Clean, friendly staff, great position, good breakfast. Tea/coffee possibility in the room would be nice.
Everything in this hotel is great besides the fact that you can hardly move in the free space left in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful ( They can use some helping hand if you hire more employees.)The atmosphere is vivid. Location is great. The cleanliness is perfect.Special thanks to Mirella in the front desk.
i would totally recommend this hotel to everybody travelling to Brussels thanks to the team for smooth experience
Nice hotel with excellent location. Two things to improve: Water is flooding the floor when taking a shower, more varieties at breakfast (berries etc).
The room was a little small, but the bathroom and shower were OK. The 24h bar was very good. Staff at the reception could be friendlier.
Great central location. an easy walk to the train station and many sites. Rooms are tight by American Standards, but have most everything you need. Breakfast included which is a bonus.
Good hotel, friendly, spotlessly clean, and convenient to access any location be it for business, tourism or pleasure. I enjoyed my stay.
I have stayed at Motel One on three occasions, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff, facilities, and cleanliness of the hotel are excellent. The proximity to the city is fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is that there could be water provided, and tea and coffee-making facilities
I often stay at Motel One hotels, mostly in Motel One Brussels. It is for me as the former slogan said "Like the price. Love the design". Always a pleasure to be there. For me, the score would be a 10 if check-in times were earlier than 03:00 PM, at least they should be from 02:00 PM on.
Terribly small rooms with absolutely no room to move even for the couple. Cheap but totally uncomfortable.
A fantastic hotel, great location, very comfortable and great service from the staff. Great decor and loved the quirky TinTin touches, would recommend for sure. (Very comfy bed)
Excellent!
Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are good. The bar was very limited, very little food. The tea were served in plastic tea bags(danger microplastics). There were no tea facilities in the rooms
Excellent as ever. I’ve now stayed in nine different Motel One hotels in four countries and the quality is consistent. Staff friendly and helpful.
I fell in love with this lovely hotel. Extremely clean, friendly, quiet, great location, minutes from everything, best breakfast buffet with gluten free, vegetarian and organic options, lovely courtyard and breakfast room. I loved everything about this hotel and plan to make it my home whenever I visit Brussels. Thank you everyone who made my stay such a wonderful experience..
Comfortable hotel and friendly, efficient staff. Good location
Having the smoking point right outside the main entrance makes for a pretty unpleasant arrival experience -- smokers loitering by the door and wafts of stale smoke and ash from the ashtrays is not a great way to be welcomed to the hotel (or to return to / exit via each day). We had an issue with water leaking onto our bathroom floor, which was looked at fairly promptly though it's not clear it was completely dealt with. It was a minor issue really but it still would've left a better impression if there'd been an offer of a free bottle of drinking water for the room or a discounted drink at the bar or something as compensation (Ibis offer you a free drink at the bar for pretty much any issue, for example). That said, overall the staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is good. The property has all the comfort and amenities expected of a Motel One.
Lovely place to stay, very stylish and immaculate, staff were very nice and helpful. Great location.
Great location, great service, nice cozy rooms.
Breakfast too crowded and rather poor. No hot water in the bathroom during one morning, all morning.
Great value for money. Clean, efficient staff, good rooms with safety box, great breakfast, central location (10min to train station).
Great style, especially the seating choices throughout. Common areas were very inviting and relaxing. Room was quite small for 2 people and lacking storage and an iron. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Very good stay, good hotelroom and bed, good service and excellent location. Hip and cool hotel. Would like to see egg and bacon on your breakfast buffé. Will book with Motel One again 🙂
We enjoyed our one night stay at Motel One in Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge area was inviting, and I loved the courtyard area as a place to relax and have a drink. The king bed was comfortable, as were the choice of pillows. The room was spacious annd spotlessly clean, and I would have given a perfect score if there had been a small fridge. The location was also perfect for exploring Brussels.
Super nice service, all employees were very nice as always. Not our first time staying there and probably not our last.
Excellent hotel and service
The room is small, but comfortable and quiet. My only issue is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. If it is not possible to have this in the rooms, even having the breakfast facility open during the day would be better, allowing guests to take hot drinks back to rooms.
Excellent staff, great facilities and vibe. Clean and well equipped rooms. Point lost as hot water failed one morning!
The check-in experience was excellent. Alessio noticed I wasn’t feeling well and went out of his way to accommodate my room request. He was very knowledgeable about which room would best suit my needs, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful, restful stay. The next day, we faced a hot water issue, which was critical as someone needed to refresh. Once again, Alessio went above and beyond—helping me secure a late check-out and complimentary breakfast. Thanks to his support, I had the much-needed rest to restore my wellness. I have to say, M1 has now become my preferred hotel.
