I loved the hotel, but I had the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel because on Sunday morning an alarm went off and I almost had a heart attack. It ruined my rest and my day because I had to travel for many hours. I didn't even receive an apology, a refund or compensation. I found out from a “neighbor” in the next room that the alarm had gone off because they share the alarm with the people in the building next door, and something had burned in their kitchens before 8 a.m. It's a shame because I loved the hotel until then, but I think they should do something to prevent this from happening again (especially on a Sunday morning).
I recently had a wonderful stay at Motel One! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was super clean. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I can't recommend this hotel enough—great location and fantastic service! Will definitely return!
Excellent stay as always. Nothing to fault from start to finish. Looking forward to another stay soon.
Great hotel with friendly helpful staff
Clean, Comfortable room, Friendly, attentive staff, happy to help at all times. Good location, would be happy to stay here again when we visit Manchester. Excellent price.
The service from receptionists was immaculate. I felt welcomed and cared for. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, including the cleaning staff on the afternoon I left and the security the night before. Love the atmosphere and location and hope to visit again soon.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location.
Great hotel, clean, stylish with friendly staff
bed comfy but there was no hairdryer in the room and no spoons for tea and coffee but some horrible wooden stick . For the price it was decent, not sure if would stay again.
The check in for was very smoothly and we were able to check in early so we could drop of our bags. I had no complaints.
Great stay! Bed is really comfortable, room is tidy and has everything you might need.
Great location. Lovely and clean. Stylish decor. Great service. Rooms are small but can’t complain as great value. Would definitely return.
Small but cozy rooms. Good breakfast, nice personnel and great location. Missing fridge (minor).
I stayed 3 nights. Shower gel provided was largely empty when I arrived. On day 2 I left out the almost empty bottle for replenishment. That didn’t happen. On day 3 it was totally empty so went in search of housekeeping for a refill. The little details do matter. The room is comfortable although extra thought into the bed’s flat sheet would be appreciated as the duvet cover is tucked in all over so tightly it needs pulling out but that allows the flat sheet to move around freely, allowing it to bunch up. I start here due to convenience of location and will be back.
Warm welcome, we were allowed into the room early at no extra charge unlike some hotels that charge for early booking in. Hotel in good location, the decor excellent
Room was pristine, design is modern and staff were helpful. The location was perfect and the price was amazing.
Everything was smooth, clean, comfortable and easy
Lovely hotel
The hotel is comfortable and has a nice bars. The rooms are small but modern and the bathrooms are nice. Great location and they even lent us an umbrella for the day
It woz gr8 m8 nice 1 pal. Nice 1.
There was a problem with the fire alarm in the adjacent building going off. Also one observation… the soap dispensers used seemed to be for domestic not commercial use. The push-button at the top did not dispense soap easily.
An amazing stay! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable, shower was really lovely and everything was super clean! The air con worked great and the whole hotel just looked beautiful and it’s a great location too! For the price as well it’s fantastic I can’t wait to come again!!!
Great hotel. Central location was perfect. Great bar and lounge area. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. No faults at all. And a reasonable price.
Absolutely unreal. Bed was SO comfortable and the bathroom was really nice too, the rooms are kind of small but I enjoyed our stay. So affordable and will 100% be coming back in future
Great Services - Welcome with big smile Rooms are big, clean, equipted and very comfortable. Located in the hearth of city center - walking distance For sure will stay there on my next visit
Lovely room friendly staff 😍
Lovely clean room, friendly staff easy check in and out, great location
Great hotel but with one big let down. No usb sockets anywhere! We didn’t take the 3 pin adapter. None available at reception so we had to go next door to a coffee shop to recharge our phones. Didn’t like the reusable plastic cups in the room would have preferred a real mug for my morning brew .
Great location with excellent connections to the airport. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. This will be my new Manchester base when visiting family.
A simple but comfortable room. Could have benefitted from an iron in the room.
Lovely staff central location.
A great stay with excellent service. Can’t fault it.
Stayed at this particular motel one many times now and I've never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and rooms are always spotless. Staff were quick to act when the fire alarm went off and kept everyone calm. Can't wait to stay again!
So lovely! The bed was heavenly, and the staff deserve a pay rise!! Will be back before too long. Loved the bar of course!!!
Fire alarm cleared building, no water in room, air con not working, no iron or board. When asked for one told have to collect at reception and walk through hotel with it! Pretty poor all round. Staff or nice but won’t stay again.
Great location, freindly staff, comfortable spacious bed. This will be my first choice for manchester gigs in the future
Exceptional value. Ideal location. Very comfortable bed
This hotel is exceptional value for money, clean, comfortable,, great location, excellent staff. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester that are twice the price and half as good. And I also like the fact you don't massively over inflate prices if there's a concert or sporting event on in the city...it really turns me off hotel brands when they do that. Keep it up.
The hotel was great overall but it's ridiculous that the toilets in the bar are not open and that you have to ask for a key. I am not a kid at school who needs to ask permission to go to the toilet. This fact alone might dissuade me from booking at this hotel again.
Everything was great, nice staff, nice clean room with all you need without being unneccesary luxury. Only thing i can think of that can be improved is the bar which was unattended many times due to staff had to take care of dishes and other things when we were there.
Hotel was clean staff really friendly room was really nice bed comfy my only criticism is I would have preferred to have a spoon in the room instead of a wooden stirrer as I bring my own sugar and tea as I drink alot and easier than going to reception alot for more so had to guess the amount of sugar I was using
Lovely hotel, extremely comfy beds, well designed rooms which are great value for money. Location is perfect. Lovely lobby area and bar that is open late. Lots of rooms and space. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay
Thanks again for a great stay in Motel One St. Peters Square. Over in Manchester for work and leisure. Great location, within walking distance for al the galleries and museums. The hotel room was comfortable, roomy and airy. And the air con was needed, and kept the room cool in the heat. Breakfast was great, filling yet light and healthy. And checking out time was 12 noon so I could relax after breakfast. Perfect location for the Manchester Pride Parade, and surrounding events. Excellent and welcoming staff... top marks! Thanks!
I have already submitted my feedback.
Fast and friendly reception check in , room clean and comfortable and the bar area was lovely, would stay again .
good localtion, not loud during night, rooms a bit small. Stuff was very helpfull. Ambience of bar and breakfast area unfriendly dark

Loved the hotel, the staff, and the hotel itself!
Very clean room, helpful staff & great location
A great location and super hotel, we only stayed one night but would definitely recommend to family and friends. Strange choice of pillows the small one was too hard, and the large one too soft!
