empty tissue paper box on the counter, it was not replaced. We had to continually ask the front desk for those items. Rug was never vacuumed even when it was visibly dirty. Most disappointing of all was the fact that, despite the presence of a thermostat, we were unable to control the heat in our room. As a result, I was freezing and sleeping in. my street clothes for most of our stay. The front desk did eventually give us an extra comforter, which helped a little, but I was still uncomfortable during a period of unusual cold and rain every day that we were in Glasgow. Finally, the bathroom showed signs of water damage on the walls and ceilings, which was unappealing. Overall, this hotel simply didn't live up to what we've come to love about the brand and the aggravations and lack of comfort were disappointing enough that we'd already decided during our stay that we wouldn't be returning to this particular Motel One in the future.

Motel One Innsbruck is at super good location. I've stayed twice when visiting Innsbruck for Climbing World Cup, and it's excellent location considering that these events are late at evening: public transport connections are very good because almost all lines go to Hbf, and the main station also has lots of food & other services available even late in the evening. The city center area is perfectly within walking distance but the hotel is still somehow away from the most active city hassle. Rooms are great, air conditioning makes them super comfy even during heatwave, and also soundproofing is great, you really don't hear much anything neither from the street nor from the corridor/other rooms. Everything works generally great. Motel One might not be the hotel with most "uniqueness" and "personality" but I love that I can trust that everything just works and is generally high quality.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location.We have been given 2 room cards. On Friday 12th, coming back from breakfast, the card in the room was taken by the housekeeping (Bilal). I found out that he and his colleagues has more than one room key, after several attempts my card was found. The matter was reported to the reception (Miss Caroline, I guess). The same thing happened on Saturday by another staff, reported again to the receptions (same person). Reception is trying to find excuses before knowing why the key has been taken by the housekeeping. I felt my security was compromised. I also felt that the matter is known by your reception and they are trying a cover up. I noticed that some of your reception staff do not carry a name tag on them.
The staff are welcoming and will go to a great length to serve.. The building is disappointing
Great location, very clean. For the breakfast price tag, I thought it was missing choices, no scrambled eggs or bacon, for example? The bathroom was quite small as well...the rest is great,
Stayed 2 nights for work in June'26. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept solidly. The hotel is very nice and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was quite disappointing though, it just didn't feel like there was very much choice. I've stayed in a couple of Motel One and they don't disappoint, good value for money, well located - an overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station and has fabulous views over the city. Staff at reception was lovely Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a bit of a hit or a miss as the quality of the fruit salad and fruit bowl wasn’t great, the bread was lacking in imagination and the offerings weren’t replenished without asking. However, the cost of our room per night was very competitive and so, still good value for money. It wouldn’t stop me booking again as the positives outweighed the negatives.
Room is adequate, a little small. Wardrobe space is inadequate and there's nowhere for a suitcase to be placed.
Everything about the hotel was perfect! All staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they were able to check us in. Their free breakfast was great and understanding to food allergies.They offered gluten free bread. Location near all.Taxis available to get around.

I stayed there for 4 days with my cousin. we really enjoyed this experience and we even met Mario, an italian receptionist. He was so nice and we talked a lot, he even helped us to find the perfect restaurants. The hotel was magnificent, quiet and its architecture was wonderful. I really recommend this place, they really think about everything
Great first impressions - warm greeting on arrival, hotel was clean and in a great location. The young lady on the reception desk checked me in. She was very professional and the process was smooth and hassle free - she is a credit to the team. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. I had a great night sleep - the air con was a blessing. Would 100% visit again when I visit Manchester

Inadequate effect of the A/C. Otherwise an overall good experience
The location of the hotel was good, situated close to Henry’s street shopping area as well as the Temple Bar area. Breakfasts were typically very busy with people, very narrow area where the food was placed and the choice of food was very basic. The hotel is still relatively new so common areas looked modern and clean. For early checkin there could be a possibility to be informed when the room is ready via text message or Whatsapp or similar.
I usually have a great experience at Motel One, but this stay didn't match what I'm used to. The check-in felt cold and rushed. Not rude, just impersonal. Despite being a BeOne member, I wasn't offered any water. The room (first floor, rear) smelled a bit stale, and the view onto the back area with the rubbish wasn't great. It was also very noisy. I could hear everything from the hallway so clearly. Nothing major, but I wanted to share it since it stood out from my usual experience with you.
