Not too clean, was there for 4 nights, and have might doubts if the floor was hoovered once, also the toilet flush didn't work properly

Perfect location, nice staff, super quiet room
Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough to have some closed storage for clothes and a small fridge/cooler but for some reason did not. The ambience at the bar is great and the prices fair. Plenty of outside space too.
I've stayed several times and always enjoy it. I love the location, the ambience, and the value for money. If I had one minor comment it would be that I do enjoy a hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, porridge) and a slightly broader menu besides toasted sandwiches the rest of the day. Howevere, those are small things. You would be my first choice again when I come to Vienna.
The mini safe is a very good equipment. Usually, I always miss a small fridge from hotels.

the only negative point is the contact at the reception, I did not feel welcome; although it was not busy at the time of arrival/departure, I felt like if I would disturbing... ; personal at breakfast was very friendly and attentive

Generally the location and quality of the hotel ist great. Unfortunately we found a condom behind the sofa in our room. Room service seems to be a problem.

Amazing rooms, great staff
Very confortable and located close to Messe and Prater and, very important, to the Metro station. Room very quite and clean. All services worked perfectly. Good quality breakfast with a wide choice of food. You can't miss the cocktail bar!
There was cold outside and in hotel the heating did not work
- it was all very good - a small, but somewhat annoying aspect for a non-smoking hotel and for me as a non-smoker: I stayed in room 328 and whenever I opened my windown throughout day or late night there was smoke entering through the window due to smokers standing in the smoking area on the terrace outside the breakfast area = this smoking area should be removed and places somewhere where the smoke cannot bother anyone.
Good location and decent rooms, but the parking was very impractical – the entrance was extremely narrow for an SUV and the exit required driving against the traffic signs. The TV didn’t work (likely dead remote batteries), and one towel had a torn edge, which even caused me to lose balance after a shower.
Excellent stay as usual. Look forward to come back.

Rooms don’t have kettles or drinking water and there are no shampoo, conditioner, body creams which you can find in other 3 stars, so if travelling for business it’s inconvenient to having to carry your own shampoo and conditioner and body creams. There is only a soap that is not very good, certainly not good for hair. Rooms are missing an iron and iron board which again if travelling for business are very handy, I asked for one at reception and it wasn’t working.
The overall is very good, the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel’s decorations are amazing and the room was comfortable and cleaned. Very good breakfast!

It was my second stay in Motel One Prater and I enjoyed it very much! View is amazing, metro station is just few meters away so it’s very easy to get to the downtown. Room was quiet, very clean and cosy, bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as always. Staff is amazing, kind, helpful, always smiling, especially Ms Renata made my stay unforgettable. Definitely will come back!

Online Booking and online check-in worked fine. Room is nice and clean. Stayed in Vienna Prater - there everything was very new. For the breakfast I would have liked scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up especially given the breakfast price of 18 EUR per person per day.
the atmosphere is always nice, the location is perfect. the greek restaurant on the other side of the street would be a great recommenation for guests. The staff has been there for a long time and are extremely friendly. It would be great if an early check in - check out could be selected if possible. Sometimes, especially after a longer night - it´s nice to leave late - but if you want to check out early and have a program - the room can be left and cleaned right away. The friendlieness of the bar women - (had no name tag) could be improved. Aaron was really nice and friendly... fresh Breakfast juices - fresh egg dishes, I think improvement wouldn´t hurt...
Great hotel, it was close to Prater and close to the metro station. Spacious room and very clean. I would improve the breakfast, I missed the omlette and eggs were not boiled enough.

Dziekujemy za wspaniały pobyt w Wiedniu. Odwiedziliśmy wasz hotel gdzie Katia zajeła sie nami i naszymi wnuczkami z wielką życzliwością. Pokoje otrzymaliśmy tak jak sobie życzyliśmy obok siebie a cały personel był bardzo pomocny. Swietna lokalizacja.

Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze. Można by było lepiej zorganizować przestrzeń podczas śniadań - za każdym razem mam problem aby znaleźć na przykład sztućce czy masło lub soki . Ustawienie naczyń , jedzenia i napojów jest nieoczywiste .
Jeżeli jest duże obłożenie hotelu jest problem z miejscem, aby zjeść śniadanie, są kolejki, tłok i brak miejsca.
