Bar Manager

As the Bar Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you're coordinating and overseeing the bar team. Alongside your team, you delight our guests with the nightly "Sounds in the Clouds," featuring captivating beats at our bar. Your key responsibilities include:

• Orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising operational workflows across the bar
• Leadership and development of the bar team, including recruitment, onboarding, skill enhancement, and ongoing educational initiatives
• Achieving revenue goals while managing cost budgets
• Upholding hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in our bar
• Building and managing relationships with local suppliers, in line with the Motel One Group's central procurement
• Conception and design of our F&B offers in collaboration wit the F&B manager
• Enforcing workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Collaborating seamlessly across departments and brands

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism, ideally within F&B

• A naturally open and communicative personality, proficient in both German and English communication