Felt uncomfortable in the room due to the lack of privacy as you have no privacy curtains at your windows so you feel exposed to other hotel rooms facing you which is off putting
Great location and friendly stuff. Rooms are clean but extremely small. Breakfast has great variety but only cold foods. Coffee is from automatic machines. Hotel has no gym/exercise room.
clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Location is very central
Friendly and clean, good breakfast, small rooms, but ok for business schedule
nice quiet business hotel, good comfortable beds, good shower, welcoming personnel. on the down side± no tea and coffee facilities in the room, no water for the room, no ironing board, very loud music at breakfast, which I experienced as intrusive and irritating. Not a place to have breakfast as a neurodivergent person.
My regular visits are for business but my wife came this time. The quality of the room fittings and furnishing is very good, but a little small for a couple. Space between the twin bed next to the window and the wall with the TV is narrow for the person using that bed. We were also surprised that no complimentary water is provided in the room. We've visited many hotels this year and Motel One is alone in not providing water - we saw people bringing mugs and flasks down to the bar to get water. Otherwise the room was excellent, the bar is excellent, the breakfast is excellent. We also found all the staff very friendly and helpful - the receptionists, the breakfast room staff, the bar staff, and the chambermaids.
we always stay at Motel one in Germany whenever we can. this time we stayed at this motel one in Brussels and we were quite satisfied overal with the hotel, the room and the experience. The rooms were spacious and clean and the lobby of the hotel was very welcoming and nicely decorated. our only concern was the breakfast service, as we realised always was crazy crowded and the tables were not cleaned regularly, also the choice of the items offered during the breakfast was not as extensive as other hotels we have been.
I travel through Europe with Interrail, so far this was the best hotel I stayed at. Very easy process for the guest, friendly front desk agents and nice infrastructure.
Very good hotel near the old town and the parliament district. No more than a 20-minute walk in any direction. Good train and underground connections.
Good hotel with good facilities and cosy lounge. Rooms are not big, but efficient, included a desk to work at as well. Bed and cushions are good. Everything was clean. Unfortunately carpet on the floor which is not that hygienic. No coffee or tea facilities. Only an electric cattle would be enough! Door closers on the doors would be a progress!
I really appreciate one of the receptionists who handled my check-in on September 10 around 6 PM. When I arrived, I realized that I hadn’t completed my reservation through Booking, and that in fact I didn’t have any room reserved. It was quite a shock, but luckily you had a free room, and your colleague guided me through making the reservation in your system. I even became a member and got an upgrade to the 7th floor with a terrace. He saved me and even gave me some water. Amazing — please truly value such an employee. He made my very bad day great! Thank you!
Seems to be keeping up quality. Good experience through simplicity.
Great hotel in central location. 5 mins from Hare Centrale
Excellent accomodation and service.
I had a very pleasant stay at Motel One in Brussels. The bed was comfortable (with the exception of the pillows), the shower was great, and the buffet breakfast was very varied and ample. The staff were friendly and competent. I'd definitely stay again.
The room was clean and comfortable however could have been doing with some tea and coffee facilities/kettle in the room and was a little snug however was the standard room so the price was competitive as the hotel was very central and a great base location. The bar and courtyard is also gorgeous with great cocktail options
We had a great experience. Everything was clean, the food was good, and the location was amazing. The missing point is due to the pillows which were to hard for us.
Perfect hotel. No coffee/tea facilities in the room but the staff at the bar filled my thermo water bottle with hot water every time I asked for it.
The room is modern and clean, and the hotel well located. However the bar is really pricey, and it's the first hotel I've seen that doesn't have a mini fridge in the room, and no "toilet kits" are available in the room (I'm thinking cotton buds, shower cap, people do use those things).
Perfect
I have stayed at many Motel Ones already and have always been very happy with the standard and the atmosphere – but this particular stay was truly exceptional. A big THANK YOU goes to the reception team, who were not only extremely friendly and professional, but also took our individual requests into account with great care. This kind of attentiveness really makes a difference. What was initially supposed to be just a one-day stay turned into three wonderful days, simply because we felt so comfortable and happy with our room and well taken care of. The room was spotless, modern, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing city trip. The staff throughout the hotel – from reception to bar and housekeeping – contributed to making the stay very pleasant. Their kindness and professionalism deserve to be highlighted. Another special mention goes to the plant-based breakfast options; including a delicious vegan croissant :). . We will for sure come again. Many thanks again to the entire team and big shoutout for the reception for making our visit so enjoyable and for us possible to easily prolongue our stay twice. :)
