the room was great quite, no traffic noise and I could open a window for fresh air at night.
All in all, we had a great stay, it was a nice and cozy hotel very close to Bahnhof with the best staff. We did not have breakfast. The parking was easy to access and reasonably priced. We just did not like the neighborhood.
Very impressed with the cleanliness. But you should have a shampoo and conditioner available instead of a body and hair all in one
Room was small , bed was comfy , shower was dangerously hot even when on the the cool setting , we were there 5 nights , you only get one bottle of water ! Breakfast was not good at all , staff were ok
Our stay at Motel One Bad Cannstatt was perfect as we have come to expect from Motel One. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff also were cheerful and helpful. We count on Motel One’s high quality staff and standards during our travels.

Great hotel in a good location. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at several Motel One locations in Europe and the experience is always good.
Small but nice rooms! Comfortable bed! Plenty of electrical outlets. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and the water temperature fluctuated a bit. The most annoying thing was that the bathroom door would NOT stay open unless we put something in front of it. We loved the corner room, with 3 windows! The breakfast buffet was overpriced, so we will skip that during our next stay. Parking under the hotel and across the street.

I was really happy that my two rooms I booked for my familiy were just site-by site this was really great. Like last time I loved the breakfast and it was realy quiet and the personal very friendly.

Complimentary water in the room would be nice.
Friendly staff at the desk, not so friendly in the breakfast room. The breakfast was not so great, especially the gluten-free option was a disappointment. There's only one type of gluten-free bread (which is not very good) and no gluten-free granola or any other option. I would expect more for the price of this breakfast. Apart from that, the room was good & clean.
My stay was lovely, the rooms were really clean. I was surprised that my booking price didn't include the breakfast and that there was no daily water available without purchase. This increased the cost significantly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I was very pleased.

Nice hotel, the lobby was a great workplace with Wi-Fi fast enough to VPN, and a lot of floor plugs by the tables for the laptop. The standard room was large enough to keep the suitcase out of the way. The room had a comfortable bed. And the hotel is located within walking distance of several train/subway stations, zoo, and my employer's campus.

Excellent Hotel with excellent ambiance. Really fast Wifi (~170 Mbps tested on the phone).
Hotel is very nice, with good spaces and overall great people. Plus: - Bar open 24H - Sympathy of most of the staff Negatives: -one night, bar tender only accepted money as payment in the bar. Despite no evidence of such rule. -one of the guests leaved his wallet on the safe deposit in the room, and the wallet was only found 17 days later. Not normal.

There were far too many pillows in the bed and the mattress was not good. The entire staff was very friendly and always smiling.

I had high expectations about this property because of past reviews. However, I was not entirely satisfied with my stay. At first instance, the room was fine, but when I entered to the bathroom I noticed some cleaning failures, there were hairs from previous guests stuck to the wall. The worst part was when I took a shower and not only I found a couple more hairs in the wall but the wall was also full of mould. I do not understand how this can be ignored by housekeeping since mould is high toxic for everybody. Another low point were the pillows, incredibly big and thick, this did not allow me to sleep well and feel fully rested the next morning. The service at the reception desk was good, but honestly I would not return to this property.

Great location for when you are going to the Porsche arena ir MB Stadium. Ell connected through the SBahn ,UBahn and close to the station. Quiet location and you can bring your pet
Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, clean room with balcony, Motel One manages to make even the smallest rooms and bathrooms feel cozy and nice. Apparently one of the last few hotels with an actual bathroom door - please keep and don’t change it to glass!

The only thing which was missing for me was an electric kettle in a room (or in lobby). It was really annoying that I couldn't prepare my special tea in the evening... Small fridge in the room would be also cool but the rooms are so small that probably it is not doable.
Everything was good. The breakfast could be better, including more different types of food.
Room smaller than expected and neighbourhood not very nice.

The Stuttgart district of Bad Cannstatt largely owes its reputation to the quality of its waters. So our Motel One Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt focuses on its numerous mineral springs, drinking fountains and therapeutic baths.
