A very pleasant stay in a quiet, clean room. My service option was respected. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have changed is that the lift should be operated with key card only.
I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. I was also very impressed with the staff — they were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel in a Central position near U Bahn, clean with very helpful people who speak fluently English. Only minor point is the fact that one cannot buy breakfast in the morning, unless you have a CC with you, also 18 euros for a basic continental breakfast in Europe is a little bit too much. Overall my experience was great anyway.
Overall, very good. The bed is too soft, and the pillows are too bulky. Each person gets two pillows, but both are bulky. You need a pillow that is a little more flat also.

Friendly, comfortable, and just the right breakfast. Also, the location really can't be beat for those who want to enjoy the city's excellent dining choices. Keep up the good work!

Check in was a bit harrowing, as they struggled to find my reservation until I was able to produce my confirmation email. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, however in retrospect not ideal for business travel due to lack of space to hang clothing and to iron garments. I would strongly suggest that you put fans in the bathrooms. As much as we are environmentally conscious, we did not re-use the towels as they do not dry out in between uses, and thus requested fresh ones daily. A fan would allow for less moisture in the room. Housekeeping also did not provide fresh cups each day. Bed was thoroughly comfortable. All in all, good value for the price and suitable for vacation stay.
Very central yet very quiet, very clean and seems very new. Modern and warm design. As in other motel one hotels, the room is very comfortable and has a spacious feeling relative to its size due to the fact that there is no desk. But the loby is very welcoming and has desks one can comfortably sit and work with a laptop. The only downside in this specific one is that during breakfast, the entire loby is used for breakfast.

Everything was perfect my only comment is that coffee machine will be great in the room.
My stay in your hotel was perfect, I am satisfied with the room, it was quiet and the train traffic didn´t a cause any problem to me. It was nice to receive a bottle fo mineral water from the reception for free because the weather was hot. The only thing that was missing in the room was a bottle opener (at least I didn´t find it). The tv screen with swimming fishes was really fine.
Pleasant, modern hotel, in easy walking distance from both the U- and S-Bahn station Zoologischer Garten. The personell is friendly and helpfull where needed. The hotel has a nice lounge with an outside terrace. A small downside is that the lounge is on the groundfloor and part of the entrance and that the terrace is next to a busy street.
Everything was perfect good service and the room was clean and comfortable
Nice, clean and QUIET hotel right in the center. There is huge public parking lot next door, makes it very convenient to arrive with a car + you get a discount from the daily parking rate as a guest. Will definitely come back!
The staff was more than gracious at all times. Breakfast was a delight. I have no complaints and will b staying at another Motel One in Madrid inSeptember.

Staff was very very nice and available (and looked happy). The bed was super comfortable and the room's size was sufficient. Every item (plugs, etc) is at the right place and everything is perfectly sound proof.
Staying at Motel One was a smooth easy experience. The processes are streamlined and the staff are professional and friendly. The facilities were of a high standard and the location worked well for me.
I highly value the Motel One Ku’damm, even better than the Motel One in Bavaria. The reception and service were excellent. I had booked two days with breakfast, but couldn't have breakfast on the last day due to personal reasons. So I sent an email, and they responded quickly and helped me a lot. That's why I'm so happy to be a Motel One member and always book with Motel One. Many thanks to the staff at the Motel One Ku’damm.

My experience with this Motel-One are not so good, the room did not meet my expectations of Motel-One. Unfortunately, there was a strong odour of sewage in the room.

Fantastic buffet breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff at front desk. Only complaint is that the room was not well organized - too much furniture in such a tiny space. Built-ins would help instead of numerous tables that we bumped into in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom. One chair and one table at most! Otherwise, great place!!
Overall good. The room was very small, though.

It was okay, the workers were very friendly. The only thing was, that the Room/ Bathroom seemed very dirty with black mold.

Friendly staff, comfortable room with nice bathroom. The room could have felt more secure with a chain on the door and also a lock on the bathroom door. Despite being in busy part of West Berlin, the room was very quiet which was ideal after busy days in the city. Good location and overall good place to stay.

I had a very agreeable stay, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, and the accommodation was - as is always the case with MotelOne - absolutely perfect. If anything, the door situation (front door was closed, only access toolbox was through the outside seating area) was slightly odd - but certainly nothing to complain about.
Nice stay in Berlin @ the Ku'damm!
I only arrived from Vancouver (Canada) the previous day, and was surprised by the friendliness at the reception and efficient check-in! Very well run Hotel. Everything went like clockwork! I became a member for my first booking, and really felt appreciated by receiving a free breakfast and a.bottle of water at check-in.

There was no suitcase rack in the room, which is not a big deal, but a small improvement for a bit more comfort. I had to place my suitcase on the floor which I personally find inconvenient.
