Clean quiet room (335). Lovely staff. Bed was so comfy, breakfast perfect
Very nice hotel in the middle of town. Lovely breakfast. Rooms clean and new. Bed comfy. Two of the 3 lifts didn't work but didn't impact us. All in all good place to stay.
Good value. Excellent central location.
Room was pleasant with a comfy bed and nice shower ...as with all Manchester prices are expensive for hotel rooms and was pricey here with breakfast not included
Quick check in and out. Nice bar area and room was exactly what we needed. Bathroom was quite small with no shampoo or conditioner but overall satisfactory. Great location and good service throughout.
Have stayed at this hotel a number of times; great area, accessible from airport easily, spotless clean, but the team are incredible. They make your stay welcoming, easy and are so lovely. Pleasant team from the welcoming team Demba, Maria and Thada (forgive spelling if incorrect) to the cleaning team Alina who was very helpful also.
Hotel rooms were spotless and well presented, although they weren’t the roomiest, for the price we paid it was great value for money. The hotel staff from checkin to the bar were friendly, attentive and offered great service. Centrally located which was ideal as we had a concert to attend at the Albert Hall. I would highly recommend and definitely go back. The midday late checkout was fab a also!
Great stay once again. Excellent central location with comfortable, well equipped clean rooms.
Lovely, clean hotel in great location - the staff person who checked us in, Maria, was exceptionally kind and welcoming!
Good quality room and very nice reception and bar, food was easy to access and good quality, one suggestion would be to have some fruit juice available for the breakfast.
Wouldn't be my first choice, best thing is the location. Disappointed no water in the room - had to buy a bottle at the bar £2.50! No biscuits either in the room. Small things make as big difference.
all good but disappointed that there is no iron in the room making it unsuitable for business trips
Prompt check in and super clean bedroom
Perfect stay, great welcome and easy check-in, great value for money, great breakfast. Great location, great room,
The room was a little smaller than I expected but comfortable. Fresh juice at breakfast would be much nicer than concentrate.
Very pleasant stay Staff very friendly Central location Airport tram stop right outside hotel Would definitely stay again
Great room and lovely staff at reception.
Generally very goodt but a few negatives that really damage the experience. No water in the rooms, not even bottled filtered tap water, no glasses and paper coffee/tea cups or “reusable” plastic take away cups that smell of vanilla and taint water or tea. Impossible to get a proper breakfast table so eat cereal off low coffee tables. All our party reported difficulty with wi-if and in room phone connectivity. Would happily pay a few more pounds more for such basics one gets everywhere else. Shame as everything else really good.
This hotel is brilliant. It's a reasonably priced hotel for a such a good location. The staff are genuinely lovely and welcoming and to top it all, we got in our room early which to me, is a real bonus. The bar area is amazing and really relaxing. Prices at the bar are very reasonable and despite the fact there isn't a restaurant at this hotel, there are many eateries on the doorstep. So no major problem..
Lovely room nice location only 10 mins away from where i was going
Air con did not work in the bedroom. Totally inadequate ventilation and lack of oxygen I the room. A very uncomfortable stay. It felt very claustrophobic with lack of air flow.
The only point I would raise is that they were no usb sockets in the hotel, which would have been on real benefit to me.
good accomodation and staff were very sweet
Quiet, clean, modern, comfortable.
Comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! Location was great for the city centre, trams and Piccadilly station. Room was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly.
I felt welcomed immediately. Hotel and room spotless. Gluten free and vegan breakfast options explained well by lovely Marisol who greeted with a smile every morning. Lovely coffee. Gluten/dairy free oat milk. My gluten free Toast made in kitchen and brought to me. Gluten free cereals available. Boiled eggs had smiley faces drawn on, loved that. Special mention to Ryan, kept me company at his bar between serving customers on Sunday evening. Realising I was there alone on the last night. He helped find me find a dinner location nearby. He was efficient serving everyone and pleasant. Also a pleasant lady and gentleman that I checked in and out of the hotel with. The hotel was central not far from tram stops to train stations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this particular hotel in St Peter’s Square. I’d make a trip to Manchester again without hesitation.
The St. Peter’s Square Motel One is in a great central location. Easy to use the tram stop right outside the hotel to get around but, also within walking distance of the shops, restaurants & bars. The hotel staff are great and very friendly. The decor of the hotel is amazing, we felt very comfortable here. The room was perfect for us for the long weekend break. Great shower, very comfortable bed, blackout curtains to ease sleep. Breakfast was great (continental) with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s tastes. Hotel also offers alternatives for milk, dairy etc. Overall, a great hotel. We will stay here again if we return to Manchester
Great hotel very central for shopping and dining
Great hotel central location, lovely and clean and friendly and helpful staff would recommend.
Excellent place to stay
Easy check-in/out. Nice bar area. Room was smaller than expected... but everything there. Only gripe was the sound of water running in another room above us half the night.... Good location in the heart of Manchester.
A week located, clean and quiet hotel in Manchester. Rooms are small but well equipped. My only complaint was the lack of hot water - not being able to have a hot shower is annoying.
Everything was great!
Great experience Really great 3pm check out for members
Not sure the super room was really worth £55 more a night than a standard room otherwise all good .
Great price, amazingly helpful staff and a clean and very comfortable room.
We had a group booking of 34 people and our stay was great, AV facilities in bar area for our awards presentation, the rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful
Another great stay with Motel One, many thanks
great value for money - my only gripe was the missing TV control! By the time I realised it was missing, I was in my pyjamas so wasn't about to go wandering down to reception!
Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly, welcoming and priced competitively. Will come again
Super clean and great location. Hotel staff are kind and professional. Great bar service.
This is a great hotel that we have used for 4 Manchester theatre trips so far and we already have 2 more bookings. Everything is top class. Just don't leave the window open through the night as there is a chance that early morning workers may wake you earlier than you would wish. We have learned that lesson! Just set the room climate accordingly and ask reception to help with that if necessary.
The hotel lobby and bar is very nice and relaxed. The room was fine but the breakfast was very limited.
Fine, nothing special.
The staff were all very friendly. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable. There was very little space to put things, so that a lot of clothes had to stay in the suitcase (we stayed a week). On the whole we found this hotel very good and would stay there again.
Falta una nevera
I had a a very comfortable stay. The receptionist on arrival was incredible with me, I had actually booked the wrong Motel One! She was able to guide me into making the chances so I wouldn’t be charged twice. Very good service, I would stay again and would recommend
It all depends on the people at the reception. I had problems with the bookings but the woman at the reception was abrupt, not so polite and wouldn't listen to my problems of booking 5 rooms and immediate payment because booking com had cancelled. We returned after travelling around 4 days later with cancelled booking again. The lady at the reception was kind and helped us. So, just employ polite and kind people. The breakfast arrangement was good. Rooms were neat and clean. The whole group of 10 people were very satisfied. Thank you. I'm giving 10 as I don't want to destroy your good performance for one rude person.
Excellent service at reception, really appreciate us checking in early and looking after our bags. Friendly bar staff made the best cocktail I think I've ever had. Room is a bit small..had to do an awkward limbo between the end of the bed and the TV ...it wasn't wide enough to walk between the bed and the TV/wall...
Excellent place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Staff extremely cheerful and helpful.
