Very well located, nice design and vibrant atmosphere
Opened the door to my room and it absolutely stank of cigarettes. I went downstairs and asked for another room and they told me there were no other rooms. They came up to the room and opened the windows and turned on the bathroom fan and told me to go up to the bar for a drink (I arrived at 23:30, I was exhausted and had no interest in another drink). At 1:00, I went back down to the room and it not only still smelled terrible, it was now freezing cold as well. I went back down to the front desk and said the room was unacceptable and I was beyond exhausted - quick as can be, he handed me the key to a new room. Now tell me why that couldn't have happened an hour and a half earlier? Worst service ever, truly. I only got 4 hours of sleep and missed an important event in the morning.
I like the hotel and am generally happy there. But my room on the 12th floor was somewhat noisy (because of the rooftop bar), both in the late evening and in the early morning. And I find the seating in the bar uncomfortable for breakfast: too many tables are too low for comfort. The background music is irritatingly loud.
A room of good standard and a nice breakfast experience. Most of all is the service excellence we experienced. All the people we met were very helpful and nice.

I understand that the hotel is business hotel which i booked because of the location. The receptions are ok (some are willing to service some did because of the duty.) I hardly complain about the hotel because i expect what i paid for. The worse thing is the staff at the bar, i asked for the seat available but he point at my face and tell me (not ask me) to out to wait outside. I understand that under the busy situation he may stress and don't want to talk nice to me. But you are the service provider, I'm a customer that at least i pay for the hotel. When i complain with the reception, he said he understand but doesn't feel of any understanding at all just a plain script. I think more training needed for some staff here

Great location, gorgeous view, excellent breakfast and staff. Very comfortable bed.
I give low score because of the following reasons: reception service was very disappointing, from not answering the phone for hours to delays on check in/out or staff not available. Breakfast service not existence, very crowded, dirty tables and very messy. Rooms are nice and clean.
The overall experience was only satisfactory as we had to ask to change rooms after one night. The original room assigned on the 12th floor was noisy (unusual for Motel One!) and we could hear not only the guests in the neighbouring room and bathroom but also noise from the floor above, i.e. the Rooftop Bar Level, which lasted through to at least 1 a.m. Also the A/C in the original room was not working and as the room was south and west facing it became very hot and stuffy by the afternoon when we checked in and did not cool down during the night. We therefore asked to be moved the next day and were assigned a room on the 11th floor that was satisfactory. The reception staff were helpful and willing to make the changes without any fuss.
All good, only the breakfast coffee was ways too difficult to get. Why do you not put there a traditional can of coffee, so that the extremely long coffee waiting line can be avoided? Thanks.

From the moment of arriving until I departed, the Hotel’s staff and amenities were excellent…The location near the Old Town, train and bus stations were perfect…
The location is right next to the train station, so convenient to the station and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The rooms are super comfortable, a little small, but have everything you need. Amro is a delight, and je looked after us. Please book if you want to have a drink in the rooftop bar as it is busy. We loved our stay in Innsbruck.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center, next to the central railway station, and very convenient for food, restaurants, and shopping malls. Getting a taxi was never an issue, available 24/7. The hotel offers great value for money. My room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, with a beautiful sunrise view and stunning views of the Alps. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, a perfect choice for both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!
Excellent option in Innsbruck, convenient location just a couple of meters from the train station, still very quiet. Great views from the balcony. Staff is helpful and friendly. Really recommend staying here.
Hôtel facile d’accès. Chambre un peu petite, très propre. Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner très complet et en Rooftop très agréable. Avons pris un snack et un apéritif au Rooftop, très agréable, zen, vue sur la ville d’innsbruck. Même si l’hôtel se trouve à côté de la gare et de la voie ferrée, aucun bruit lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées.
The room was a bit small to fit two suitcases but otherwise the hotel was great.
Hotel très agréable à proximité immédiate de la gare et des commerces. Personnel aimable. Les chambres sont d'une taille suffisante avec une douche italienne très agréable. Espace bureau avec prise et siège confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner tant pour la diversité et la qualité des produits proposés que pour la vue sur la ville et les montagnes.

The corner room overlooking Innsbruck was just a miracle. Quite tiny room but good design. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom amenities were great. Breakfast with fantastic huge selection with breathtaking view. Location is impeccable at the Central Station. Kind and professional personnel at the reception and in the Bar. Also loved the Bar's design and cocktail choices without alcohol. I highly recommend this city hotel for all kind of travellers.

