Happy with the room size and layout and convenient location. My overall score is 8.5 as there was major construction happening at the hotel starting at 8am which was disruptive. We would have appreciated prior warning about the construction so that we could have made alternative plans on those days.
Perfect option for a short stay period. Clean, cozy, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
The experience was great. The room was extremely comfortable and the possibility of not having cleaning services everyday, for us, it was a plus. The only thing we noticed was the absence of a mini-fridge. There was no problem, but it could contribute to some extra comfort.

Great location, courteous staff, simple and stylish. No drinking water provided in rooms is now out of keeping with your increased room price point. It is standard in all but the lowest budget hotels. Breakfast is good but no seating available at the peak (i.most convenient) time for business travellers. It would be good to find a workaround for this. Tourists can flex but we can’t.
Dinner was just a sandwich. I was hoping for something a little more substantial.

The position of the hotel is perfect, very close to the city center. The lounge area very comfortable, room was clean, very good breakfast, personnel nice.
Sadly for us this modern hotel doesn't really suit our needs. We are still very active 70 year old but low seating in the lobby, limited dining tables for breakfast and the layout of the bedrooms reduced our comfort. The breakfast lacked variety over a 3 night stay. There is no privacy with rooms overlooked, we had curtains closed most of the time. The location is excellent, some of your staff were very friendly- in particular a waiter called Jimi . The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. Great that breakfast is from 6am.

The accommodations at Motel One in Brussels was adequate even though the bathroom was very small. We were also placed at the room furthest from the elevator. The front desk staff, bartender, and breakfast staff were all very rude. The breakfast was also not adequate.
After 3 months of staying here I can say that you have a wonderful and professional team, starting from the reception, waiters and maids. Clean, warm and most importantly, it feels almost like you are at home!
it would be nice if there were hot food for breakfast and water cookers with tea and cups in each room.

The hotel is very nice and in general the service too. My suggestion is for the rooms: they are small, and we didn't have any water, coffee or tea in the room, which is the acceptable for this kind of hotel.
The facilities were super nice and cosy. I liked the interior especially with cosy lobby bar. Staff was friendly, check-in and check-out procedures were organised very effective and fast. To my taste I would prefer having some hot dishes as well.

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms are very nice but lack storage for clothes and other belongings. Since the hotel is central, you can hear a lot of noise outside the street from early on. There were works in the hotel that started very early. The hotel staff was very friendly and even speak Portuguese.

Great hotel , v efficient - I would just like to have more access to water in the bedrooms - you only sell medium size bottles at the bar - so have to repeatedly go to Carrefour for water

Two points that prevent the rating to be higher: 1.) room was very warm, and despite turning off the heater it stayed warm. Opening the window did not sufficiently cool down the room and allowed conversations taking place in the 'courtyard' to be followed. 2). The complimentary bottle of (sparkling) water was also warm; and no means to cool it; and so not exactly a refreshment.

Check in process disappointing. The reservation on the app seemed to have no relevance / impact and was no help in making the experience pleasant, welcoming and stress free.
Good place, although rooms are a bit too small.
Everything was great but the ratio betwren price and what you get is not positive for me any longer. 200 eur per night without breakfast is way too expensive in comparison what the hotel can offer. Therefore I and my employees will not use this hotel any longer. I recommend for you to add additional servicec/room equipment or you decrease the price if you want keep old clients.
