Great service and great location.
Perfect welcoming and check-in at reception even if it was late, fresch room with good sound insulation to next room, comfortable bed and pillow(s), modern and luxorious bathroom and shower head and a generous offer at breakfast where I especially enjoyed the coffee mashine with oatmilk inside. Thank you!
Room especially bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was ok - not many options of food TV was not easy to use - help provided from staff was very nice overall I would book it again

The location of the hotel was convenient however with our room at the end of the corridor, the tram could be heard every few minutes. This was disappointing
Being on Business I stay at many Motel Ones, they are all great, but the staff at Motel One Graz are the friendliest, most efficient and welcoming staff. Working in the door gives you a sense of being home. They go above and beyond. Marilla on the Bar is exceptional and a real star - she needs to be recognised for her wonderful work. Everything was fantastic! Food and coffee were delicious, room and bathroom were perfect for my needs, and I loved being next to Jakominiplatz to get anywhere. Any staff I talked to had answers for all of my questions.

On the day of the checkout, I forgot my charger in the room, stored my luggage, went away, and returned around 3. I suppose that the room was cleaned and the charger was found when I went back for my luggage. The service would be truly exceptional if the staff noticed the charger, found out that I was still around, and returned the charger. It's not something I would expect to happen, and it's my fault, but doing that would be mindblowing service. Also, for breakfast, there were no eggs or sausages. This was a mild disappointment.

Flawless hotel, right in the heart of the city with an amazing view over a busy square, but also quiet, due to proper insulation. The staff is excellent too. Everything was perfect.

As a solo, female traveller in my late sixties, I felt completely safe and at ease in the Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. My room was bright and very clean with an abundance of mirrors (thank you!), shower powerfully and plenty of towels. The reception area was comfortable and welcoming.

Excellent location, very clean, efficient staff
We stayed Motel on One in Graz. The staff were very welcoming, one of the young men spoke English which was a great help. He also gave us some advice on areas to visit etc. The room was very comfortable, shower great. Lovely that you could pop down and have a drink/coffee without leaving the premises. Highly recommend, thank you
Beautiful boutique hotel with fun design. Nice and clean smal room with the view over the trees. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice well planed bathroom and really good shower. Good breakfast and cofe but the egg was to raw for me. Wish you could have hard boiled egg too. Lack of warm food.

Good location: A short free tram ride to the castle area but close to restaurants and bars - the motel one bar was nice and staff really friendly . Nice (smallish) room.
The staff is super friendly. They even helped me to check in a bit earlier than usual. The room was like always very good and cosy. It was my 4 the stay at this hotel in Graz and i will stay there again for sure, when i am back in Graz.
Very nice desined hotel in center of Graz, everything is in walk distance. It seems breakfast area doesn't really fit all guests when hotel is fully booked.

Everything was as expected as stayed in many Motel One establishments. The team at Graz looked after everything we required. The hotel was immaculately clean, rooms quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as usual.

We were Walk-In on Wednesday as we jut decided to have a day in Graz on our way home. We were very impressed with the high standar of the hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We usually use the NH Hotel when we stay in Graz, bus as of now it will be Motel One.
Everything was great. Perfect location, very nice room and very kind personal.
The hotel is extremely well set up, good decor good food extremely clean and all staff were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and they did everything with a smile on their face. Location is great providing excellent access to transport links and access to the local area.

Graz to austriacki łowca tytułów. Już w latach siedemdziesiątych metropolia Styrii zyskała przydomek „tajemniczej stolicy literatury”. Kolejny został nadany w 2003 r.: Graz oficjalnie otrzymało tytuł Europejskiej Stolicy Kultury. Z kolei wielki przełom kulinarny świętowało to drugie co do wielkości miasto w Austrii w roku 2008. Od tego czasu może się poszczycić tytułem „stolicy kulinarnych rozkoszy”. Jednak stolica Styrii święci triumfy nie tylko pod względem kulturalnym i literackim. Ma również smykałkę do designu. W 2011 r. organizacja Creative Industry Styria nadała miastu tytuł „City of Design”. Graz zawdzięcza swoje liczne tytuły tętniącej życiem scenie twórczej. Literaci, artyści, architekci czy projektanci – w tym mieście każdy, kto chce dać upust swojej twórczej naturze, jest we właściwym miejscu.
Między tradycją a nowoczesnością
Graz jak żadna inna austriacka metropolia naturalnie łączy nowoczesność z tradycją. Umiejętnie spaja purystyczną architekturę z historycznym urokiem.
A może by tak cofnąć się w czasie, na przykład do XIII wieku? Nic prostszego – wieża zegarowa cofa czas o sto lat. Ale uwaga: rzut oka na tarczę zegara może nieco zdezorientować. Dlaczego? Z uwagi na nietypową różnicę wielkości pomiędzy wskazówkami godzinową i minutową. Kolejną historyczną perełką miasta jest pałac Eggenberg. Ta barokowa budowla jest symbolem Grazu od 1625 roku. Pałac ten jest największym i najważniejszym kompleksem tego typu w Styrii. Idźmy dalej, na Glockenspielplatz. Tutaj trzy razy w ciągu dnia można zobaczyć parę figurek w tradycyjnych ludowych strojach. Od 1905 roku kolorowe postacie tańczą wysoko nad placem przy dźwiękach nastrojowych melodii – od tradycyjnej austriackiej muzyki alpejskiej po nowoczesne kompozycje i kolędy. Jednak idea tego karylionu to nie tylko czysta rozrywka. Przez długi czas pełnił on bowiem funkcję „wabika” marketingowego. Przedsiębiorczy producent trunków, Gottfried Maurer, chciał przyciągnąć dobrze sytuowanych klientów do swojego sklepu przy dawnym Fliegelplatz takim małym przerywnikiem tanecznym.
I to na tyle z lekcji historii. Teraz czas na wycieczkę po współczesnym Grazu. W odległości krótkiego spaceru od zabytkowej starówki znajduje się galeria Kunsthaus Graz. Ten purystyczny symbol miasta przyciąga wzrok nawet z daleka. Nic dziwnego, w końcu rozświetlona niebieska budowla mocno wyróżnia się na tle tradycyjnych, krytych czerwoną dachówką budynków. Galeria w pełni zasłużyła na uroczy przydomek „Friendly Alien”. Od 2003 roku to muzeum sztuki współczesnej prezentuje najbardziej znaczące dzieła ostatnich czterech dekad.
Czas na architektoniczne dzieło sztuki pośród zieleni. W tym celu wybieramy się na Murinsel. Tu mieści się stalowa konstrukcja o długości 47 metrów. Rozciąga się ona w poprzek rzeki Mur. Amerykański artysta Vito Acconci wykazał się twórczo zarówno pod względem lokalizacji, jak i całego projektu „wyspy”. Organiczna sylwetka z wyoblonym szklanym dachem celowo przywodzi na myśl sensualny kształt muszli. Nie bez powodu ta nowoczesna budowla ze szkła i stali jest od 2003 r. popularnym miejscem koncertów, przedstawień teatralnych i wystaw.