Awesome! Room and accommodations were terrific. The 13th floor bar is a definite bonus. The front desk staff was outstanding. We arrived early and fortunately a room was available. The gentleman who helped us was super helpful in recommending restaurants with traditional Austrian food and other things nearby. We would absolutely stay again.
The hotel is great and well situated next to the main train station. The only problem we had this time was that the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room the first night and Innsbruck had a high of 33 degrees celcius that day. We reported this to reception and luckily the problem was solved the next day. As a corporate member, doing quite a bit of business these past few years with Motel One, I would have expected a comped breakfast or at least a bottle of water due to this inconvenience. Another thing was that our room was not cleaned very well on the last night and no fresh towels were provided. The hallway outside our room was also full of crumbs that were not vacuumed during the length of our stay (4 nights).
Very small room + we had a room at the corner and the AC was not sufficient to keep the room cool. I think it was at least +25C in the room, even we kept the curtains closed for the full day. No parking and the partner parking where you receive discount was full so needed to pay full price in another parking. Great view from the room and breakfast area

While the balcony/bar area on the top is nice on the evenings,it does give the impression of a lack of atmosphere when you enter on the ground floor at the small reception area . It gives a different feeling to other motel one entrance areas,a lack of personality and atmosphere we have felt in others. The small but important issue for most travellers nowadays,is the ability to connect their Android device or a stick device to a hdmi output on the room tv. This is not the case in any other Motel One we have enjoyed.The tv was a new Samsung,but no facility or option to connect anything,i think this is a big step backwards. It would allow your guests from around the world to have more of a choice when in the room,and a feeling of home from home if allowed to access these options,and it would not cost anything as wifi is included. At one point both of our keys would not work ,to either access the room,the lifts or worse,the floors from the stairwell,this is a major safety concern in my opinion. If power to the building or systems took place ,could people who were to use the stairs to evacuate then access lower floors ? It was not possible when BOTH of our room keys would not work. Motel one is always super clear, and reasonably priced in general . I had booked 5 nights in Munich ,and during the 5 days we decided to travel to Innsbruck,so I booked a room,while already having paid for the 5 After arriving ,and after paying for a room,160 euros for the Special One, I was under the opinion I would receive a corner room with a view .I did not,i received a normal room as far as i am aware,I then received a discount offer on the app,not via email ,if i wished to make another booking. This would have been much more appreciated if i had received this before i had made the booking for Innsbruck,and also via email not just on the app,but i am not clear on the terms and conditions of this particular offer. To sum up,room keys should not stop working to access,rooms ,lifts or exits ,stairs at all times It should be possible to connect to the in room tv/media via , android/cast hdmi etc Any offers should be available to you as a Beone member, ie, on website or email not just via an app , especially if you have already had a booking on the same date . We only use Motelone while traveling in Germany, Austria ,Ireland, Uk and plan to in Poland and other destinations,we recommend it to all our friends and families .
Pros - Room looks new and is considered clean. I had a corner room and absolutely love the view 😊 Staff are polite and helpful. Location is great as it’s next to the hbf. Suggest areas to improve - bathroom has no ventilation and the entire bathroom was moist after each shower. Shower area has no door and the toilet floor was all wet no matter how I tried to angle myself. While I managed to borrow one from the reception counter, suggest to place an electric kettle and proper cups/glasses in each room as I may not be lucky everytime. Overall, my stay has been a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only thing that could be better is bigger tables at breakfast.
Mobile key via phone is great but does not work in the elevators- so it is useless basically
Amazing experience i had the pleasure to spend a few nights in the location in berlin so I had to book again for my trip to innsbruck. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff is kind and professional I will definitely try other locations
The air conditioning was very poor. The water pressure was very poor even on boost mode. On the plus side the roof terrace was incredible so it was disappointing both the former points let it down. Staff were beyond friendly.
Good quality and service. I only stayed one night, so I couldn't check the room cleaning. Awesome views from the top bar/restaurant/breakfast room. Excellent reception service on arrival. Friendly staff overall. Conveniently located beside the station, although trains start circulating at 6am and you can feel them from the room facing the tracks. Room is quite tiny and so is the bathroom. Quite limited breakfast choice. Coffee is good.
L’homme de la réception était très désagréable à notre arrivée. Il n’y a aucune étagère de rangement dans les chambres. Quand l’hôtel est plein, aucune place de petit déjeuner n’est disponible. Le prix est donc excessif pour le service rendu.
Surprise au moment du check-in car l'employée n'a pas tout de suite reconnu notre qualité de membre ni retrouvé le code du bon pour un petit-déjeuner offert. Pareil pour la bouteille d'eau offerte que nous avons du réclamer. La facturation aussi a été laborieuse.
Motel One Innsbruck offre un service de bonne qualité plutôt standard. La chambre était propre et confortable mais plutôt petite, la salle de bains moderne mais sans aucun accessoire offert (ex savonnette, bonnet de bains etc). La TV ne fonctionnait pas, cependant un fond d’écran animé avec musique d’ambiance était très agréable. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable, le bar au 13e étage joliment décoré avec une belle vue de 360•. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la prise en charge de mon changement de réservation à cause des intempéries en Autriche pendant la période de mon séjour.

