Your responsibilities
As the F&B Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you are entrusted with overseeing all F&B outlets. Alongside your team, you'll delight our guests with our locally sourced organic breakfast or the nightly "Sounds in the Clouds," featuring captivating beats at our bar. Your key responsibilities include:
- Orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising operational workflows across our F&B outlets
- Leadership and development of the F&B team, including recruitment, onboarding, skill enhancement, and ongoing educational initiatives
- Collaborating on event planning and execution alongside our Guest Service Agent Events
- Achieving revenue goals while managing cost budgets
- Upholding hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in our F&B spaces
- Building and managing relationships with local suppliers, in line with the Motel One Group's central procurement
- Participation in the conception and design of our F&B offers
- Enforcing workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Collaborating seamlessly across departments and brands

- Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office

- A team-oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
