MOTEL ONE OPENS THE DOORS TO NEW MOTEL ONE MANCHESTER-ST. PETER’S SQUARE
Alongside two other Manchester city centre hotels (Piccadilly and Royal Exchange), Motel One Manchester-St. Peter’s Square is the perfect base for exploring the city and its attractions, including the neo-Gothic Town Hall, Manchester Cathedral, and Chetham’s Library.

Market entry in Scandinavia
Following the conclusion of a lease agreement with Pandox in Copenhagen, Motel One is due to open its first Scandivian property in October. The design-budget hotel group will continue the operations of the existing h27 hotel in the city centre close to the City Hall and the Tivoli.

MOTEL ONE RELEASES FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 2020
Affordable design hotel group Motel One, like all businesses in the travel industry, has been impacted by the current economic challenge posed by the COVID-19 virus. In 2020 sales decreases by 63% resulting in a loss of EUR 102 million. Occupancy figures for the year closed at 28% (previous year: 77%).

Funds managed by Proprium Capital Partners agree to acquire a 35 per cent interest in Motel One
Proprium Capital Partners and Motel One GmbH are pleased to announce that funds managed by Proprium Capital Partners have agreed to acquire the 35% interest in Motel One owned by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special Situations Fund III.

Motel One opens its first hotel in Paris