Très agréable séjour au Motel One d’Innsbruck Établissement idéalement placé à proximité de la gare et du centre historique de la ville. L’hôtel est très bien tenu, propre et fonctionnel. Le personnel est charmant et disponible.

Parfait. Cependant, l'architecture avec les façades entièrement vitrées ne donne pas un sentiment d'intimité et de sécurité.
La seule ombre au tableau est la 1 ère nuit où il y avait du bruit dans la chambre 9.3 le vent très fort ce jour là faisait bouger l’enseigne sur la façade et celle ci tapait contre le mur.🤨 Mais finalement le lendemain nous avons pu changer de chambre grâce à la gentillesse de la réception. merci à vous 🙏 La deco du bar est très belle, lampe design et moderne. Il manquait peut être juste une touche créativité sur la carte des cocktails
Bonjour, Accueil : 1-Pourquoi ne pas faire le necessaire pour que des membres de l'accueil parle aussi Francais , comme ils parlent Anglais, Allemand bien sur, mais aussi espagnol, Italien..Etc ..? Cela a été une difficulté majeure pour nous de ne pas nous faire comprendre. 2-Pour une journée et demie en parking, j'ai du regler 44 € ! un tarif prohibitif. Pourquoi l'hotel ne fait il pas bénéficier d'un tarif "HOTEL" a ses clients , ne pensez vous pas ? 3- Vous devriez regarder de plus près votre clientelle chinoise ou Indienne...c'est dans les sacs que ces "touristes" profitent des bienfaits du petit déjeuner....sans commentaire. 4-Concernant la TV, pourquoi ne donnez vous pas la possibilité de pouvoir regarder des films ou séries en Francais ? La TV d'ailleurs est très mal reglée, et France 24 en Francais ....c'est vraiment pas bon
Hôtel moderne bien situé, personnel très accueillant, chambre confortable avec literie de qualité. Seul bémol: le manque de rangement ( pas de placard mais juste un rack à vêtements). Vue incroyable depuis le lounge.

Innsbruck : quand la nature rencontre la culture
Qu’on se le dise : il y a peu de capitales régionales comme Innsbruck qui jouent aussi habilement avec les trésors naturels et culturels. Innsbruck a aussi bien la main verte qu’elle dispose d’un riche patrimoine culturel. Commençons donc par un peu d’histoire : à Innsbruck, il est impossible de passer à côté du Goldene Dachl, le petit toit doré. De loin déjà, ce balcon en alcôve situé en plein centre de la vieille ville attire le regard. C’est à l’empereur Maximilien Ier que l’on doit cette superbe construction. Il a commandité ce précieux monument composé de 2657 bardeaux de cuivre dorés à chaud au tournant du XVIe siècle.
Innsbruck doit également un autre de ses joyaux historiques à l’empereur Maximilien Ier : le palais de la Hofburg. Depuis le début du XVIe siècle déjà, cette demeure impériale est venue enrichir le paysage urbain avec ses éléments du gothique tardif. Il n’est pas étonnant que l’impératrice Sissi y ait fait aménager un somptueux appartement pour ses visites à Innsbruck.
Les amateurs d’architecture trouveront également des sujets pour leurs photos en se promenant dans les rues. Le quartier historique sur la rive gauche de l’Inn semble tout droit sorti d’un livre d’images, avec ses façades de maisons aux couleurs vives et la Nordkette qui apparaît en arrière-plan, comme sculptée par un artiste.
Mais assez parlé de culture à Innsbruck, place maintenant à la nature ! L’Alpenzoo, le zoo le plus haut d’Europe, vous attend déjà. Entrez et découvrez plus de 150 espèces d’animaux alpins, qu’il s’agisse d’ours bruns, de lynx, de loutres ou de gypaètes barbus. Le tremplin de Bergisel permet également de prendre de la hauteur.
