As a Hospitality Agent Reservation at The Cloud One Hotels, you're the initial point of contact for our guests, whether it's handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, or sometimes even in person at the reception desk. • Processing reservation inquiries and carefully assessing overbookings and alternative options
• Managing Sihot and various electronic reservation systems
• Preparing and verifying of invoices, ensuring accuracy in both receivables and payables while adhering to pricing standards
• Managing deposits and overseeing prompt and accurate payments
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
