Very nice and helpful staff made me feel welcome. Amazing views from 12th floor. The bar/ breakfast room at 13th floor even more amazing views all around. Quiet, clean, perfect location next to the railway station. Good value for the money.
Excellent hotel, superbly placed for Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. Superb room with a view. One of the best hotel bars as well!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Thought the bar and breakfast area was spectacular especially with the view. Enjoyed our stay.
Conveniently located near the train station. Room was clean, its size is good enough for a couple, and the view from the window was nice.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with motel one. 1) Amazingly peasant, professional and efficient staff. 2) Great breakfast with incredible view of the city and nearby mountains. 3) Clean and tight room but functional and very comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located, very clean and rhe staff is very friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast in the beautiful top floor bar. Everything was delicious, but we were a little disappointed that there was nothing hot offered.

Clean and modern. Rooms a little small but comfortable. Breakfast was good but very busy after 8am.
The hotel was lovely and clean great location. We were early they held our bags and let us explore. The room was modern and had great views. The only reason it isn’t a 10 is you just need to know you do hear the trains sometimes but if you don’t want to walk far with your bags it is a ten min walk to the golden roof so easy to get to everywhere and at the end of the night they have a rooftop bar that is absolutely the best view day or night
Small rooms and not reasonable for 2 occupants Modern appointments but strange analog air con controllers that stops for no reason and became unbearable I woke at 10.45 unable to breathe due to lack of air in the room.fortunately I had asthma medication to alleviate my anxiety. When going to breakfast we noticed the room next door slept with door open. Breakfast was 17EU for basic continental and no muesli (cornflakes,clusters,plain Oates and chocolate clusters which could be augmented with a selection of chopped up apples oranges pineapple etc.lack of actual muesli was unique for an Austrian hotel. Micro bowls for cereal and budget coffee for their machines.at check in we were told views and aspect was equally good but railway yard went all night and after opening the slither door whistles kept us alert through the early morning hours. Overall it was an ordeal never to be repeated

We stayed in the room with a balcony that overlooked the mountains. I have never felt so much peace in a hotel before. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. This place is something special and all the workers were kind, friendly and welcoming.

Great view from the 11th floor, very small room & no fridge
Great hotel in a superb location. The room was small but comfortable, and the bar offered incredible views. Breakfast was excellent, although service could be a little chaotic at times and there were often crumbs left on the floor. Check-in was great and the staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the staff member on checkout was unfriendly, which left a somewhat disappointing final impression of an otherwise enjoyable stay.
This is an extremely nice hotel. Very well run, extremely clean, efficient facility and the nicest staff on the front desk. I will stay here again, if they will have me. I do have one complaint. The breakfast room is spectacular and does a good job with a nice buffet. But it is so annoying that the breakfast personnel come around a half an hour before closing and warn occupants that they have to leave in thirty minutes. Yes, they do it very nicely, but I do not want to be kicked out at the stroke of closing. One morning, I had my cup of tea taken for cleaning the second I put it down. I understand that the staff wants to be able to clean the room, but it should not be at the expense of comfort of the patrons. Let patrons leisurely finish their food and coffee, and work around the late arrivals.Remove the food from the buffet at the closing hour, but do not kick people out from finishing their food that they already have at their tables. If patrons want to sit with a cup of coffee to enjoy the view and relax, LET THEM. Just my opinion.

If a tourist is paying $250.00 Canadian a night at least the hotel can protea kettle and coffee.
Beautiful decor, classy rooms, great morning coffee and perfect location
the room space is quite tight for 2 persons. I was in 903 for 04 nights 15 sep till 18 sep 2026. Also should have live kitchen for breakfast like egg station.
It is very close to the railway which is unfortunate. The lounge-chairs in the breakfast area are not necessary; traditional chairs (which are a bit higher!) would be preferable.
Easy access to Innsbruck main train station. The staff were very friendly. We arrived very early and were able to store our bags until check in at 3pm. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a kettle. The rooftop bar and bar staff are nice. We had a coffee up there and it was a nice coffee and reasonable price. The room was nice and quiet too. We don't eat breakfast so can't comment on this. Would recommend staying here especially if you are arriving/leaving by train.
Feels like home. I always stay at the hotel whenever i visit Innsbruck. Fabulous position, breathtaking view from rooms, always polite and ready to help staff
Fantastic location right next to the train station, super friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast and very sunny room! The one thing I thought was that the air conditioning in the breakfast room was aggressively cold... I want to give extra credits to Veronika (or Veronica) who checked us in, and did an outstanding job at making us feel welcome at the hotel. Absolutely 10/10 service.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location! Right next to the main station and a 10 minute walk into the Old Town. The staff were excellent and breakfast was very good. But the rooftop bar sets this hotel above all others in Innsbruck.. the view is breathtaking!
Although the breakfast area has a nice view, its size doesn't cater well for the demand. Room lighting appeared to be design driven rather than practicality.
We had breakfast on the last day only just to try it out but it was definitely not worth 18€ per person as it was lacking warm food except boiled eggs, which were not cooked properly. Everything else was just fine. The hotel I can recommend the breakfast no, nothing worth the money.
We always try to stay here when in Innsbruck as we love the location. Special thanks to the young lady who checked us in and was super helpful and friendly!
Great room and friendly staff , had a problem with a leaky sink but was all taken care of with no fuss only helpfulness. great view from the room , it was a WOW factor , only thing I would change would be the beer choice in the bar , Trumer is not brilliant , so many better beers out there.... but that is the only thing, great location , friendly staff , especially the young Irish lady , but to be fair they were all helpful and friendly.
A beautiful hotel with perfect location and an amazing view, very clean and modern. I stayed a lot in Innsbruck and first time to stay there and one of my best experiences.

