Motel is in a good location near Jakominiplatz. The rooms are clean with surprisingly good sound insulation. You can get everywhere in the city under 30 minutes wirh the tram station near the motel.

The room was superb clean, the breakfast was delicious and offered great dairy-free choices as well, which I needed.
In general, excellent service by all reception and housekeeping staff members.
Feels Like Home at Motel One I had a fantastic stay at Motel One. The room was excellent — spotless, well-sized, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed and a desk, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home immediately. The location is perfect, and the overall offer is exactly what I appreciate: everything I need, nothing unnecessary, and all at a great price. I especially liked the self-check-in and the convenience of using my phone as a room key — very modern and efficient. The only small hiccup was returning to the hotel after midnight: the front sliding door didn’t open automatically, and I wasn’t sure how to use the phone key to get in. Luckily, another guest was leaving, so I was able to enter. I’m still not sure if it was a mistake on my part or a technical issue, but it didn’t affect my overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for smart comfort and great value!

It was a super great experience of 5 nights. I booked through the conferenece homepage's recommendation. The price is rational. The service was great. And the most important for me, it is in the center of city. The breakfast was also impressive by the way!
1. I arrived from the night train from Zurich-tired and unwashed at 8h, and was greeted with: Your room is ready now. Precious words indeed. 2. We arranged a UPS delivery, storage and collection- all so smooth and easy, with scissors and sticky tape available. 3. We changed the reservations by phone. Again, so easy and kind. We love Motel One and its wonderful staff! Thank you.
Attentive staff, cozy rooms
I had an excellent stay at Motel One in Graz. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. Furkan checked me in and was very friendly, provided excellent service, and recommended an excellent restaurant serving Austrian food. I also worked with Viktoria. She was always very attentive and friendly - even though I asked her for help multiple times upon arriving. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful - but both Furkan and Viktoria went well above and beyond what I would have expected.

Having stayed at both Salzburg and Graz Motel Ones within the last few weeks, we noted the usual reliable value and quality levels but unfortunately poor and overpriced breakfast offerings. Motel One definitely needs to improve in this area.

Another great Motel One experience. No surprise, always same. I do not remember how many times I stayed in MotelOne hotels but they make me feel at home. I do not stay in any hotel other than MotelOne If there is a MotelOne in a city that I am travelling to. Highly recommended.
The location was amazing, but we were disappointed that the room is too small and doesn't have basic things what I expected from 4* hotel such as kettle and fridge.
Very stylish location next to the center of Graz. The only small points deduction is for the wheelchair accessible bathroom - sanitary facilities are installed too low, even for a small person.
The reservation process was inadequate. Booking from the website did not work, I then booked by email and got a much higher price than indicated on the website. Breakfast had to be paid extra. The price was too high. The slogan "like the price" was not suitable.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented. The bar area was nice. Staff were pleasant. It would make a big difference if there were a couple of items added to the bar menu apart from sandwiches.

Everything was ok. The only bad things were the lack of options from the breakfast, and the noise made sometimes by the local transportation (which i know it is not avoidable).

Room 145: I was staying for only one night and was just in need of a restful and regenerating night sleep due to hard physical efforts the day before and the day after. (Tour de Mur) And your staff was very aware of this during check in. This is impossible to achieve in this room and no one should be charged full price for staying there without that warning! Beginning with 4.50 there are mini earthquakes every 5mins in the whole room. You can feel them lying in bed and even while sitting on the toilet. This is because of the street corner station of the tramway right in front of the window. Thanks for making my ride extra hard and uncomfortable for that day. You actually had only one job and you missed it.

Perfect as usual - but it was not possible to run the radio. How? I can select TV, Radio, etc. .... but at Radio nothing is to hear.

Good service, very clean and comfortable, great location
This is a brilliant hotel in the heart of Graz with everything you need for your stay. Many rooms are bright, spacious and have pleasant views. Shops and cafes are right outside the hotel. At this price, you can’t get much better!
Lovely, friendly hotel with very courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Would be good to have a flask or large mugs for hot drinks to be brought to the room as no kettles are available.

I must immediately praise their proactive approach, namely..we had reserved a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). When we arrived, they assigned us one room, with a double bed. We asked at the reception how we should be accommodated - of course, accommodation for four is not possible in such a room - and they immediately assigned us two connecting rooms. The upgrade was not charged, because there was obviously a mistake in their system. The rooms, bedding, and the rest are very clean. The beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast is very, very basic. My wife is a vegetarian, so apart from a spread or two, and cucumbers and tomatoes, she didn't have much choice. OK, there were also yogurts and sweet pastries, but for vegetarians, this is not exactly the first choice. On the other hand, there were 5 or 6 types of salami to choose from. Completely unbalanced. The hotel does not offer fried eggs, which I think is the basis of every hotel. They were only soft-boiled, which in my case is never a choice. In short...the breakfast could have been much better. Overall: 9/10

The hotel was amazing. We arrived quite early so I didn’t expected that the room was ready but it was. So after a long trip to Graz we was able to freshen up before we explore the city. The check in was smooth and super friendly. I don’t remember her name but she was polite knowledgeable and gave us a great welcome. We went to the room. The room was super clean and to an high standard which other brands can not keep up. I personally work for Hilton so I stayed in some hotels even under the Hilton umbrella which can not compare to this property. I did not booked breakfast so I can not say anything about that. The next day while we have been out the room was serviced from the housekeeping perfectly. When we checked out we could store the bags and still explore the city. The hotel is in a perfect location. I will recommend everyone to stay there if they ever go to Graz.
Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (although I missed freshly squashed orange juices). Extremely convenient location. The main drawback is having carpet instead of carpet flooring!

Galeria w pełni zasłużyła na uroczy przydomek „Friendly Alien”. Od 2003 roku to muzeum sztuki współczesnej prezentuje najbardziej znaczące dzieła ostatnich czterech dekad.
Czas na architektoniczne dzieło sztuki pośród zieleni. W tym celu wybieramy się na Murinsel. Tu mieści się stalowa konstrukcja o długości 47 metrów. Rozciąga się ona w poprzek rzeki Mur. Amerykański artysta Vito Acconci wykazał się twórczo zarówno pod względem lokalizacji, jak i całego projektu „wyspy”. Organiczna sylwetka z wyoblonym szklanym dachem celowo przywodzi na myśl sensualny kształt muszli. Nie bez powodu ta nowoczesna budowla ze szkła i stali jest od 2003 r. popularnym miejscem koncertów, przedstawień teatralnych i wystaw.
