The above-mentioned personal data will be processed and stored for the purpose of sending event invitations and information.

We collect the data in principle in direct contact with the affected Person.

Legal basis of processing
Legal basis of the collection and processing constitutes the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR with Recital 47. The legitimate interest lies in the maintenance of the business relationship.

Duration of processing
The processing of the personal data ends after expiration of the statutory retention obligation or after a good cause.

If you object, we will cease the processing of your personal data, unless we can provide compelling legitimate grounds for processing which prove that these prevail your interest, rights and freedoms or that processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
