Reservations Supervisor

As a Reservations Supervisor at The Cloud One Hotels, you're coordinating and overseeing the Reservation team, collaboratively working with the department manager for smooth operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Processing reservation inquiries and carefully assessing overbookings and alternative options
• Managing Sihot and various electronic reservation systems
• Monitoring forecasts and budget projections
• Preparing and verifying of invoices, ensuring accuracy in both receivables and payables while adhering to pricing standards
• Managing deposits and overseeing prompt and accurate payments
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
