WIFI is unstable, for me but also my colleagues. Not acceptable for a business hotel. Elevator is also a plague. You need to review your standards based on the relatively high price charged.
Very nice establishment, location and staff
Great location, easy to get everywhere in the city. Clean and modern designed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
I had a wonderful stay at One Motel during my recent trip to Brussels. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the friendly reception staff and cozy lobby bar to the well-kept rooms and helpful staff throughout. It was my first time staying at this motel, and I look forward to returning again."
Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee/tea/drinks available for purchase in the lobby. Nice communal space to hang out. Very good value for the price.
Great location. Brilliant hotel. Breakfast good. Bar area nice. Room clean. Small and no tea /coffee making facility. Ideal for a city break to Brussels
Super nice. Friendly staff, quick check-in, clean areas and clean room. I like that you have the option to skip the cleaning; I stayed just two nights and it's honestly pretty pointless to clean up in between then. Also thumbs up for a proper beer selection in the bar!
hotel was clean and service was good. Room do not have enough place for cloths or other storage. Quality of breakfast was medium. Lounge/bar seats were not very comfortable
The perfect hotel and location for a visit to Brussels. Simple, no fuss rooms with the option of a limitless, continental breakfast if required (extra cost) Close enough to the rail station and well situated for all the major destinations in the city. Helpful, attentive staff.
The room was neat and clean with variety of options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful at the reception. Location is in the city center with a walkable distance to public transport.
The room was clean ! the breakfast was wonderful. I am not a big fan of sweets and bread, but the buffet was quite balanced. There was oat milk, soy milk, even vegan cheese and salami. I have never seen this before in a hotel breakfast. I only wish that there would be more vegetables like cucumber, carrots etc. I enjoyed my stay very much.
Friendly staff and very attending. Room was simple with all necessary basic amenities. Water in the room would be a nice touch
Eveything OK, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, quietness of the room. The choice for breakfast is good (excellent espresso, which is not always the case), but the price is a bit too high, a more reasonable amount would have resulted in a 10 rating
Lovely hotel. Nice dark rooms. Well positioned, clean, very polite and helpful staff.
Very good stay, friendly check in personnell.
All ok but the aircon fro the rooms was terrible. I was freezing and trembling all night, horrible experience.
Really cold rooms, no amenities, no fridge, bad service and noisy doors.
Clean, awesome room, super nice staff that helps you every time. The elevators are a little bit slow but that’s a small thing to complain ☺️
Good but not fancy.
Check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was small but that was what we expected and was perfect for what we needed and clean. A little disappointed that there was no kettle of coffee facilities in the room. I had seen this but unusual in modern nice hotels of this calibre. The reason I have marked the score down is lack of coffee facilities in room and need to pay in the bar and the worst point for me is feeling obliged by the bar staff to add a tip when paying. Every occasion we used the bar it was said ‘you can add a tip and then proceed’ again never something I have experienced in other hotels and a little offputting. A tip should be for good service not doing the bare minimum to perform your function.
We were warmly welcomed and allowed to check in early which is unheard of these days! Our room was lovely and breakfast vast and tasty. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel is nicely located.
Good: Very good hotel, well located just a few minutes from the main tourist attractions. The rooms are very cozy and modern. Everything is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The price is also very good compared to other hotels in the same category. Not so good: It's not really a problem with the hotel, but it's part of the experience. The parking lot, which is in the same building as the hotel and which is suggested for use, is extremely unsafe. If you read the reviews, there are several cases of people having their cars vandalized, windows broken and things stolen. Even though it's a third-party parking lot, if you stay at the hotel and have a problem with your car, the whole experience becomes a disaster, and the hotel should be concerned about this, because it ends up interfering with the hotel's image as well. PS: We ended up parking in another parking lot further away which was safer, but we had to walk 10 minutes to the hotel.
Very convenient location; courteous staff; simple and straightforward quality, but disappointing (and unapologetic) negative response to being able to have an extra hour at check-out.
Quiet room - very good Eggs and Bacon missed at breakfast Some of the chairs a bit too low However, overall very nice
Really good hotel. Centrally located. I would stay again if in Brussels. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was underwhelming considering the cost, and it was very surprising not to have coffee/tea in the room. Minor point, but the housekeeper cleaned the room despite a sign being hung on the door asking not to.
Always great! Staff, accomodation, breakfast ...
The usual efficiency, comfort and good value you expect from Motel One. A bit of a climb back from the Grand Place but the area around the hotel has some great options. Avoid Floyd’s cocktail bar opposite and head towards the park for better options.
Always consistent and good.
Groundfloor backside a bit noisy at the floorside, but anyway not that a big issue
Well located, very good vibe great room.
Overall it was fine for my business trip. The constantly flashing fire alarm at night wasn't very nice. A kettle with tea in the room would've been a nice touch. I also stayed on the 0 floor (had previously stayed on one of the upper floors) and it wasn't very pleasant having to walk through the breakfast area every morning to get out of the hotel.
Nice hotel, good location, but impaired by too many guests attending breakfast. Difficult to get table and access to food
Excellent hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable room, although rather small. Good situation. Very good breakfast.
Room was clean, service was good and breakfast ok. Would have preferred a little larger room and more fresh fruit options at breakfast
Very good service. Good location.
Happy with the room size and layout and convenient location. My overall score is 8.5 as there was major construction happening at the hotel starting at 8am which was disruptive. We would have appreciated prior warning about the construction so that we could have made alternative plans on those days.
Perfect option for a short stay period. Clean, cozy, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
The experience was great. The room was extremely comfortable and the possibility of not having cleaning services everyday, for us, it was a plus. The only thing we noticed was the absence of a mini-fridge. There was no problem, but it could contribute to some extra comfort.
Very clean and efficient hotel. Nice and non nonsense design.
Great location, courteous staff, simple and stylish. No drinking water provided in rooms is now out of keeping with your increased room price point. It is standard in all but the lowest budget hotels. Breakfast is good but no seating available at the peak (i.most convenient) time for business travellers. It would be good to find a workaround for this. Tourists can flex but we can’t.
Dinner was just a sandwich. I was hoping for something a little more substantial.
Really nice staff who deal with a super busy hotel. Wish there was a tea kettle in the room.
The position of the hotel is perfect, very close to the city center. The lounge area very comfortable, room was clean, very good breakfast, personnel nice.
Sadly for us this modern hotel doesn't really suit our needs. We are still very active 70 year old but low seating in the lobby, limited dining tables for breakfast and the layout of the bedrooms reduced our comfort. The breakfast lacked variety over a 3 night stay. There is no privacy with rooms overlooked, we had curtains closed most of the time. The location is excellent, some of your staff were very friendly- in particular a waiter called Jimi . The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. Great that breakfast is from 6am.
Alles super
The accommodations at Motel One in Brussels was adequate even though the bathroom was very small. We were also placed at the room furthest from the elevator. The front desk staff, bartender, and breakfast staff were all very rude. The breakfast was also not adequate.
After 3 months of staying here I can say that you have a wonderful and professional team, starting from the reception, waiters and maids. Clean, warm and most importantly, it feels almost like you are at home!
it would be nice if there were hot food for breakfast and water cookers with tea and cups in each room.
Really clean and cosy, bedroom and communal spaces all well dressed
Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast, but could be improved a bit.
