Check-in was flawless, and the front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was large. The bed and linen were very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and very clean. Breakfast was copious, with very good food options.
The only thing keeping it low was that people i had reservation with had far, away rooms
Everything clean and service helpful
lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, relaxing vibe
Everything is amazing ! Only one suggestion- would be great to have different types of eggs for breakfast/ maybe add scrambled eggs as well ? Otherwise all really good and it was our second stay over 12 months .
The hotel is always clear and comfortable, reception and bar staff friendly and helpful.
Poor customer service - waiting staff don’t know beers and served wrong drink to what I ordered. Long queues at reception, not enough staff serving. No hot water for a shower one morning - staff said nothing they could do
Great staff! Our shower didn't have hot water and we only discovered that in the morning before our early flight so that was an unexpected downside, and likely an abnormal occurrence.
Overall it was a good stay. Great location, wonderful lobby bar. However, it was super cold in the room and nobody could do anything with it. I talked to reception staff 3 times and nothing changed. It was a bit frustrating.
The reception is always super friendly and they took care of our wish for a quiet room as the construction works are still taking place beside the hotel. We were not happy with the house keeping though. They knocked on our door on the departure day at around 8:45 am and opened the door instantly before we were able to reply. I was not dressed but thank God the bathroom door blocked the entrance door, so they left without an apology. It should be clear that on the departure day nobody bothers the guests until check-out.
I arrived at 13h, directly from an overnight flight. It is really annoying that the reception was unwilling to check me in at that time, insisting on the 15h check-in time. It is really hard to believe that in a hotel with 490 rooms not a single room would be available ... So in principle, they were just unwilling, which always leaves a bad taste.
Great location, in walking distance to main sites in Brussels
Very comfortable, slightly expensive on Breakfast but it was a very good breakfast choice. Will return knowing it was a good hotel and the reception staff were first class professionals.
Our room was great. As a traveller from Australia we found the lack of tea and coffee amenities in our room a bit sad but overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing
Excellent hotel, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and very very beautiful.
The room was practical, clean, great bed and shower as usual at motel one. Location top, staff extremely helpful and friendly especially with kids. Lucia at breakfast was a source of good mood and friendliness. Misunderstanding at the reception regarding the cost for breakfast for a four year old, was solved in the second day. It is a bit weird as it says on the website (and is the case at all motel one I have stayed at so far) to sehr an email when travelling with a child, but was told then that I could book online and just leave a comment regarding travelling with my child. Not a big deal and all worked well, but just to mention.
Value for money, clean, well located.
Strange clicking noises from the bathroom in room 539 which went on all night, presumably related to the electrics. I tried stuffing the bathmat beneath the door but could still hear the faint clicking, and used earplugs in the end. Odd, because I stay here regularly and have never experienced such issues before. Otherwise fine, as usual.
Great interior design, friendly staff! I especially liked the room cleaning options that help preserve the environment. I recommend staying at Motel One.
1. The hotel encourages guests to opt out of cleaning on a daily basis, for environmental reasons. Cleaning staff aggressively knock on the door shortly after 9h every morning to ask whether cleaning is needed (even on checking out days), notwithstanding that personal preferences were clearly stated during check in. 2. There is a smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom.
Very comfortable rooms, nice service.. we will be back
While check out time is 12, which is a great feature and is appreciated, what was not appreciated was housekeeping knocking on the door on two separate occasions (approx 8:30 & 10). I shouldn't have to be made feel like i'm overstaying my welcome.
Excellent location, clean rooms, and a perfect breakfast.
Motel One is a lively, conveniently placed hotel. I found it easy to check in and out, easily accessible on foot and public transportation.
The hotel is within a few minutes from the city centre. The room was really good with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were really helpful and very kind! There was a beautiful garden and a nice bar.The only drawback was that there was no fridge in the room.
We had a great stay at Motel One Brussels. The room was quite small but comfy and clean. At the reception everyone was nice and helpful. The location is in a quiet area, but close to the city centre and to the central station.
Regimental rules.
Very comfortable beds & great shower. hotel very clean. Friendly staff. Very central location
Motel One is conveniently located for visiting Brussels' historic center... It is easy to reach from the train station, as well as by car... The garage is also convenient; although not managed by the hotel itself, it is directly connected to Motel One... The reception and breakfast areas are beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The breakfast is excellent—extensive and offering an international selection. Kudos to the entire staff: from the reception team to the bar and breakfast staff, and even the housekeeping team—everyone was friendly and helpful. An excellent property that I would highly recommend... if I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay at Motel One again.
Great staff, elegant hotel, confortabile bed and clean room. Everything was perfect!
It’s the second time i stay and everything it’s gone fine!
great location, nice and clean room, AC, super friendly staff
It was a pleasant stay. Expect for the cleaning lady that enter the room at 9 and 11am to clean when we still there till the check out at 12pm. That was a bit unpleasant
Great location, very stylish and clean as always
Our experience was excellent; everything went fine. The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable; it would have been perfect if it had been a little more spacious. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, which is a real plus. I highly recommend this hotel.
Clean, comfortable room in a gorgeous styled hotel.
Central located, confortable, clean, with a very kind and helpful staff
I loved how they were able to check us into a room early when we got there. We were so tired from traveling and was grateful for that!
İ would like to thanks especially Lucia and Eleni at the breakfast lounge . They were very sincere and friendly, and they do their jobs very well.
Everything is fine about the stay. However, the administration of reservation should be improved. Clear record system should be applied to avoid annoying customers.
We loved our stay at Motel One, Brussels! The staff were simply amazing and the rooms were very comfortable! We especially loved the convenience of using their 24/7 bar. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
Perfect!
Good hotel
We really like to stay in the hotel as it was very conveniently placed and it was clean and friendly. we recommend others to also book into this hotel.
Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were spotless, and the employees made me feel welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
A nice hotel with friendly staff in a nice location. Even the room looks very clean and neat, the carpet needs to be checked. I was wearing socks in the room, one time I got blonde hair on my socks (I have black hair) and the other time, I got false eyelashes on my socks. As the carpet has dark-toned colors, it is hard to spot dirt or foreign bodies. (Apart from my concerns on the carpet's hygiene, everything else in the room is very ok.) One more thing, the wifi is very weak. (The wifi at Motel One Paris is very strong and fast.)
Great room, clean and modern.
Very clean and nicely decorated
Great stay, comfortable, clean, good breakfast, good position.
Very good n relaxing 😎
