Very good hotel. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient.
Keurig hotel, ziet er precies uit als op de foto's. Goed bed, schone badkamer, heel vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader

Great staff at the hotel
Absolutely great stay …. very clean & comfortable . Only slight criticism was that items at breakfast which had been emptied were not replaced …. eg eggs , fruit compote , ….
The hotel was good, well situated and lovely staff. The lounge area was nice to spend time in and the blue sweets are nice. It lost points for me as our room was exceptionally dusty which has given me a sore throat for a few days. It was so dusty that if I left my phone on the table for a short while, there would be a visible layer of dust on the screen. This isn’t normal levels of dust. I think it was being sent around the room by the air vent, so would be good to regularly clean those. Otherwise the hotel was good value for money and I would think about staying again at other MotelOnes.
The staff was friendly and helpful - particularly during the fire alarm went off.

From our entire trip this was our favorite place to stay! Location was great! The room was excellent! When we come back to Scotland, we’ll be rebooking!
Clean good value no hassle
Even if we only came for one night, we had a great experience at Motel One Glasgow. We were able to check-in early and were offered the choice of to get a low level room or a high one, picked the latter and were very pleased with the view over Glasgow city. The staff was very friendly and the room was super comfortable.
Everything about our stay went smoothly. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location in the heart of Glasgow is fantastic.
Very convenient for Glasgow Central station, good-sized room which was very clean with everything working as it should. Staff on reception were welcoming and helpful. Overall a very satisfactory experience.
Personnel très accueillant, situé près de la gare et des commerces, à un carrefour assez fréquenté. Literie confortable et chambre bien entretenue. Toutefois, la couette était un peu légère pour la saison (pas de couveture supplémentaire) et il n'y avait pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres. Ce point peut être amélioré, surtout en hiver. Check-in et check-out facile et équipe d'accueil agréable.

Lovely hotel and our room was excellent, only criticism was there was only one person serving at the bar with a large queue when three people were working at the reception desk, helping the bar staff when there is a queue would avoid frustration from patrons
Was very welcoming and got a room upgrade which was nice. Only bad thing was wait 20 minutes at the bar for my free water.
The only reason it didn't get a 10 was the TV gave our a glow even when off and was irritating when trying to get to sleep

Great hotel, check in and out process was very efficient. Only one irk was that we could not reset the TV back to the fireplace setting which would have been good to have had the ability to do this

As a solo traveller the location is ideal & it’s bar is comfortable to sit in on your own & have a drink & read without feeling awkward.
Comfortable room. Reasonable price. Clean and well kept. Friendly helpful reception staff. Breakfast on Sunday was missing fruit salad which was disappointing. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay again.

Thanks to the team at Motel One Glasgow had lovely two day & two night stay. All staff friendly & welcoming The areas could improve include- Breakfast - adding rolled Scottish porridge oats, non sugar healthy muesli. Option to add flaxseeds, mixed seeds & blueberries The pillows could be tweaked to a more traditional flatter pillow Shower create groove in tiling to prevent water flowing onto floor Heating hard to heat up room more high tech thermostat needed Breakfast too hot Tv I players & not all channel’s seemed to work Add additional channels such as Netflix & Disney Thanks all
I love Motel One, it's a chain that I trust. The bed was fantastic, the staff welcoming and friendly and the bar very relaxing. The situation of the hotel was perfect for all my needs and the parking validation saved me a lot of money. I will be back.
Usually I would score higher than this but my last stay was up to the usuals standards, The room I had was an accessible room and the heating did not work and the bed was not the usual standard.
Room 12-24: the dial heating system seemed broken (or not working properly), with no option to switch off the fan at night ( it was too loud for me) and i could not sleep properly. Likewise, the TV screen, which starts automatically by inserting the card, when in standby mode was too bright. So I has to chose between stay with no current in the room (remove the card so the TV was off) or keep the TV on a standby mode. Breakfast was ok, good variety of bread, but no hot breakfast as option (like porridge, or English breakfast, or other food usually ordered for brunch). The selection of cold meets and cheese seemed poor to me, as well as yogurt, there was no flavoured yogurt in tubs, only from the bawl (which it was just plain). I was expecting little bit more for a hotel of your calibre.

Excellent hotel and location. Staff were amazing.
As always, staff were lovely and the hotel lobby and room decor were nice. Unfortunately on this occasion there were a couple of issues with the room we stayed in (602) being that the TV didn't switch off properly so there was a dim light all the time, the plumbing hot water made a very loud squeaking noise, and the sink was blocked and a bit slow to drain. Not the usual standard we have expected from Motel One.

Helpful staff behind Reception desk made Booking in very easy. Wonderful location, just at the side of Central Station. Comfortable and compact Room, with just three hangers for clothes - OK for a 1 night stay. Efficient lifts for easy access to all floors .I was on floor 3 of 12. Breakfast was simple and wholesome. I had no requirement to visit the Lounge & Bar, and so can't judge. I'll be happy to use this Hotel next time I visit Glasgow. Basin did NOT have a fixed plug, and only a slow drain ~ by design I was advised, which made teeth cleaning unnecessarily messy! The TV would not turn off properly via the remote control, as it had an override that provided additional information services about the Hotel! AFTER 'switching off' via the Remote, it would constantly re-awaken with a blank screen that lit up the room making sleep impossible ~ so I had to unplug the mains lead for the wall-mounted TV. The drencher shower provided an adequate shower, BUT when I literally just touched the thermostat to tweak up the temperature very slightly, it then proceeded to subsequently pulseo hot then cold for about a second each - making further showering quite impossible (reported both shower and TV Issues to Reception, before departing).
Very central location, good value price, friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little smaller than I expected, and compared to other hotels a little worn here and there. But great night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed.