Gosh, we’ve had such a nice time. The location is great. Not dead central but still walking distance to the old town. Top floor bar is absolutely amazing! I house parking is very convey but also expensive.
Worth the views!
The hotel is located, as usual, in a strategic position. Unfortunately the mattress wasn't as confortable as I am used to (referring to others Motel One). The bathroomis very tiny and the walk inn hower maybe isn't the right choice. We'd really appreciate a stool or another small chair. We had a stunning view of the city and the air conditioning was ok

It was the weirdest Motel One I've visited and I've visited quite a few. Bar closed at 1am? I customary get espresso 3-4am at Motel One so this was a bit disappointing. During breakfast hotel guy approached my table just to remind me and my wife that they're closing in 20 minutes... mate don't stress me when I eat because I respect nature laws more than your rules. At the end of breakfast some guy was walking with a spreadsheet and taking pictures of everything while the team was jumping around him idk I'm not coming back to this weird country without my own RV. To be fair I drove there straight from Barcelona's Motel One where crew was relaxed, nice and easy so observing these differences between cultures so distant was super interesting and fun. Cheers!

Vi nød at blive så hjertelig modtaget i receptionen. Fin service og rent værelse alt var i orden. Rigtig dejlig udsigt fra roofbar og morgenmad restauranten. Vi var vildt imponeret og nød den til fulde. Skøn morgen mad med alt hvad hjertet kan begære. En helt igennem dejlig oplevelse.

Innsbrucks beliggenhed må siges at være unik. Den lille bjergmetropol flankeres af Alperne hele vejen rundt, hvilket både fungerer som en art beskyttende og naturlig bymur, og samtidig giver det adgang til store naturoplevelser i umiddelbar forlængelse af centrum.På en og samme dag kan du derfor: starte med at udforske Innsbrucks charmerende gamle bydel for senere at nyde panoramaudsigten fra Karwendelbjergkæden, der i daglig tale også bare kaldes for Nordkette.
Turen derop tager kun 20 minutter med bjergbane fra centrum. Helt heroppe i 2334 meters højde har du en fantastisk udsigt ud over både by og bjerge. Tag en dyb indånding, nyd øjeblikket og ikke mindst den fantastiske 360 graders panoramaudsigt. Det må da kaldes en god start på ferien, ikke?
Innsbruck – her går natur og kultur op i en højere enhed
Hånden på hjertet: Ingen anden storby kan prale af en så unik kombination af natur- og kulturskatte som Innsbruck. Her rimer kultur i den grad på natur og omvendt. Lad os starte med en historisk byrundtur: Et besøg i Innsbruck ville ikke være komplet uden en tur forbi huset med det gyldne tag, Goldene Dachl. Allerede på lang afstand bliver man draget af det glitrende guldtag. Den kostbare konstruktion blev til på foranledning af Kejser Maximilian I, som i det 16. århundrede gav ordre om opførelse af den yderst værdifulde bygning med sine 2657 lueforgyldte tagspåner af kobber.
Innsbruck kan desuden takke Kejser Maximilian I. for endnu en enestående pragtbygning – slottet Hofburg. Den stort anlagte slotsbygning har beriget bybilledet med sine sengotiske elementer helt siden starten af det 16. århundrede. Intet under, at også Kejserinde Sissi lod en prægtig lejlighed indrette til sig selv på slottet, så hun havde en passende residens under sine besøg i Innsbruck.
Arkitektur-entusiaster bør afgjort også sætte kurs mod Innsbrucks ældste bydel, Anpruggen. Den historiske bydel ved Inn-flodens venstre bred er som taget ud af en turistbrochure med sine pastelfarvede husfacader og den skarpt aftegnede bjergkulisse i baggrunden.
Men nok om arkitektur og kultur, nu skal det handle om naturen: Besøg Europas højest beliggende zoo, Alpenzoo Innsbruck. Her kan du opleve flere end 150 alpine dyrearter, fra den brune bjørn og lossen til fiskeodder og skæggrib. Skal der endnu mere fart over feltet? Så besøg byens 134 meter høje skihopbakke, Bergiselschanze. Området Berginsel er dog mere end bare adrenalinsport og skihop – fans af kulinariske glæder har i den grad også grund til at kigge forbi. På toppen venter nemlig restauranten Bergisel Sky samt en stor panoramaterrasse, der begge nås på under to minutter med to topmoderne elevatorer. Med denne udsigt smager din wienerschnitzel uden tvivl straks endnu bedre.

Der er bare ét problem: al den shopping gør en sulten. Heldigvis er vejen tilbage til hotellet noget nær brolagt med restauranter, barer og små spisesteder.
